I now have to take this place to court. Do not get your work done here what so ever. I came to this business to get a stereo and backup camera installed. They told me it would take about 3 hrs. I asked to technician to see if my stock backup camera worked or if I needed a new one. He never told me if the backup camera worked, he just installed a new one. He left the old camera in the same spot and bolted the new camera to my license plate. I didnt think anything of it at first. But when it rains, its basically unusable. So I called to ask these people to put it in the right spot. They told me to contact to person who installed it and they gave me his personal phone number. So I did. After he didnt return my phone call or text when I asked him to put my camera in the right spot, I contacted the shop. They told me that he didnt work for them and they are not responsible for the work he did on my car. To make a long story short, he told me if I didnt have a receipt the judge wont care what I have to say. So yes this is a shady business and I would not spend my money with these evil vindictive cheating liars.

Do NOT get any work done here! My husband and I called the number listed for THIS business and asked to have a new stereo display and a back up camera installed. We went to this location and the technician they had do our installation left our old camera in where it was and put my new camera on my license plate. When it rained we noticed that our camera was unusable because of where it was placed, it would get covered in water. We called the shop back and asked for our camera to he moved to the spot of the original camera due to the issues We were having during weather. They gave us the technicians personal phone number and told us to call him to make it right. We did that, we called and text messaged the number they gave us. After not getting an answer or contact back from the number, we called back to the shop. The shop told us it wasnt their responsibility and said the person who did the installation on our car didnt work for them, so they wouldnt help us. He argued with us and said if we didnt have a printed receipt then a judge wouldnt grant us a lawsuit against them. Terrible people terrible business. Do not spend your money here!!

After numerous phone calls and messages I was able to get in only to have to find a more experienced and educated installer for a back up camera in a 2020 car. Cut holes in interior and try to hide them only to be found by the person hired to fix his installation

Had an automatic start installed on my Expedition here about a year ago. Never had any issues and it worked great. I would definitely recommend Matt; he specializes in remote starters and its not something you want to try to install yourself or at a big box store where the staff doesnt know what theyre doing.

I had a good experience at car audio mn. They answered a couple of questions I had, and they were answered knowledgeable, and honestly. I am looking forward to going back in the spring time when my mustang is on the road again...

Oversold,needed to bring back vehicle several times to fix and had to take vehicle to dealer as it was not completely put back together. Matt always had excuses or denied a mishap before he even saw anything and then changed his mind when he saw the problem. Very bad buying experience. The 2 star was a courtesy rating, as I thought he was nice but inexperienced .
