Really a fun shopping experience. so many things to look at you forget what you came in for.I found an absolutely perfect card for a perfectly wonderful friend. Also I have found awesome Puzzles.Today I bought some pretty dish towels for myself.

Stopped in yesterday to find an housewarming gift. I was completely ignored by the staff, no one even looked at me or even said Hello.Im not spending my money somewhere I get horrible service.

I have been a customer at different Patina locations through the years and have always enjoyed the experience. Not this time. I felt as though I was being sworn at the entire time. Lots of the merchandise has swear words and in every section of the store (except baby and kids). I can understand some of that merchandise, but not the amount they had. Its sad they think they need to put swear words on pretty things to sell. I wouldnt bring my kids there (at least right now).

Ive only been here a couple times. Its a good place to find something special...when you want to give someone an actual gift, not a gift card. The greeting cards are awesome. Prices can be a little high, but mostly worth it.

I don’t appreciate the employees being so overt about their personal political and/or religious or social views. I was very offended. I don’t go there to get a “lesson on their personal political, religious, or social opinions” I go to shop and relax.

I dont come in here for much, but I absolutely love their selection of birthday, greeting, thank you cards. They have plenty of other great things at the store as well.

Great Patina location. Wide open space and great gift options. This is one of the larger locations in the city which makes it nice to wander through even on its busier days. Great selection of gifts and home decor.

I was at the Eden Prairie location. The store manager (Jessie) was extremely rude and unfriendly. The assistant manager was very pleasant. I believe Jessie should be removed from her position and replaced. Jessie made my experience so uncomfortable that I will not go to that location again, and even though the Minneapolis location is a much further drive for me I will go there over the Eden Prairie store every time. If Jessie is removed, I will go back to EP. Until then, they have lost my business. I have bought nearly all my gifts from Patina, and it is inconvenient for me to go to another location so I will be finding a new boutique shop. Jessie has ruined my loyalty to Patina...and I WILL be telling my friends to avoid Patina... and it’s ENTIRELY Jessie’s fault.
