My husband and I had a great experience with Izzy at your Eden prairie mall location! He was so personable and was so nice even when we had to try on 3 different sizes per shoe to get the right fit! He is a fantastic employee and we’re planning to ask for him to help us again when we need shoes in the future!

Wish there was an option for negative stars. I bought a pair of birkenstocks about 18 hours ago. I tried them on at home they were the wrong size. So I went to the store to ask for a larger size which they didnt have in stock. So simply asked for a refund and they told me no because the shoes looked warn. Literally a little piece of the lettering was worn off which could have been there before I bought them I didnt look at him that closely. However I feel like its hard to destroy or wear out shoes in 18 hours when I also needed to sleep during that time period I will never spend a dime here or any of journeys companies again. Their 365 return policy is heavily false. even called corporate outside the store to try and get some help. No luck they were just as helpful as the store manager and the sales associate that were working.

I have nothing against the store but the employees are non professional. Terrible Management.

They dont carry much selection in store, or anything near a 11-12.5 in sizes. Its a pain to order shoes just to try them on and then return them.
