Every time I go there it is good

I had Sam Trafton for a hair cut I told her she could do pretty much anything she wanted as I have done every where....just not to go shorter than should lenght....She knocked it out of the park 1st time ever that I could style it myself after leaving the salon......when I got home...my fiance really likes likes it says it is Sassy......Way to go Sam you NAILED IT.....I will be back to see you again!!!!!! Thank you!!!! I Love it

I had exceptional customer service today from Keely! I was looking for a foundation primer without silicones and she showed me my options and did a great job of explaining the nuances. I was also interested in a new foundation and she showed me some options. Again she did a fantastic job! She asked me all the right questions to find a product that was right for me. She also picked the perfect shade for me!!! After going to my vehicle to try on the foundation, which was perfect, I immediately went back in to the store to ask for her help with a brow product. Again she picked out the perfect product for me!!Thanks Keely for the exceptional customer service you provided me today and also for your recommendations!!

My daughter and I were just recently at the store. I had Plan on purchasing close to $500 in merchandise from the store For my friends and family for Christmas. I knew exactly what Brands and colors I was looking for. Some of the items on my list were locked up. There was a sales associate helping another customer in the aisle that I was in. so I stood there waiting patiently. approximately 2 minutes. The sales associate Never even acknowledge that I was standing there! Not I’ll be with you in one second or let me find someone to help you. NOTHING Just looked at me and completely dismissed me. I thought no big deal I understand she is assisting a customers I’ll go find a different sales associate. One walks by me. I say “excuse me” She looks at me and says “I’m with a customer” and walks past. Ok can then It is clear to me that this store doesn’t need to make money by the way they treat there Customers! I understand being busy during the holiday season it’s fully expected!! I have no problems waiting! I fully expect that!! What I did not expect was to be completely and blatantly dismissed by Sales associates!!! It’s not a place I’ll spend MY money. I wonder how top make up brands like TART And other high end make up brands would feel about losing money Due to poor sales associates. I also place probably a monthly order online from the store which I will no longer be doing!! I ordered all I need for my Friends and family which ended up being total of $735.86 Directly from the actual brand websites SORRY Ulta beauty You lost my business both online and in person permanently I’ll pay more just on principle

My experience was fabulous! I found everything I needed! And the Salon is super great, love their stylist and products.

I went in to get a present. It was busy but the lady that helped me was very good!! She went out if her way to make sure I got what I came in the store for. So very kind! I will be going there again for sure!

Super friendly and helpful staff; I have a lot of skin issues and were very helpful in helping me find products that I could actually use and after trying the products I found that most, if not all of them, were products I could indeed use and will very likely purchase again. My only criticism would be that for someone who is not a regular to the store, it is a bit difficult to navigate unless you ask for help or plan to be there for several hours.

I dont know much about this place besides what my wife and daughter tell me. They both love this store and stop here on a regular basis. It is one of those places that we cant drive by without one or both of them insisting on stopping. The staff is always friendly and wife says the prices are great. If my wife and daughter like it this much it must be a good place.

I was disappointed to find that they werent prohibiting the amount of people going into the store. However all the products are as good as ever, and the staff was very helpful!!

Great price excellent service!

This is perfect to get all cosmetic brands, hair and other beauty products w/o having to order on line. Many times different brands will sell trial size, one is nice if you havent used it before, and two it often lasts quite a long time. I can recommend Stilla lip gloss (not glossy) in shade Perla. Goes on amazingly smooth, and when is set or dry, will not come off even with eating and or drinking. No sticky feeling, truly fantastic lip color, I have all shades!!

I took an old lipstick in there that was by Mac and was discontinued, but I love the color so this saleswoman, I feel bad I didnt even get her name, she went all over the store marking her hands with all these samples until we found something extremely close, I love it and I want her to know how amazing she was and a coworker also joined in to help! I felt guilty but Im so happy had to share. Thanks Ulta!!

Staff is very helpful. I asked a few questions about products and she was very knowledgeable about different products and brands. Showed me ones that were similar to what I got before and I was able to try a few on. This is a good place to go when youre not sure about the best makeup for you.

This is my wifes go to place for cosmetics. And the staff is always nice to her. They usually ask me if I would like help at some point too cause I just wonder around while she is doing her thing. But they are polite.

Hey Ulta, i was here a week ago with a friend and accidentally knocked over some piece of a display or shelf or something (Im not sure what as I dashed away quickly while my friend and I laughed about it). Love that you can try out all kinds of makeup so you see if it is something you would like to buy. Nice to not waste your money. Some people are super helpful others are just there for a job.

They didn’t do what I wanted with my hair. They did what they thought looked good and it was not what I wanted AT ALL the 2 times I went there. Too over priced especially seeing the hair dye and toner only lasts about a week worth of hair washes...

Very poor ON LINE customer service. They say their priority is making the customer feel important and a priority but then make excuses of why it is impossible for them to do so. Absolutely a game of we just want to be right. Very dissatisfied with ordering on line and will find elsewhere to buy my products. Have had great in store service!

Love Ulta they carry almost every kind of product you could ask for. Ans the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly here.

Great selection of beauty products but omygosh! They wont freaking leave you alone to shop!! I almost walked out and purchased what I had gone there for online! Retail employees had better realize fast that annoying customers is no sort of job security. People will just buy online.

This review is for the salon specifically. This was my third visit to the Ulta salon, the last two times were perfect and Kristy was great. But today, my most recent visit was with Bailey and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any salon. She was rude from the very start, barely said a word to me the whole visit, unfriendly, very rough with my hair, and had me leave the salon with my hair a frizzy mess. This visit was beyond disappointing.

Do Not Get Your Hair Or Makeup Done Here. I went in to get my hair and makeup done for a wedding and it was horrible. The lady doing my hair and makeup had no idea what she was doing and just kept piling the makeup on. I showed her pictures of the makeup look I wanted, nothing to dramatic or heavy just a natural look and I ended up looking like a clown. She also sprayed like a whole bottle of hair spray into my hair and I looked like I was going to prom 20 years ago in the worst way possible. Puffed up hair and caked makeup costed me 135 dollars. Not to mention the amount of stress and tears I went through having to take all the makeup off and hair out and doing it myself for the wedding that day. Extremely upset about this.

This visit was decent. Very little help from staff when looking for specific brand. Just flat out told me they didnt have it. Which is fine but it wouldve been nice to know if it would be added anytime soon or not.Other than that normal visit with rude staff and staff appearing unknowledgeable.

My daughter got a facial and the lady was really nice and kind.... for $10 it was alot!!! Plus she got a free gift !

Had been searching for a specific pallett for a bit and it has been out of stock forever now. The staff was super helpful though and gave me a thing for free shipping once it became available. Last visit to the store however, I had to wander around and search for someone to help me. It seemed I was chasing them down and they would elude me lol.

I finally found a awesome person to cut my hair!!!! Expensive but worth it.... while I was trying to pay my bill....a overly made up girl gave me a hard time because my phone number was not in there system...not a big deal ...but when I explained the manager in the salon said it was...she got VERY VERY SNOBBY....then she stormed out and some Asian woman started yelling at me ...saying I was RUDE..... it is no wonder good companys fail....Staff members should never ever start arguments with Customers. Then make them feel like they did something wrong...

Ulta is oookay.. Lots of choices to choose from. But everything at Ulta is over priced. You can buy most if the product at Walmart or Target for a $1-$2 cheaper.

I love Ulta as a company, but this rating is strictly on the Salon at this location.I had a hair cut appointment for 4:15, I received a call at around 3:45 asking if it was okay to push my appointment to 4:30, which was fine. I arrived there just before 4:30 and my stylist greeted and let me know she was just about finished. A HALF HOUR later she was ready for me. Now 5 pm. She did not stop in in between to let me know of additional waits nor did the other staff. I inquired about the wait at the start of the appointment and she acted like it was no biggie (I did receive a small discount for my fussing later). I live far away (MN but was in tbe area for the afternoon) and 45 mins is huge. The store closes at 6 on Sundays so my appointment ended up rushed and my inverted asymmetric Bob was not as short as I needed it to be so because they had to lock up I had to deal with it I will fix it later .I like the store but that kind of wait is unacceptable. I will stick to my local Ulta for salon needs.

Stopped in for a hair cut and the lady at the counter was really rude. She stepped back to someone behind a wall and whispered and then came back up front to whisper to 3 more people while looking back at me and then told me that they didn’t have time for a hair cut that day. There were no customers in the store. I left and went to the mall and upon coming back through an hour later they still didn’t have any customers in the salon.

This is the first Ulta Ive been to, having primarily visited Sephora and department stores in the past. My favorite part about this Ulta is the staff. Every time I go Im always acknowledged and asked if I need assistance. When I have needed help the staff has always been very helpful. Wendy, the esthetician, has taken the time on two different occasions to walk me through the store and help answer all my questions (and I usually have many). Shes extremely knowledgable and has helped make me feel like a more educated shopper. As far as the products, the selection is good, though some of the brands you could find at Wal-Mart or Target for cheaper, but overall the prices are reasonable and theres a lot of variety. I really like the options they have in dermalogica and other just below medical grade products. Would recommend a visit!

Ive been in this location 3 or 4 times in the past few months and have never been asked if i need help. Its impossible to find an employee to ask a question to because unless you want a makeover or are ready to check out they avoid you like the plague.
