I was referred to Caliber by my insurance company after my vehicle was hit and damaged.From the time I went for an estimate to the time I picked my car up after they completed the work, I was thoroughly impressed with the staff, the facility, and my entire experience. They were upfront with what I should expect from my experience in terms of timing and parts availability. When I picked my car up at completion of service, not only were the repairs done to expectation but my car was also serviced in the interior with carpets vacuumed, cup holders and windows cleaned.All around, I am very happy with this company and my experience with them!

What a fantastic job these guys did for my vehicle! I had a dent in the front fender that I needed fixed. I picked this facility because it already had good reviews and was close to where I lived. Everything here was done well before time and status updates conveyed to me in a timely manner. I would use their services if required, again and again. And they even cleaned the interior of my vehicle even though that is not part of a fender replacement job!! They left my vehicle sparkling clean....all the dirt and beverage stains etc. stuff I had accidentally spilled inside were all gone!!

Unfortunately was in an accident and had to have repairs done on my car. The shop was clear on costs and walked me through the entire process. They did a wonderful job repairing my car. They even cleaned the inside and outside of the vehicle. If you get mike as your repairman, he is great and calls you regularly to update you on the status of your car. I knocked off mirror and brought it to Caliber Collision. Lost my wallet in my car 🙃 and worried everyone needlessly as I tried to find it. That was great as Enterprise stared at me like I was crazy. Finally found it. Team kept me well informed of my repair during process. Team helped get my stuck car seat out of my rental when picking up my car. Team cleaned and returned my car better than condition I provided it. God only knows how many crumbs, goldfish, etc. that was under the 3 car seats.

If you need to have any body work done. Caliber Collision is definitely the place to have the work done. The customer service you recieve is over the top and all the staff are great people. I had my 2015 Ford Fusion repaired by them and when i got it back the car looked like nothing ever happened to it. The workmanship is top notch. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to perfection. I also had the chance to get a small tour of their new facility in Eden Prairie and meet the body man that worked on my car. It was a pleasure to meet these people and thank them personally for the great work that they did. Edit:The manager that I worked with at this place left for another abra. The new manager refused to fix the door.During cloudy days, the side of my car looks like it has 3 colors. Front to front wheel- original factory white. Front wheel to front door- the yellowish color from the old fix from the other abra. Rear door to back- the new white from this abra.Ive attached a picture. The front door looks off to me but the new manager tells me theres nothing wrong with it. Guess Im just going to have to live with this.-----Original review:The Abra in bloomington continuously kept failing to color match metallic pearl correctly.I was extremely sad by the state of my car when I got it back from the Abra in bloomington. Every time I went back there the car got worse and worse. I was at my wits end and was ready to spend thousands out of my own pocket to re-do everything they messed up. However, after describing my insane situation to the manager from this Abra in Eden Prairie, he decided to help repaint the quarter panel and bumper, all under the ABRA policy/warranty. I am so grateful.The results were amazing! These painters are top tier! I am so happy with the fix. The yellow color that the other shop applied is gone, and the new paint is so gorgeous. Theres still some of that ugly yellow on the front and rear door from the other shop (read my review on the other abra), which I hope I can come back here soon and get it fixed. Then this car paint nightmare will finally be over.These guys are amazing, please come here if you need work done. The Abra in Eden prairie is top tier, and I highly recommend this body shop for all repairs in MN!

We received excellent service and my Buick is once again beautiful: Caliber staff provided regular updates, matched the pearl white paint perfectly. When I picked up the car, it had been washed and cleaned inside. This business seems well organized with a friendly and experienced team.

I stopped by the Eden Prairie Abra auto body shop today because I had some damage to my front fender and my door would rub when opened. Bruce was absolutely amazing! He was super friendly and almost glad to see me! I made it clear that I did not want to spend a lot of money on a repair because of the age of my car. He offered me two solutions and I chose the one that fit into the “good enough” category. He allowed it to be my choice and then took care of the repair personally! I was nervous about stopping at a place like Abra because I thought I would get talked into a really expensive repair. I am so happy that I made this stop today, and would highly recommend this Abra location in Eden Prairie.

They hire exceptional people. From arriving, you are greeted by Kelly, she has a very warm and inviting personality. They told me my car would be done in 2 days, bumper needed to be painted only. Car was done in 1 day! Incredible. I bring all my cars here from Work and my personal ones too. They have never failed me. Miss Josh but he trained in a great replacement.

The customer service provided by this ABRA Auto Body shop in Eden Prairie is excellent, particularly from manager Roger Smith. I had some paint work done on my vehicle and Roger demonstrated exemplary service, from driving me to/from my home in his personal vehicle to touching up some paint chips on the car. The excellent customer service provided by the manager of this shop deserves commendation.

The service I received at ABRA was the best customer experience Ive had anywhere, possibly ever. I had been in a minor accident which damaged my front end and headlight. My car was in perfect condition prior to rhe accident so I was really disturbed and sad about the damage. My auto insurance sent me to ABRA as I had no clue where to go. Drew at ABRA immediately made me feel encouraged that things would be ok:) They did a fantastic job and indeed the car looks brand new. In addition, he stayed in touch regularly to keep me updated on the progress. Hes a super guy and so are the rest of the staff (gal in office also gets kudos but I dont know her name!). If you need auto body work, this is the place!

I wish you could do 1/2 stars or 3/4 stars, because I would do 3 1/2 or 3 3/4 stars. Here’s why: I was really hoping for a 10 experience, based on reviews, but the logistics of the front desk customer service quality, ABRA billing process, updates on communication, communication with other party insurance (Ameriprise), not entirely doing what they said, never reviewed the work in full or brief, nor giving paper or electronic records of the work done on car for owner was all lacking. I brought my baby girl all 3 times and 2/3 times she was called a boy, instead of asking or ignoring, although friendly and helpful with baby. The estimate was low by $120, so the Check and billing (no record of what all done), was off or lacking. The surface of the bumper with ding looks fully restored/replaces but I have no idea which or what’s underneath, because no one reviewed, told, or showed me, until I ask - it was here’s the car take a look and sign off. For a details person and this industry I feel it should be a full explanation and records given of work, not just a receipt. The washed-car-look looks nice, so they either washed it or rubbed it down, but inside I found seats moved, and a bit of dirt found on leather seats and steering wheel. Yes, vehicle was ready on time, but no I couldn’t take it because ABRA would not release car unless it was paid for in full, nor did ABRA work with me and Ameriprise to ensure same day release. I either had to sign over check that was not for full amount or cash check and then pay in full. I said I didn’t want to do either, so I left with rental car and had to wait a full 24 hours for ABRA to work with Ameriprise. In my mind this is absolutely unacceptable! Especially for a 48 hr fix. Because of this, I gave them a internal survey of an 8/10 for work, 7/10 for customer service, and may go with another shop nextime. Ameriprise was 9/10, despite telling me incorrectly about Check, amount, and payment process. I just wish the whole process was finely tuned and smoother. Auto body work surface wise looks great through.
