Avoid at all costs; this is a small, unorganized company who is a sub contractor for a much larger fiber provider. They cannot do anything when the service goes down, and it goes down a lot. I was told when I called due to yet another outage to google to see how complicated fiber is. Service has been down for over 18 hours 4 times in 2020 and twice in the last 45 days. No credits have been issued and Ive had to pay out of pocket every time to get a hot spot through my wireless provider.

I could not be happier with the service Wire Masters provided! I own an Anytime Fitness gym and had Wire masters run Cat 5 cable to all my new cardio equipment as well as set up the network. In very little time every machine had internet. The work was done correctly and looked very neat and clean. If you want it done right call Wire Masters

It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them. They have my building under contract for Direct TV services and when I call the main DirectTV line they cannot help me because the building is contracted to Sight and Surf. It has been months since I first reported my problem, error 771. I am unable to watch tv in one of the rooms because it immediately goes into a screen saver mode. DirectTV said this happens when there has been a persistent problem for months.When Ive tried to call Sight & Surf I typically get no answer and sent to voicemail. Every time the voicemail box has been full and you cannot leave a message. The Friday prior to the 4th of July the owner called me. He was apologetic and said he could see that it has been months since my initial call and that somehow I had slipped through the cracks. He said he would call me after the holiday and that it was on top of his desk. I was hopeful. Never got a callback. I called him again today and he said theyve been busy and I would be on top of his desk again. We will see what happens.So incredibly frustrating and disappointing!!! I shouldve switched to Comcast LONG ago! If you can avoid working with them, I would encourage you to do so. If you are a resident at CityVue, go Comcast. This has been a problem with multiple residents here that have DIrectTV.
