Worst customer service I have ever experienced. From Mgmt on down this is coming from a 23 year customer.. Moving to Verizon today!!!
We arrived at the store and stood and waited for over 30 minutes. They workers were assisting other customers. At no point did any of the 3 workers greet us or say “someone will be with you”. All they did was look at us and look back down. 2 of them actually had time to take the garbage out and leave to go to the mall. Extremely rude and unprofessional.!!

Took my Galaxy Watch 3 to T-mobile to set up a plan and they hooked me up and synced my device for me in under a half hour. Plesant service.
