Derek and Brady came out to do a furnace inspection and did a great job. Found a leak and fixed it. Also replaced some furnace components on a snap basis.Earlier in the day, had a water heater replaced by a different team at the same company. The two guys were so fast...it was amazing.

These guys were so courteous and capable and quickly solved the problems of our no-heat-happening dilemma. My husband is out of the country for a month and it was getting cold!! From the kind and cheerful dispatcher gal to the fine service received this company is outstanding.

The Tiger Heating Jared, show up on time and was VERY skilled and knowledgeable about the area of concern for my wife and I. The area involved was with our ZONE controls. With the information, he received from us, he went right to work. First, verifying that one of the dampers was producing some noise, when closing. Second, he troubleshot down to the area of concern, which was the motor. Having all he needed on the truck, he was able to remove and replace with the new motor.

Derrick and team finished a long set of projects on our house this week. They replaced our 30 year old water heater, installed a new humidifier on our furnace, replaced the kitchen sink and fixed our kitchen sink plumbing, and fixed our shower faucet. From the very beginning the call dispatcher was quick to find a time to come out and give estimates. Derrick was honest about different options and provided us with multiple quotes for different water heater types clearly explaining the pros and cons of those options. When there were unforeseen issues due to some odd construction decisions, he was forthright with what was happening, and provided options of how he could address those issues. We had five or six different people in and out of our home during these projects and everyone was very professional and courteous. Overall it was a wonderful experience working with them, an I will now go and enjoy my endless supply of hot water with my new sink and faucet.

Plumbing Issue, Requiring Freeze Kit. Flawless Fix.#(Added Addition) Tiger found a secondary leak on the citys water meter after job was done. Had trouble getting the city to replace it so Tigers Derek went out, got a new one and installed for it at no extra charge.Dustin and Derek did an amazing job. Managed to do a freeze and replace on a pipe and valve which was leaking. This was not an easy job requiring care for the water meter, little room to work with and close to the wall.I was extremely pleased at the quick response from Tiger both to get an appointment and the service itself.

Great job replacing leaky pipes. City had trouble getting water to be turned off so they could do it. Tiger found a way to do it where I didnt have to have the water turned off since it would have had to be done for the whole block. Fixed another leak next to the first one at no extra cost. Very satisfied.

My furnace would turn in then give a 276 error code.This companies has great reviews but once technician was on site for $59 he took some pictures of my furnace, thermostat and furnace filter and said it would be $447.21 to run a diagnostic check on my furnace to see what is wrong. Told him he could leave. Jared left very mad I didn’t want to spend $447.21. Called company that installed it and he told me that my furnace runs it’s own diagnostic check and that the code 276 was the problem. Fixed problem in a few minutes. A plugged hose inside the unit. Moral of this is this companies technicians don’t know what they are doing at all. Do not use them. Call anyone else, Google what is wrong, YouTube it anything other than using this company!

Im VERY impressed and pleased with this company. They were professional, quick to schedule an appointment, and explained everything to me. They made sure they gave me quotes before incurring any costs for me and did professional, quality work. These guys are great. Gas fireplace died when another plumbing company was working on the gas lines in the house. Zach from Tiger came out that day. $59 to check which is cheap these days. Our gas fireplace is no longer made so he was honest about the parts it needed and wasn’t sure they were still available. He said he’d try and figure it out. Called yesterday and he actually did find the parts it needed and they are on their way. We were looking at $5k plus to replace this one (we just moved in in July and home warranty doesn’t cover gas fireplaces) so we’ll get to keep our existing one and it’ll be as good as new. Very responsive. Shiva’s a hoot.

I highly recommend Tigers. Dustin is a super nice guy and is very knowledgeable in his field of work. I have a 23 years old AC package system in my condo. It had very low efficiency and couldnt cool down my apartment in warm and humid days. I was told that I have to replace it. Dustin did the inspection and repaired the unit and now it is working perfectly. he helped me save lots of money and time.

We had the team at Tiger replace our aging water heater (natural gas, power vent 50 gal.) that was starting to fail. They helped us get our existing unit back up temporarily, and then we had them replace it. Their advice was excellent, pricing was very good (we got multiple bids), and they did top-notch work. The new setup is great (Rheem powervent 50 gal., updated-code PVC exhaust piping). They completed it on-schedule and left the space cleaner than when they arrived. Remarkable. Highly recommended.

Furnace went out last night dropping temp in house with below zero degrees outside. I searched companies and found Tiger, they answered the phone right away around 11:30 pm and had Zack the technician out to our house by 12:05 am. Zack explained in detail what was not working and preventive measures moving forward. Tiger is a great find I will partner with for all heating, ac and plumbing needs. With a lot of options available, Tiger is first class in service, response time and competitively priced deserving to earn your trust.

We have been long term customers of Tiger (about 18 years) when they installed our current furnace and water heater. We had been gone for a while and came home to find no heat and an indoor temperature of 55 degrees. I called for a service call on Thursday and their technician was there early Friday morning. He trouble shot the furnace and found a flaky main circuit board. It didnt make sense to put significant money into my 19 year old furnace. Steve stopped out to show me my options. We ordered a new furnace and A/C. (The old A/C had been tripping the circuit breaker.) They were able to squeeze me in on Monday morning since we only intermittent heat. A full crew came over and worked until 7:30 Monday evening to get us up and running. We could not be more happy with TIger Plumbing Heating & Air and will call them again if we ever need anything. Their crew went above and beyond and performed a great (and difficult) installation. I highly recommend them!

When Zach said he was on the way to do the semi annual check on our furnace and AC, it reminded me of all the great dealings Ive had with Tiger over the years. I called Tiger at 9pm ish last night as my furnace was not kicking on - they told me Jeff would call me within 20 minutes and he did, he said he would be at my house within the hour and he was . He repaired the furnace as best he could under the circumstances, quickly and efficiently and discussed the options for going forward. I felt that he considered the best option for me, and I am very happy with what he did. This was my first contact with Tiger and I would definitely recommend them !Update: yesterday had Sam and Eli out to replace the furnace, extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable - again came when they said that they would, finished on time, put drop cloths down, left no mess - just a great experience.Now I will sign up for their plans as they are so reasonable.

Recently had an issue with an electrician - sold me some package deal that included 3 days of labor then slapped the job together in 4 hours.. Never showed up again to repair any of the damage.Emailed Tiger asking for basic book pricing and/or hourly rates and I guess I was put off by what seemed to be a similar blind pricing structure. As the response below starts to indicate, I was in contact with the office.. They really strive to make things right to say the very least.As a customer, feeling cornered into a sale with a service call fee and no indication of pricing beyond is a down side and I think many contractors take advantage of this model. On the other hand it also does help to set realistic expectations for the honest contractors out there.Im sorry I did not give you a chance initially and I look forward to our upcoming appointment!!

Excellent experience with Tiger for what I initially assumed to be a fairly routine repair/installation. After moving into my new home, my water heater failed to ignite after numerous attempts. Additionally, I need to have new faucets and a toilet installed in my upstairs bathroom. It turned out that my water heater had to be completely replaced. The faucets also presented some issues, as the plumbing assembly was extremely corroded. The technician was able to order a brand new water heater and have it delivered and installed the same day. He dealt with multiple unexpected issues with my previous plumbing that may have been from the original home build. Everything was handled expertly and with care, and he made sure to explain each step of the process. It took more than 8 hours, and the price was very reasonable. Dont hesitate to reach out to these guys!

Every phone call with Tiger Plumbing was good, and they did everything they could to accommodate our emergency. Devin did a fantastic job with he repair. Their communication before, during, and after the repair was impeccable. Hopefully we don’t have any plumbing emergencies in the future, but if we do, Tiger plumbing will be the first place we call.

AC went out during two 90 degree days! Dustin arrived within two hours of my call, and had the problem resolved in an hour. I had a question later in the afternoon, and he was happy to communicate followup with me. Great service and post-service care!

Our furnace was making noise so we had Tiger come out on a Friday to see what the problem was. They gave us an estimate on repair and I asked them what it would cost to replace. Steve gave me several options. Monday morning I told Steve we would like to replace the furnace. He gave me all the info I needed to make an educated decision. I have not had to buy a furnace in the past so I was not familiar with the different options. Ely was at our house within a few hours. I got home from work around 7 that night and my wife said they just left and that the furnace was installed and operating. I was amazed. I just want to say thanks to Steve, Ely, Beth and the rest of the crew. They gave us a fair price and unbelievable service. I would not hesitate to recommend Tiger to everyone I know.

Our furnace stopped working at 9PM on a Friday evening, with the temperature dropping well below zero. We called Dustin at Tiger, and he was at our house within an hour. He didnt have the part to repair our furnace, but he was able to restart it manually, so that it could run through an eight-hour cycle. When that cycle ran out and the furnace stopped again the next day, he came by to manually restart it, so that we stayed warm until the part finally arrived for the repair. He didnt even charge us for the second visit! We were very impressed with Tigers responsiveness and attention to detail. We would not hesitate to use their services again.

I had the condenser fan motor replaced on my Lennox Elite air conditioning unit. The cost to replace it was $977. I was told that the motor was not a typical model that is commonly used. I looked up both the number of the new motor and the old and found them for roughly $100. I understand you may not be able to get best price as you are sourcing locally. I also understand the technician also needs to be paid. But $977 is a premium price to pay to have a small motor replaced. If I am not mistaken, Tiger installed this unit. Im guessing this is a popular unit, and thought people should know what they should expect to pay to replace what is essentially a wear item. Your technician was upfront about the cost and did the job professionally.

I needed a plumber ASAP, which I suppose they somewhat delivered on. I called at 11 am, was told that someone would be out between 12-4. They came at about 3:45. My washer was being disconnected and the valve was leaking. Dustin came out and disconnected the washer hoses and capped them with brass caps. I was charged over $250! All my tools were already packed and moved, I couldve purchased pliers and brass caps for less than the $99 service charge. And then the he wanted to put stickers on my furnace, which he didnt even service. A little slimy if you ask me. I would not recommend this company. In fact, Im going to definitely let my neighbors know how well the service was and the extraordinary charges for these services.

Very easy to work with, prices were comparable to two other companies I had provide a quote. They have done two small jobs for my home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Employees are kind and professional, quality of work is very good and they make it a priority to follow code and any city requirements.

Quicker to respond than other companies during the coldest few days of winter. Came out very late on a weekend so we would have heat. Didnt charge an outrageous amount for the emergency service. Our tech, Jeff was so nice and thorough even though hed been working all day and night. Texted me to follow up and came back the next day when we had other issues.

Same day service. Our furnace broke Sunday, Monday morning we called Tiger and they were out by the afternoon checking out the appliance. Needed to replace it, they were quick to install it next day. We worked with David & Sam they and the rest of the team were very respectful of our home.

Tom was great. Helped trying to troubleshoot the problem via phone, then came out the next morning and was amazing working out and fixing the problem for us. He gave us a great recommendation on what filter to use and gave us advice on our furnace for the future. Look forward to using Tom and Tiger Plumbing Heating & Air in the future!

Fixed everything really quick and fit me in my a busy day.

My electric water heater stopped heating water. They changed me 99.00 just to come to my door. All they did was look to see if there were any water leaks and turned the breaker off. Then they wanted another 239.00 dollars just to troubleshoot so 339.00 just to find the issue. Then they would charge me for parts and labor. They then proceeded to try to sell me a new water heater and told me that they would charge me over 3300.00 for a new 80 gal tank. I did my own troubleshooting. the water heater just had a bad fuse. The fuse was 25.00. This company tried to pray on me in my time of need. I have a baby and can not be without hot water. I will never be contacting this company again. Please stay away.

I had an emergency toilet backup on Sunday and Dustin was able to text and call me through the problem. He then sent one of his technicians to my house early the next morning to clear fix it. Very impressed with the response time and quality of service provided.

Frigid temps in MN last weekend, so of course our furnace went out. The Tiger team was fast, thorough, helpful - AND they called to follow up afterwards to make sure everything was solved. I highly recommend them.
