Unfortunately, I haven’t been acknowledged or assisted the past couple times I have visited the store. Additionally, the staff do not wear masks. Von Maur and Evereve have same brands, incredible service and selflessly mask for their customers.

I can’t understand why not a single person who works here wears a mask. It’s unacceptable, we’re in a pandemic. Put on your mask or don’t work in the public. I’m absolutely horrified and disgusted.
