They came to my house to replace my windshield. The workers were very professional, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They did the work alot faster then the time quoted. I will use them again for my windshield and window needs. I will also recommend them to everyone I talk to.

We had this company come to our house for chip repair last year,there tech left razor blades and garbage in our driveway so we filed complaint. This year we got a very small surface chip, smaller than a pencil eraser end and like I said very shallow. So they send the same guy out again that we already complained about, he was here for about 15 minutes and yells across our yard hope youre not expecting much from this repair . He cracked our windshield all the way across in both directions this time! I have been a mechanic for 25 years and seen hundreds of chip repairs and I can tell you this was a very minor repair. We 100% believe he did this on purpose out of spite for his bad review last time which he made snide comments about already at this visit. This tech should be terminated and should have never been sent back to a place where he was already reviewed very poorly on. This is a 600.00$ windshield he destroyed and they wont make good on there fault. Please use anyone else but Safelite,terrible company!

I went through my insurance agency to get my windshield replaced and they sent me to Safelite. I didnt have glass coverage on my policy so they informed me it would cost my deductible, $500, to replace it, plus wipers so $530. It seemed pretty high to I went on Safelites website and got a free quote to do a cash repair. The website quoted me at $350. I called to ask where the $150 difference came from and the guy on the phone seemed as confused as I was. He did some digging and found that they had almost tripled the labor cost! Needless to say Im doing my repairs elsewhere. Not sure what exactly happened here but it seemed pretty unethical.

I couldnt personally speak to anyone on the phone about a quote as everything is automated. I went to website and got a quote but my vehicle is a lease so I need the exact windshield not an aftermarket price. Going elsewhere. Sorry!

My local shop had an opening the day I called which was very convenient. And the tech worked hard to ensure my rock chip would disappear. And as I was paying for this repair myself they worked with me. I appreciate the help to save my windshield from cracking, and the speed at which the repair was done.

Fast service and quality work. Reasonable prices. The repair for the rock chip damage on the windshield looks super can hardly tell its there looks like a rain spot now. Very small.

I just had my front windshield replaced and the technician broke the brackets on my window seal strip then tucked it in like it didnt happen. I have left another review for Safelite with a photo attached.

This was the easiest repair Ive ever had. I setup the appointment online and was even able to file my insurance claim too. I received updates via text and even a phone call from the technician with an update prior to his arrival. I really liked receiving information on the technicians name ahead of time and a picture. Its a nice safety feature. AND they cleaned all my windows and vacuumed the front of my van. I would contact them again if ever needed

They were supposed to come from noon to 5pm, didn’t show up until 6pm. The crack is still pretty visible. A week before my moms window was fixed and they did a great job. Barely visible and they washed all of her windows.

The appointment schedule was done online, it was fast and easy and I knew exactly how much I was going to pay for the service. They were thorough with their process and everything was done smoothly and professionally. Their customer service were great! The guy who greet me offer me coffee and the choice of watching TV since I was waiting for my windshield to be done. Very nice gentleman. I would recommend safelite to my friends and family.

Had a very difficult combination chip, and they did a very nice job repairing it so that I didnt have to replace the windshield. Great service and very professional - I will certainly be using them again in the future!

Great service! I received a call yesterday asking if it was ok if the mobile shop could pick my car up and take it to the shop to replace the windshield since it was going to be raining during my appointment. They picked my car up, replaced the windshield and returned my car. I was pleasantly surprised to see they had also vacuumed my car. I am impressed with the quality of communication as far as appointment reminders and the inclement weather curtsey call. My tech Carter was very polite and professional. Thank you Carter you did an amazing job!

I have had my car worked on twice by the same man. Great guy. This last time he went out of his way to fix something in my car that had nothing to do with my windshield, solely because his glue was special and he had the time. That meant SO MUCH to me. Probably only took him a few seconds, but it had been something that was bothering me for the longest time that I couldn’t fix. He went above and beyond and I really appreciated that.

Got to store, waiting almost 10 minutes to be helped. Was informed that the repair would take 30-45 minutes. Took over an hour to just patch a chip. Chip was still very visible afterwards. Not impressed.

I went in to have a small crack in my windshield fixed. AAA set up the appointment for me, so I have no comment regarding scheduling. I arrived 5 minutes early and they were immediately ready to go when I got there. They estimated a 30 minute repair time and thats very close to what I waited (give or take 2 or 3 minutes). They were friendly and explained the repair process (as well as possible risks) in terms I understood. They didnt press any additional services or products on me. Great service!!

The facility was very clean. All employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Forgot 2 library books. Didnt notice for several dsys. When I called, they had my books held safely for me. I hope I never need them again, but this will be MY glass repair facility.

I had them come out to replace my windshield. The windshield was replaced but he was having issues calibrating the camera. He said he needed to call the shop and would set up an appointment for insurance purposes. He never let me know anything and left. Still havent received an appointment or phone call. Not sure how he completed the claim.

I didnt have them do the chip repair. They wanted $129. I thought that was a little much being that I could have it done when I got back to Arizona for $25 or even free at a local glass company.

Easy to get an appointment and seems like a professional glass repair shop. Have used many times and always satisfied. Even used Omaha location while traveling.

I have had MANY windshield chips repaired at Safelite. They work with my insurance so my out of pocket cost is $0. The service is exceptional.

Guys did a super job!!!Only complaint would be the need for extra seating. Some of us were left to stand for some time. Not a huge deal.

I made an appointment online to have my windshield replaced. Upon arrival, the technician, Richard, was completely rude & unprofessional. He went on & on about how busy he was & how he would complain to his boss of his boss was there. Our 2 hours appointment turned into nearly 4 hours & the windshield didnt set long enough. This employee is a disgrace & is absolutely a disservice to the company.

Theyll glue on any rearview mirror for free if you stop in there. dont see service like that anymore.
