This company was amazing to work with! The two gentlemen working in the shop went far above our expectations to help fix our vehicle. Our Ford F-150 had water leaking in by the top light of the truck, and not only were they able to seal the leak quickly but when they realized they didn’t have the right bulbs In stock to replace the ones that had burned out the one gentleman took his own personal vehicle to a store and purchased the bulbs we needed. When we got our bill they only charged us for the bulbs! It’s customer service like this that needs to be recognized. Great job, great company!!

I can’t express how satisfied I am with the entire crew at Auto Vision Center. I called after a big rock crack my windshield of my semi truck and it was spreading while I was driving. I needed it fixed immediately. I called and not only did they have the windshield in stock, but was got to work on it as soon as I pulled into the driveway. Knowing that I’m a truck driver and downtime cost me money, they used a quick sealing adhesive so I could get back on the road as quickly as possible. Total time was just less than an hour. They charged a fair price and the customer service is second to none.

AVC has replaced a windshield and has fixed numerous chips. They have always been professional, prompt and very courteous. They have done the repairs right at my work so it is extremely convenient. The chipped areas are not noticeable as they are so good at what they do! They are very competitively priced, you get exceptional quality and service. Wont go anywhere else!

Came in with a chipped windshield that unfortunately went all the way through. Even though we had to get a new windshield, we felt a very HIGH LEVEL of integrity from the employees at Auto Vision Center. They did a wonderful job with the installation, were able to do it right away (since we were heading out of town), and for a very fair price. They even pointed out an area on the frame that would need attention in the next year or so - I would have never known that. We were very pleased with their attention to detail and for their honesty. We would not hesitate to business with them again!

I was directed to this business thru my State Farm Insurance agent to get the cracked windshield in my truck replaced. Before I could call them they called me to set up an appointment. I believe it was Eric that handled my claim. I made an appointment, dropped off my truck, and in less than an hour I received a call from Eric indicating that the new windshield had been installed in my truck and that it would be ready to be picked up in another hour as he recommended that the new windshield be allowed to set for that period. After an hour I went to Auto Vision Center and picked up my truck with the new windshield installed. Not only was the windshield correctly and professionally installed but I was very impressed with the friendly and positive attitude that Eric displayed thru the process. It is so encouraging to be able to deal with business,s that still value great customer service.

First replaced windshield at 172K on my Subaru OB. I feel like I have new Rx glasses.Alex and co. are knowledgeable and courteous. I asked for a couple cards to both help them and to genuinely help any friends/colleague who may need glass service. This is a good place.

We had to replace a hard to find vent window in my girlfriends Jeep Wrangler. They were able to overnight the glass to their shop and got it replaced in a half hour the next morning! Excellent service and quality of work, I will definitely be back for any future needs!

Had a rock chip my windshield. Came here because of price and customer service. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. Alex was extremely helpful on the phone and in person working with my insurance. Was able to make a same day appointment. In and out in 20 min. I highly recommend.

Had a scheduled replace set up for my windshield. I had got a call on the day of, not to cancel but, to ask if they could come pick it up because they were short on staff that day. That is going over the top in my book. Then to top it off they cleaned my door windows & wiped down my dash! I am very pleased with the service! Will recommend to anyone!

They were fast and prompt. They were very customer-friendly. I was able to sit in the little office area and listen to music and work on my own stuff while I waited. They kept me apprised of where everything was at. I have a dash cam that they put back when they replaced the windshield. And they were up front with the total, and let me know that other places have been known to not be up front with all the fees that are associated with the replacement.

Called around to get prices. These guys were the cheapest, didnt try to sell me any gimmicks and super fast! I called one afternoon to make an appointment, by the next day at 9am my car was ready for pick up. Great experience! (They do offer a mobile service if you do not prefer to drop off).

Auto vision was far less expensive than other options. Service was excellent. In fact, I didn’t know that I had a heated windshield, but they identified that during installation, went back to the shop to get the right windshield because they had it in stock AND did not charge me the difference in price. This is a level of service that truly deserves a six star rating.

Seriously made my day with the most genuine kindness I have ever seen! They went out of their way to fix a rock chip with their mobile unit even though they were booked solid and I had a day full of appointments arranging a funeral. I was very impressed with Alex who took my call. He got me in right away and repaired my windshield which had a chip from a rock that a truck threw up. I did look at one of the well-advertised repair shops in town and the cost here was about 50% less. Alex also cleaned my windshield inside and out. Auto Vision deserves 20+ stars for being an outstanding company.My nephew(Bryant) and niece-in-law(Meghan) referred me to Auto Vision, which was the best referral ever. Auto Vision has amazing customer service, they are professional, knowledgeable, and have fit me into their schedule when dropping-in with no appointment.I commute to Woodbury daily for work and over the years needed a few or more windshield chip repairs.I went to a different place once prior to all my stops to auto Vision. In short it was a horrible process. I even had to sign papers that they are not responsible at all if they crack my windshield while fixing. plus tons of other paperwork..

Before I start, let me say that I rarely do reviews unless Ive had an absolutely amazing experience with a company. This is only the second time Ive written such a review.The first time I had an experience with Auto Vision Center was about a year ago when I hit a deer with my Subaru WRX. The body shop I went to (Aerco whom I highly recommend) recommended Auto Vision Center for the new windshield. Before doing the replacement, Auto Vision called me to offer different windshield options as far as tinting goes. They coordinated with the body shop on timing which was completely seamless to me. The work was A+.This week I called to get the windshield replaced on my truck. This time it was an out-of-pocket cost. The pricing was great, and they fit me in the very next day. I was able to pay over the phone, and required almost zero effort on my part. The weather turned out to be crappy, and they coordinated a plan to get it taken care of even though I was out of town.If you need glass work done, definitely call Auto Vision Center! Dont bother with the big name places that advertise on TV all the time. Theyre too corporate and they dont have the personalized service like Auto Vision Center does. No need to use coupons to get a reasonable price. I couldnt be a happier customer.

I used Auto Vision Center after having my car broken in to and I cant say enough about how great Larry, the owner, and his team were to work with! After finding my window smashed in the morning and being quiet shaken up, Larry greeted me outside his shop and helped bring some comfort to my racing mind. He promised that I would get my car back the next afternoon, but he EXCEEDED my expectations and had it done at 9am the next day!When I picked up my car, the window looked exactly as it did before the break in, but once again, my expectations were exceeded. After opening my car door, I noticed that they had vacuumed up ALL the broken glass from inside my car! Needless to say, this was something I wasnt looking forward to doing and thanks to Auto Vision Center, I didnt have to!Thanks again, Larry and your team, for the smooth and well done service. Hopefully, I wont be needing this sort of service done again, but if I do, there is no question who will be handling it for me!
