Great service. Lots to choose from. I could tell the guys working were gamers which to me is important in a game store.

The staff at this store are so patient and knowledgeable. They know the products they sell and are always happy to share their favorites. I have found some of my favorite games to play and to gift here. The store might not be huge, but it is well-filled with something for everyone.

Perfect place to go to if you just started getting into Magic The Gathering, Yu-Gi-OH, Pokémon, yo-yos, or just about anything related to board games or Rubik’s cubes. The workers are a lot of fun to talk to and they know just about everything there is to know about all of the items in the store. Great place!

This has been a mall staple forever! Lots of unique games, puzzles, and whatnot. Prices are a little higher than competitors, but I would gladly pay the extra cost just because of the environment and staff. Good place to browse, even better place to buy from.

One of the best places I have worked, or purchased from. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. They have beginner hobby stuff as well as gaming, and carry things for d&d, mtg, yu-gi-oh, and pokemon tcgs. Good selection of puzzles, and family friendly board games alongside game night favorites!

Fantastic selection of board games, puzzles, activities, and disc golf discs! Staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions. They also have a great rewards system that allows you to get money off after spending a certain amount.

In case you didnt know, Games by James focuses mostly on board and card games. You wont find any video games here. There is a large selection of games packed into this store and also large selection of puzzles.

Very helpful staff I did end up exchanging something and had no problems at all. Very friendly very clean and nice. Staff is up to date on trending games and they were very helpful.

If you like board games this is a must stop. They have a huge selection and a lot of more obscure games. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable.

Do not buy games that they do not have in store!!!!! I paid for a game that they had at one of their MN locations and they said they would have it transferred over. They failed to mention that once they have your money, they are in no hurry to take care of it. I paid for the game during their 40th anniversary sale on the 12th. Today when I called they told me it still was not in, and they would call me when it gets in. I then pressed for more info. The person finally told me that the next transfer was scheduled for the 5th of November. It should not take almost a month to get from MN to WI. I could have bought the game from Amazon for $3 less and had it in 3 days not 4 weeks. I understand buying local, but when there is no customer service to follow it up there is no reason to go back.
