The worst experience I have ever had at any business. Nothing wrong with the item or the installation but instead was simply horrific customer service. It took several phone calls, voicemails, and texts before he finally allowed me to even make an appointment. After the job was complete we agreed on a time for me to pick up my car and he was nowhere to be found and didn’t answer calls or texts. I called and texted for over an hour before he finally called me back. He finally arrived to give me car back 90 minutes after the time we agreed on. During all of this my car was not in sight so I had no idea where my car was.

Called and And went over what I was looking for and he I knew all about all the model of my stereo dash cam and back up cameras all worked and would also be able to provide options for me to upgrade my camera settings.After dropping it off for him to look at for the day I wasn’t able to get back in contact with him and he didn’t return my calls for five days. Once he did and I picked up my car nothing was done to it no recommendations and still try to charge me for the time he looked at it. I’ll never go back there would prefer Best Buy‘s over pricing versus his incompetency

Exceptional service! Called to have a radio and amp/subs hooked up and he got me in the same day! Shane had everything installed in a timely manner and it sounded great! i have a future appointment set for a remote start install and led lights! definitely will recommend to anyone i know! glad i found this shop i would rather support small business owners then a corporate or chain business! thanks again!

I got a remote starter installed, and the Installation went great. It was done in an hour and 15 minutes, and Shane is very friendly, and explained how the remote worked well enough that even somebody who was quite poor with technology should have no issues using it. I would definitely do business with him again in the future.

Great place and Wonderful service! Shane was very helpful in setting up my remote start appointment, the installation was quick, and he went over everything with me and made sure i knew how it worked before i left and answered all my questions. i highly recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Shane will act all cool with you, but in the end, rips you off, installs different equipment than what you paid for, and his 6 month “warranty” on the equipment and lifetime on the installation is non existent. I’ve spend just over 2 grand with him, and less than 6 months later the subs are junk and he won’t return my calls or texts. He hurries through installations, and never has the right stuff in stock so it takes multiple appointments to get stuff hooked up. Would not recommend to ANYONE

Amazing customer service and very patient. I went in looking to have a stereo and subwoofer install. Im the type of person that likes to know what will be done to my vehicle so I had alot of question. All my questions and concrete were answered. After the install my car sounds amazing loving the bass from my subwoofer.

Shane was absolutely the best guy!! Hooked up my DVD head unit with back up cam 2 12 subs and amp with bass knob all in like 4 hours and cant see any wires everything is mounted the way it should and he was very knowledgeable!!! First time customer. My boyfriend took my car to get the stereo looked at. Showed up for his 10am appointment - no one at the shop. Called the number several times - no answer and voicemail box was full. 15 minutes after scheduled appt time Shane calls and said he would be there in 10 but turned out to be 20 minutes (now a total of 35 minutes after appt time. Replaced stereo amp in car and says it’s good to go. I get home to find out that the radio is still on in my car despite the fact the keys have been out of it for 3 hours And one of the speakers is now “squeaky”. Website says he’s still open for another couple hours. Call him - No answer and voicemail still full. Drive to the shop. No one there. Tried calling the following day during business hrs listed on his website - went straight to voicemail and still full. Still haven’t been able to get a hold of him to talk about the issues with his replacement amp in my car. *will update review if I ever get a hold of him*

Very friendly staff. Was helped right away no waiting. Best part was they knew what they were talking about. I went there with a friend to have his remote start installed. I was so impressed I made an appointment for them to work on my truck the following week. My friend is also coming back for more work to be done on his vehicle. Worst experience I have ever had. My boyfriend had used a groupon to buy me a remote start for Christmas that took more than half off. I went in and they told me I owed $299.77 which I assumed was for the labor and thought my boyfriend paid for the part. Shane pulled up the information on the appointment which should have showed that my boyfriend had already paid for it and I wouldn’t owe anything at the end. Come to find out he charged me for the entire thing when it had already been paid for. My boyfriend went in there to have it all refunded meaning $199.77 to my card and $100 I paid in cash but he only refunded the $199.77 to my card and didn’t send me an actual receipt showing the whole payment it only showed the amount I paid on my card. Needless to say I will not be going back.

Had an appointment at 11 o’clock no one was there called and called and called with no answer just about to leave and calls back saying my remote start equipment was not in and was trying to get it told me he would call me back and never did stay far away from this place
