Terrible experience, the truck was not clean. It may have never been vacuumed or wiped down. The windshield wipers were falling apart and some gross old shoe liners were under the driver seat. The front driver wheel made a high pitch squel every time you turned left. I doubt they ever do test runs or safety checks between rentals.Worse part was dropping it back off immediately after filling it at the holiday less than a mile away. Truck was parked on a steep incline and the heavy weighing clerk argued that the tank was just below full. He even told me No, you did not just fill it up accusing me of lying. I asked him to turn the truck around on the hill cause i know it was full. He wouldnt turn the truck around but then didnt charge me to fill it up!? Why would he argue with me about this just to end up not charging me for the extra gas?I rented and returned the truck from the same location. I reserved a mini van just to be told they dont have one when i showed up and got a big box truck instead.Over all it was very difficult an unpleasant rental experience. I do not recommend this location.

I have rented twice in the last 4 months from Penske and have had positive experiences both times. Will definitely rent from them again!
