Well I bought a 100.00 dinosaur thats remote control an you need to download an app for it which wont download from smartphone. When I purchased the item I specifically asked what return policy was because of price an some stores only have 15 days, the mgr herself told me as long as I have reciete I had 30 days so I had till jan 7 2015 . My husband an I went out to return it after working with it for 2weeks an she refused to refund us our 100.00 because she said it gave her a red flag when I asked that and also when I mentioned to her employee Barb last week when at the store for something different that cant get app to download. She also proceeded to tell me I should have brought it back after xmas. Wrong answer I had 30 days an Im within my 30 days. the girl at the store gave me mgr phone number an while on phone with her {store mgr} she hung up on me. We will be contacting BBB Mall office an the paper
