Just went in and was greeted by two cool professional dudes Anthony and Peter. Very helpful and knowledgable about the store, the chain, promotions, deals, and gaming. Highly recommend these two guys.

They didnt have ps4 controllers... they are gamestop they should always have controllers in stock.

Lets be honest, the brick and mortar stores are becoming a thing of the past especially with digital downloads so readily available. The only thing the stores are really good for are like picking up a controller in a pinch if yours breaks, or trading in games but who are we kidding... you would be better off keeping your older title games because what they offer is an insult! I cant forsee many of these stores lasting through this decade but only time will tell! Just being honest.

How is it possible to preorder something weeks in advance and not get it on release day? What is the point of preordering anything then? Gamestop in general is done for; the only good thing is you get $5 credit a month when your a rewards member. Barely any inventory or selection in any location near me either.

Sold me a broken used PS4 controller. I didn’t have a chance to test it until I returned back to my home in Peru. The thing completely doesn’t work. They told me that they play-test all of their controllers. Two seconds into playing and it was blatantly obvious that the controller was broken. They probably don’t test any of their used products before selling them.

One of the worst game stop. Never answer the phone and employees keep merchandise for themselves and have a friend or family member pick it up for them smh

Who was supposed to be working today? (12/10). Store’s supposed to open up at 9:00am. An employee walks in (gates still down) when I assume they’re just setting up before they open. Then they proceed to leave, lock up, and just walk away. I thought they would reopen but it’s now 9:45 and I’m not waiting any longer. I really needed something & waited for over 45 minutes and would appreciate employees that show up. I’ve had good experiences here before but whoever was supposed to open up today shouldn’t just ghost on the job.

Its convenient when Im at the mall to go to this Game Stop. The service is great and the people working there are great. Go to this one and another one in the area. Great place to get my games from.

Chad was awesome, in fact I got him another game informer sign up while he was busy doing my used game and system trade in. The chad was bad! Lol Thank Tom Green! He will understand. Awesome work on all that above truely a good associate and Im sure guy in real life.

Great assortment of games and accessories for all your needs. And it doesnt hurt that they buy old games back .

Went to the GameStop at Monmouth mall last night, and needed to replace the pre-owned PS4 controller I got, as it wasnt working right after I bought it. The guy there told me he didnt have any pre-owned controllers at their store, and said their GameStop location in West long branch didnt have any either. So I decided to take a drive to the long branch location and of course they had like 8 pre-owned controllers at their store...... Im so glad I decided to go with my gut instinct instead of listening to him.

For a pre-Christmas crowd the workers are VERY good at their jobs

COLLECTORS BEWARE... Your sales associate Chad is a big ebay seller of pop funko. He also is employed at a ocean county store and has every collectable pop funko Chase/variant on hold for him. Beware....nothing of any value will be in this game stop. GO ELSEWHERE

This is like any other Gamestop you have ever been to but really small. There used to be 2nd Gamestop in this mall upstairs by Boscovs that was much larger, too bad they closed it and kept this one. (That store was a Babbages many years ago)Otherwise this Gamestop has new games for all of the current systems: Xbox One, PS4, Switch, etc. The store also sells plenty of used games, equipment and systems.There is also a host of Pop! Figures and other video game collectibles throughout the store.

Terrible prices, and the people are always asking me to buy a powerup card and dont sell your games to them they sell them back for quadruple the price
