First visit was exceptional. Speedy service and treated less like a customer and more like a neighbor (instead of those large chain stores that see you as a number). Run by a friendly Chinese couple. Would recommend to anyone in the area.Price was fairly standard compared to other places, but the service is what made it stand out.

Never go to this place, i went there to fix a charging port on my laptop, 3 days later the whole laptop is trashed and cant be used anymore. Customer service is very bad and people who talk to you at the shop speaks very bad English ( cant understand them ) . AFTER DAMAGING MY LAPTOP THEY CHARGED ME FOR $75 FOR KEEPING THE COMPUTER AT THE SHOP FOR 3 DAYS. If you want something electronics fixed go somewhere else. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP...!!!! DONT TRUST THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS, THEY ARE EITHER FAKE OR PAID REVIEWS. I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE ZERO STARS IF I CAN .

I needed help getting my laptop for work up and running. I went to a BIG chain store and it would take 7 to 10 days to get diagnostics completed. That wouldnt work for me. I pass by Computer Link a lot so I stopped in. I explained what was going on and my urgency to get it fixed. Sure, there were some communication bumps, but I dont speak Chinese either! We got that straightened out. Jennifer told me she would talk with me later that day, which she did. She said my HD was loaded with trojans and had a bad sector. This was 8:00 pm. She said she could have my machine with a new HD (twice the capacity of my old one) up and running late the next day. WHAMO!!! The machine was ready and working when she said it would be. She also cleaned up my external HD. The store is not very neat but they are a repair shop, not a S/W seller. I would recommend this store if anyone asked me and going back with a friends laptop. Pricing was fair as far as I am concerned.

Total nightmare not only they charge for storage fees they even correct you laptop correctly and you wont understand the english they were talking stay away from this guys!!
