This location has gone down hill. They need better training. The last 3 times I’ve had a mobile order they’ve ignored the customizations. Yeah mistakes happen however they always give you attitude about it. There’s never an “I’m sorry” or “oops we’ll remake that for you”. It’s always “sooo should I just scrape off the whipped cream or do I have to remake it?”Like I’m sorry that you didn’t pay attention to the order the first time and that some people have a dairy restriction. So yes the drink needs to be remade so that I can drink what I paid for without getting sick ((:
Always depends on which one you go to of course, but the one located by McDonalds at Eden Prairie Center, MN has gone downhill in the last 2 years. Its a shame.
Worst Starbucks location in the midwest. Very large and nice looking interior, but ALWAYS short-staffed. Orders are incorrect. The Drive thru can take up to 30 minutes at times and even when there are only six or seven cars in line. This location needs to be closed/relocated/re-birthed
The drive through is always busy so I go inside and it’s really quick. They are always friendly and accurate.
The werse Starbucks ever ..wasted my hole lunch break wait in in the drive thru for 3 item ..ovee 25 min ..noone was in the drive thru so I dont understand why it took my entire lunch to be serve ..workers need to move faster than that ...that was a waste of 16 dollars..

My drink looked just like the picture it was so pretty. Tastes so good and the baristas were so nice.
I have consistently had great experiences here. Only had $4 on me today and the person taking my order was kind enough to help me figure out what drink I could get that was similar to what my usual order would be. Excellent customer service.
I was in the store for 25 min waiting for my order..then didn’t even get the right drink. it tasted like milk..then the drink for the person I was with was still not made so we sat and waited. Finally we said something then they made it. In the meantime time the workers were just giggling and visiting..not even making our drinks. The lady behind us who was waiting the whole time got the wrong drink too. Very disappointed by this Starbucks. Do not recommend. Go to the other Starbucks in Eden prairie.
My maps said its open till 8:30 pm stopped by at 7: 00 pm and its closed 😕
The staff members at this particular Starbucks store have minimum wage rage on top of which Covid took its to toll, based on how rude and foul-mouthed they are.

FYI: Drive thru line is always ridiculously long here, but I prefer to order ahead and run inside to pick up my drink. It’s always ready to go as long as I place my order >5mins before I show up. So convenient!

Just had an absolutely horrendous experience at this location. Spent 40 minutes waiting for a single cup of coffee in the drive thru. Not because it was a long line, mind you; there was only a couple cars in front of me who look like they had the same experience. I pulled up to the speaker and was told to wait. I did so for 15 minutes before being able to place my order. I then pulled up behind the car at the window (who had also been waiting for 15 minutes) and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes before they got their order. I then waited another 10 minutes until finally a kid came up and to again ask me what my order was. When I asked what was going on he said theres no manager here, just 5 17 year olds who dont know what to do. I couldnt be mad at the kids, it wasnt their fault. But the store manager and district manager need to get their sh*t together in a big way. Ill never be back to this location.
I ordered a decaf americano and received a caffeinated americano and received something with cream in it. Was already on road and couldn’t take it back. My wife ordered vanilla cold brew with cream and cream was chunky had to toss it. Terrible product from this location.
Convenient and most of the staff are friendly with a grump or two mixed in. But over all this is one of my favorite starbucks to get my coffee from. They often leave nice messages on my cup that makes my day. It can get busy during rush hours so plan an extra ten minuets if you go when its busy drive times.
Accidentally put whipped cream on a dairy free drink and gave us a free drink next time plus remake. Very courteous and friendly staff we appreciated it :)
I frequent almost daily and the staff at drive up window are always happy and friendly. I’m so impressed with their positivity when there is always a non stop line.

It was a 4 star until recently.. it closes at random time.. longest I waited for a cup of coffee was 45 mins.. almost the worst Starbucks Ive been to so far.
Went here last night about 20 minutes before close and was greeted warmly. Got the best drink Ive ever had! I almost always get a skinny vanilla latte, and this one was just incredible. My friend said his mocha was amazing too. As we took our first sips we both said wow! I chatted with the staff while they were making the drinks, they were so friendly and genuine, not fake. Great experience!
Went thru drive-thru. Line had 5 cars in it, so little bit of wait. Barista was so friendly!
This is my place to go when I need a place to work from. There is good seating inside and outside. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are always busy so it may take longer to get your drinks/orders. You can order ahead of time but Ive heard people complaining about waiting for their order ahead items. The atmosphere inside is great for getting work done.

If your lobby is closed due to such short staffing, you shouldn’t make mobile orders available (I know this can be done for this exact scenario as it has in the past). That way, customers who do the mobile order, get out of their car (in the rain today might I add), and then are told to just get in the drive-through line aren’t having to do so. If we had the time to wait in the drive-through (which is always a minimum of a 25 minute commitment regardless of time of day), we wouldn’t have placed the mobile order and tried to physically come into the lobby. Still, after waiting 40 minutes, and then the blatant, rude customer service upon receiving the order itself, even though I said “thank you” kindly.

I love Starbucks.. but this location is crazy slow and something always comes out wrong with my order. I just don’t understand.. it doesn’t matter if I go inside or the drive through. Everyone is super sweet and nice that works there, but something needs to change.
Closed at 5pm for unexpected reasons which is totally understandable but it was super dirty, trash all over their work stations and the trashcans where all so full both inside and outside the store that trash was falling out. The people where super sweet though♡

This is my favorite location! The staff is always friendly and upbeat and my order is always correctly made. The drive thru is always packed in the morning but it moves quickly.
Standard Starbucks fare with quick and friendly service. Only wish that it were more workspace friendly with plug-ins near tables. It definitely has the floor space and layout necessary.
I will literally will drive out of my way to get to another Starbucks because this one has been SO bad lately. The last 3 drinks they’ve made have been wrong, and the most recent time I thought I would give them one last try, they said they were out of guava statewide so I left and went to the next closest Starbucks and they had it. Needless to say, I will never waste my time or money there again. If you want your $5 drink made right in Eden Prairie, Shady Oak & Anderson Lakes are 5 stars!!
This Starbucks location is the worst. They are SO SO SLOW! It doesn’t matter if you are inside or drive thru. You literally have to wait 10min or longer to order. The cars are not that packed and yet they are supper slow. Note to Managers- fix the speed time with your staff. This is not good service!

One of the few Starbucks with drive through, well maintained and good service. Good selection of merchandise that you can pick upApart from that, its another Starbucks. Same menu, that you will find any where else.
The drive through line is extremely slow no matter what time of the day! They should figure out what’s causing this and fix it.

I waited in the drive thru for 20 mins and made minimal progress. This has happened multiple times. I then chose to go in the store and it took another 10 minutes, only to find out they were out of what I was hoping to order (Nitro Cold Brew). Overall, very disappointing experiences here.
Great customer service and quick stop before heading out for your day. Usually the drive thru is really busy in the mornings and I avoid standing in big line. Walk inside the store and get your order quickly instead of waiting in big line.
I come to the Starbucks every morning between 7:40 a.m. and 8 a.m. I have always had the same consistent high quality service whether they are busy or slow. Their staff takes the time to make your order correct and they also try to get to know you. As a Starbucks aficionado I give this 5 stars and if it was possible I would give them more.
This space is clean and attractive. A great spot to meet for business or to enjoy some privacy. I love the little nook by the bathrooms.
One of the biggest Starbucks Ive ever seen in a suburb! Plenty of seating for large groups or seating by outlets. Very speedy on the drinks even when the to go window is 5 cars deep.My new favorite location!
This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. They consistently get my order right and out on time. I know I can count on good service and great drinks here!
The atmosphere of this Starbucks is fantastic, however the drinks are well below Starbucks standards. It has gotten to the point where I expect my vanilla latte to have no vanilla, or my iced coffee to barely pass as iced coffee. Now that I’ve found another Starbucks on my route I won’t be going to this one anymore.
Fast and quick service, it was open during the lockdown. The staff was clean and made sure they followed the guidelines

I love the people who work here. They all know my order and get it right every time. The problem is the drive thru line. I’m always in the line for 10+ min. It’s usually wrapped around the parking lot - with each car taking 2 min by window. When you have 6-8 cars in front of you that’s 12-16 min you’re waiting.Again, I keep coming back because they make my drink to perfection but maybe they need more staff or something that gets the drive thru going a bit more swiftly.
Nice place, but too many high top tables. If theyre open grab the bench couches behind the counter on the left. Little loud when they are grinding beans, but it is a coffee shop so comes with the territory.

Very slow. More than once my order has been entirely wrong. As in, I was given someone elses stuff. I hope thats what happened anyway, because if my order was somehow turned into what I got, the drive-thru person needs to be in a hospital getting evaluated for stroke

Besides the fact today we were traveling back to south Dakota and not even an hour into the trip my wife drops her cup of coffee all over the passenger side of our car where I am currently sitting feet are wet of coffee and it now is a coffee house in here with the very strong odor of a venti flat white all over the car carpet only 2 and a half more hours to go my soy chai was delicious though
This is a newly built store across the street from Minnesotas very own Caribou coffee. The service is slow and the staff seem to be disengaged from the customers. Makes me feel sad when I go there.
Hooray for Starbucks. Consistency is key in my opinion as far as Starbucks is concerned. This location was very consistent and I was surprised to see how well staffed it was. We were able to order quickly and our drinks were made efficiently.The big con for this location is the awkward drive-thru. Its narrow and somewhat hard to navigate. Otherwise, there is a ton of seating inside this location and the interior here is actually very large. There is a large merchandise section as well as a huge wall filled with boxes of k-cups available to purchase.Additionally, this location offers a Starbucks Reserve section with the limited release coffees available for purchase.
Consistent, good quality of my beverages. I often do the mobile ordering and they have it ready and waiting 5 minutes later. Drive-thru line can be long, but it usually moves efficiently.

Where to begin... they overcharged me, and then they messed up my order. I was the 2nd car there, and after waiting for my own order for 15 min. There were 7 cars behind me. They then handed me 2 of the 3 drinks I ordered and said have a nice day. Without giving me my drink. Literally the worst service Ive ever had there and Im a regular customer. After we left we noticed all the drinks tasted bad and like nothing like we wanted. The strawberry frappuccino tasted like coffee, the caramel macchiato was watery and the iced coffee was bitter.
Seven people moving the line at the pace of two. Get to the window, theyre making drinks out of order. No wonder. At least they got the drink right, though.
An absolute perfect place to focus and get your coffee. I have been here a zillion times and my caramel macchiato plus tomato mozzarella panini sandwich is always perfect..
This location has repeatedly screwed up mine and others drinks multiple times in a row. This location really needs to increase their staffing and verifying that drinks are made correctly. Also the seating here is not well set up to do work.
If I could give this location zero stars I would. Besides serving the typical bitter, disgusting coffee that is Starbucks norm, the baristas were exceptionally inept. The cashier threw away my gift card without asking if I would like it back- it would have had a remaining balance enough to buy another drink another day. Well, keep your money, Starbucks. Ill go brew some coffee at home that at least tastes better than the disgustingly bitter drink I was served today.

I sat in drive through for 20 minutes only to receive my drink made wrong and my sandwich that was supposed to be hot was cold in the middle. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. Big waste of time and money. This location is AWFUL!!!
Does anyone else think the lady who works at the drive up window weekday mornings is rude and condescending? She’s been there for a long time. I have examples of things she has said/done but don’t want to make this review a novel. I’m a regular between this location and the one by Optum off 62/Shady Oak and I’ve driven the extra 10 mins just to that one to avoid her.Giving them 2.5 stars because the people that work inside and on weekends are nice and it’s clean.

My expectations are that a delicious, hand crafted, coffee based beverage of my choosing will be served to me quickly and politely. My expectations were met and the seasonal maple latte did not disappoint.

Great location, location is it, but also draw back as on my recent visit. Sat outside and the drive thru lane had a continuous line from 9am to near 11am with at points 12 cars in line. Patio was enjoyable for a business meeting with a partner and greast latte.

My wife goes to sbux frequently. This specific sbux is extremely slow whether you go inside or through the drive through compared to others. On the 6th of July we literally waited more than 8 minutes with one car in front of us. We will be going to a different sbux moving forward as there are a ton of them out there and in the area. Extremely slow service.

I was there waiting for over 30 minutes for my coffee. They were so disorganized and finished other orders of people that came after me first. If I wouldn’t have said anything then I probably would still be waiting.

When my startup makes me a bazillionaire I will probably have to write this place a check :). That being said there is really just one large table if you want to work with a group, the rest of the tables are smaller and good for working solo. but are cramped if your working with someone else and you both have computers. Otherwise its a Starbucks for which you really dont need to be reading reviews to know whats up.
