Worst experience Ive had. Sales person was extremely rude to not only me but also customers in front of line. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Avoid this location at all costs.

This is a great place to bring home furnishings to consign! They take items that are in really great condition and are very reasonable in their pricing. I have brought larger items and they have always been really wonderful in every step of the process! Staff is amazing here!

Visited with my daughter and was pleasantly surprised at the selection of items in their store. From vintage to modern and eclectic, they have a little bit of everything. Pricing for wall and shelf art was reasonable, but some of the furniture was a bit overpriced, in my opinion. Overall, really liked the vibe of the store - bright and clean and very well organized.

I am from Wisconsin and visit Minneapolis frequently. I visit your store in Eden Prairie every time I come but am ALWAYS disappointed with the staff. They are not friendly and never act as though they are happy to see you. They don’t smile, say thank you, or offer to help. The store is fantastic but your Eden Prairie staff makes me think twice about shopping there. A smile and thank you go a long way.

Lots to purchase. Decent styles and clothes for thrift store and large store. Not cluttered and overwhelning with merchandise falling all over you. Staff was helpful and friendly and i was happy with service and merchandise.

Lots a great home items. Employees are super friendly and take care when packaging your items.

Discovered Turnstyle Eden Prairie when my mother was moving and we decided to consign a lot of furniture. Everything went very well with the entire consignment, and the best thing to come out of the experience was that now Turnstyle is our favorite place for shopping.

My first visit to store was Wednesday September 18th. I was appalled how unfriendly & rude the 2 women working there were to customers. I would not go back because of that. They shouldn’t be working retail with those attitudes.

Pretty great to mill around, didnt find anything spectacular seemed to be overpriced for smaller items like water bottles and dishware, but great deals on larger furniture and cabinetry.
