Store was really cool. The people were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Lots of fun witchy stuff, the staff was very helpful without being pushy, and the girl who rung me up was very patient while I signed up for the email to get a coupon for my purchase :)

Good store but the employees where a bit rude and we felt unwelcome.

This store has really cool things but I can’t give it 5 stars because it is not friendly to anyone who needs a size bigger than a medium! I did not feel welcome in this space as a fat queer person and it made me really sad because the products were really beautiful! I ended up having to leave after being stared at awkwardly... Their medium seemed similar to a size 4 or 6 so if you wear a size 8 or higher this place probably isn’t friendly to you either. I’m hoping the owner sees this and decides to end fat phobia and be more inclusive- especially in spiritual stores/spaces such as these! Today is a great day to be inclusive, I’d love to come back in the future and buy clothes that would fit me! (I literally wear a large normally and couldn’t find anything, including RINGS that would fit me!!)

I was verbally assaulted by an employee there. I have a medical condition and am not always able to pull my mask over my nose. She told me I had to or she wouldnt sell me the merchandise I wanted. I believe thats called discrimination. She then proceeded to degraded me in front of my daughter and other people in the store. I am very disappointed as this is one of my favorite stores, but now I will never shop there again. For a store that sells items that are supposed to uplifting and healing, this person acted completely opposite of that.

I love the unique array of items. This is a perfect gift buying destination. There is really something for everyone. The location is easy to access. The store is unlike any other in town by large. At times I feel like the prices tend to be on the high end for some things, esp when the quality is marginal. Other than that, no complaints here.

I love this place. I buy all my incense at this place. I love going in and checking out the cool stuff and get great metaphysical gifts for friends.

Came in to buy a couple large items including a large singing bowls for my yoga studio. I was the only one in the store, 3 employees...not even a greeting or to tell me about any sales. The Mankato store is much more friendly. Guess it was a sign that today wasnt the day to spend money.

I love having this store in town. Its fun, eclectic and reasonably priced. Two suggestions for improvement. Sometimes the smell of incense if overwhelming for folks a bit sensitive to smells and I cant stay long. Also, I appreciate the low prices but sometimes some of the clothes are not well made. Would rather pay a bit more and find a more consistent product when it comes to women dresses especially.

One of my favorite stores. Has the most unique gifts, and items to satisfy me and all of my friends. Staff is super friendly and really helped make sure the salt lamp I purchased was working properly before I took it home. They also went to the extent of plugging one in to show me what it looked like before I purchased it. Will definitely come back!

I wanted to go out of my way to write a review for how amazing this store is. Obviously I love everything in the store, the vibe, the clothes and the unique items. However, what’s really amazing about it specifically at this location is the wonderful people who work there. I am always welcomed and helped whenever I go. Even though I’m pretty introverted, they never make you feel uncomfortable or, like they are just talking to you for just a sale. Simply a delight every time I go.

They are friendly 420 staff. Their CBD selection is better priced than other places. They have a clearance section. The oils and incense stuff is super nice.

Date of Visit: 11/23/2018 - Visited here while shopping at the Eden Prairie Mall for Black Friday. This was the least busy store we visited during this shopping trip. There was a very strong essential oil/incense smell in the store; it made my mother gag/choke and her eyes watered, so we had to leave. Wanted to check out the rest of the store (i.e. buy one of the amazing paintings at the back of the store!!!), but we couldnt be in the store any longer. Such a shame.

I am extremely disappointed in a ounce loved store. A staff member insisted I was stealing a $7 compass. I set the item down, because I wanted to see if it actually pointed to magnetic north and holding the item made the compass needle move. One of the staff came up to me and insisted I give her the compass.I had told her I set it down and she rudely demanded to show her where I put it. I had to embarrassingly walk over to where I set it down to prove to her that it was not in my purse. She also has asked me and my family if she could take our purses and leave them behind the counter (if we wanted). I didnt even respond to that question. I was shopping with my mom and my younger sister and I was not doing anything to deserve to be treated that way. I am a 25 year old educated woman who was dressed nicely and am stunned that I was accused of stealing. Their stuff is cheap and over priced. I was under the impression the store was light hearted and represented hippie culture but nothing about their staff was happy or peaceful. I would recommend spending your money else where.

I always find something here that I have to get. So Ill keep coming by every now and then.

I always love Earthbound and its selection of metaphysical and bohemian items. The prices are right and the staff is usually very pleasant.People who leave this store bad reviews puzzle me.

Had a very very bad experience here. The employee working was hard to find and once she was found gave me false information about a product. I was lead to believe insence cones would smell nice, make my room not stuffy and would be candle like. Nope not all. I bought them with my own hard earned money and was greatly disappointed in the results. Huge headache,horrible smell, currently airing out my room because the incense made the space stuffyier. I will not be shopping here again and will advise family members not to as well. I DIDNT EVEN RECIEVE OR GOT ASKED ABOUT A RECIPT.
