Curbside pickup is a bunch of orders sitting outside on a table. It definitely works, but doesnt feel overly secure. Regardless, it was fast and easy to pick up my order.

Paid for 2 day shipping, it’s been 6 days and still no item. Don’t bother upgrading the shipping, you won’t get it when your supposed to. My advise, order 2 weeks before you need it. I’ll never order from these people again. Waste of time and money!!!

Very nice little store. I used in store pickup for an online order and it was super easy to get my order. As they mention on their website their order emails might get caught in spam filters so check there if you didnt see your order confirmation or pick up notice.Their store is available for regular shopping if you are looking for something fairly common, otherwise use their web site to have them pick less common items from the warehouse for you.I do wish their store hours were longer though, only open until 5pm during the week isnt real handy for a lot of people, though they are open on weekends as well.

Agree with other buyers. The rudest customer service I have ever received in my life. Even the manager hanged up on me because their canker is defective and doesnt work. I paid $147 for a 50 feet hdmi cable and expecting it to work. But it doesnt and they refuse to send to pay for the return because its not their fault. Dud. Very upsetting experience in returning the expensive lemon cable that doesnt work! I paid a premium price to get a good quality cable and good customer service if the cable doesnt work. Unfortunately, none of this happened so far. Even the manager hanged up on me in the process of return because she guarantees that the cable works. DONT BUY FROM THEM, SAVE YOURSELF LOTS OF REMORSE!

Im so glad that a coworker introduced me to My Cable Mart. When I got a new TV for Black Friday and was going to run the cables through the wall, I wanted to get all new cables. I went in and an employee helped me decide the best options. Today I called about coaxial cable and how to run it through my house and create an outlet rather than paying the cable company to screw it up, and they answered all the questions, had the best prices on stock and made it quick and easy.

I recieved my cables I ordered just fine as well as a fraudulent best buy purchase 16min away from this location 2 weeks later. Lucky I caught it before the foot locker purchase went through. At any rate my bank now knows where to look.

I ordered something on a saturday, and it came the next tuesday!( and the monday was memorial day which means that it would have come monday if it wasnt for the holiday) I am very pleased, and they are the only ones that had what I was looking for. Been buying from these here for nearly 10 years now. The store and ability to buy onsite without needing to place an order and pick it up at will call has been a nice addition. If I see something at another store I always shop these guys before making my final purchase and highly recommend doing the same. Dont pay retail prices for cords that are a THIRD of the price and better made. The hard to find cords are also available here...and for less. I will not buy cords from ANYWHERE else. Fast shipping, too!

Recently bought usb C cable. It is much better quality then the $25 dollar samsung cable from best buy. It was only a little over $6 here.

BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE unless you want your credit card information stolen!! Bought a $8 cable on the 8th, 13 days later a Fraudulent charge ~ $500 for some out of the country sporting goods store was placed. Only time I used my card in many months online. I did receive the product, so the retailer may be legit, but they could have been hacked or something fishy is going on. Again do not buy online from this place!!!!

You just cant beat the prices here! Before I found My Cable Mart, I would get cables from Best Buy - and boy did I pay through the nose for it. A $20 dollar USB cable from BB is less than $5 at My Cable Mart and the quality is equal or superior. HDMI cables? The difference is even more. Stop wasting money and use My Cable Mart.

The rudest customer service I have ever encountered in my life. He wasnt nice to begin with, but if you try to point out a mistake he made he will talk over you and hang up on you. And when I called back to ask to speak to a supervisor he hung up on me. Totally unprofessional. I had to go to the website and email in order to complain to management. I will be looking for another source for my cable products.
