Only can FedEx make a visit to the post office seem fast. Prepaid shipping labels are useless when theres one employee and everyone in front of you has a complex shipment. Wasting customer time for absolutely no reason for what should be a 30 second visit.Update: I walked out. Absolutely pitiful. Ill never voluntarily use FedEx again in my life. Besides claiming no one was home for deliveries when our camera system shows them driving by without ever stopping on rush next day shipments, this was just sad. Office Depot had it scanned in 2 minutes after I went up the road.
I hate to write a review like the following and I generally never take the time to write reviews but enough is enough. The entire staff at this location is lazy, rude, disrespectful, and condescending. I’ve been in this location several times during the past few weeks and I have witnessed their complete lack of care for their customers and their rudeness. Senior management needs to take action and clean house as this lack of customer respect and service runs from top to bottom in this store. I took my business across the street to Office Depot and received better customer service from a courteous sixteen year old kid than I did from the adults that work in this FedEx location.
I paid for two day shipping and my package sat in their warehouse until the day I was supposed to receive it. I live in MI and needlessto say I havent received it. Not to mention, FedEx in general is terrible with updates. Never tells you when a package leaves a location or is out for delivery. I attempted to get text notifications three separate times but nothing. Ill get a text saying its activated, however I still havent received any updates for it unless I go online to look at tracking. I now know that they shipped it to Ohio, even though there is a major FedEx building on an Airstrip 25 minutes north of me. It has been atrocious and I always cringe and cross my fingers whe. I see its FedEx handling a package at this point.
Unhelpful and rude staff. Stopped by to ship business documents to China. I was told they wouldnt help me unless I went home and first filled out export forms from home. Their online system is poorly designed and complicated for the lay person. Gave up after an hour and went to UPS who gladly accepted the documents for shipment.
Unfriendly staff. Rude and making mistakes with basic English and number typing.
Refused to ship an item that I am returning to the manfacturer that was originally delivered by FedEx. Claimed that they are only a print shop. Taking my business and all of my business shipping needs elsewhere.
As soon as I walked in the door, Suzanne from the ‘Pack/Ship’ area greeted me with a “Hello, how are you?” (With a very obvious smile under her mask). She let me know she was just finishing something up and she’d be right with me. Not even a minute later, she invited me to the counter. I just needed to drop off two shipments and required a receipt because of the value of the items. I didn’t even need to ask for one, she scanned everything and provided me a receipt and sent me off within a minute or two. Great customer service from Suzanne, definitely exceeded my expectations. 🙂

As people mentioned the parking lot is busy confusing for entry and exit.I had some government documents for 3 people to mail and while the agent was helpful for the most part, she was a bit rude. After she weighed the documents, I just requested a minute to review the 3 packages to ensure proper collation of passports, photos, etc and she kept saying stuff like, the mail is going now, we are ready to ship, etc Very unprofessional. As if the truck was waiting on my envelope.

Parking is hart to find but I welcomed with good customer service. Was In N Out in less than 10 with bunch of regular prints and photo prints.

Dick (manager) and his staff are great. The space is large and feels very fresh compared to some other FedEx Office locations. Parking was a little tricky for my tall van but ok. Enter on Singletree LN or through Bobby and Steves.

Justin helped me enlarge a word document for my daughters social studies poster. He was able to make it the EXACT size she wanted (22 inches by 8). It was done VERY quickly AND cost me less than anywhere else in town. I will definitely go back when I have a copy shop need!
Total waste of my time! I just tried to have this store design me 2 new menu boards to match the ones on my website. They have no clue what Im after because apparently they are not allowed to open websites due to security reasons. How can you deny looking at my secure website to see what I am looking TO PAY YOU to help me design? Makes absolutely no sense to me..??Sorry guys I tried to give you my business but you made it really difficult to do so. I wish you luck running your business this way. Every time I try to ship clinical pacs that are contracted by the company and FedEx, the older lady says that she has to redo the labels because they dont use them any more. No problems with the other staff, just her. If there were a problem with the labels, shouldnt FedEx tell the company they are contracted with? New location is nice but parking sucks.

I use this location to print large signs for work on a regular basis and have always had good experiences with them.On a recent print job, the person working contacted me to let me know a word had been misspelled so we could correct it before it was printed. I really felt like they went above and beyond!My only complaint is that they seem to be a bit understaffed and service can be extremely slow. I waited over 30 minutes to be helped with only one person in front of me.
DO NOT SHIP HERE! Go to a different location or the nearby post office if you can. I went in to ship a small bottle that weighed less than 1 pound, ended up being swindled into purchasing a $5 box that was literally about 16x too big for the item, went through a 15 minute process because the lady kept messing up details which I had reiterated to her were incorrect as she was doing them and she seemed irritated when I corrected her. I don’t know if it’s because I’m young, she was having a bad day, or just simply hadn’t been trained properly but as a business owner myself I’m very disappointed. If I wasn’t on a time crunch I would have taken my business to my usual shipper and certainly wouldn’t have paid $20 to send something that weighs 13 oz by itself. I can’t get over how annoying this experience was and I really hope others save their self the pain and just go somewhere else.
Stopped by this location to drop off a bunch of packages and the lady there (I think her name is Joy) was really nice and helpful!

The new place has horrible parking! the staff are still clueless and slow. the door bell when you walk in just makes to you want to leave right away. 5 parking spots are you serious? clearly poor planning. id be surprised if this location lasted past the lease term. oh and dont forget the closely placed sign posts that everyone hits parking, good job morons.
Terrible service and overpriced. Went to ship golf clubs back and it was more expensive than the first time I shipped through Fed Ex. The first time I paid for a call tag to have a driver pick it up and it was $20 less than it wouldve been after taking my time and efforts to ship it from the Fed Ex store itself. The person assisting me knew I was trying to ship the clubs for the least amount possible and they only suggested more expensive options while I was in there. Made absolutely no sense and I will never go back there. The local Eden Prairie UPS store found a lower priced box for me and re-packed my package for me for FREE (This Fed Ex store would do this as well for an extra $30!) . They then shipped my clubs for $60 less than this terrible Fed Ex location was able to do. I suggest you go to UPS and leave this Fed Ex in the rearview mirror.
The gal refused to ship my package because I used brown paper and mylar tape to wrap it. Any other color paper would be ok I guess. She said I would have to pay her extra to repackage it in FedEx materials from her shelf if I wanted to ship it. I called FedEx national customer service. That person had never heard of refusing to ship things packaged in brown paper. I filed a formal complaint.
I went to have beer labels printed. They were not very interested in making sure they were selling me the correct labels. They labels were blurry and the incorrect size.
I pretty much feel like customers are a HUGE inconvenience here. Been here twice for evening drop off for work twice for packages that missed last pick up at work...same experience on the phone.
Trying to ship one envelope for 25mins. The computer keeps going down or this guy dose not know what he’s doing, don’t know what the deal is..... what a wast of my time
I was trying to have a package held at this place. I had two packages of the exact same thing sent here previously and held untill pickup. I came here directly to ask why this one couldnt be held.... and the people here apparently dont have the authority to help me. They couldnt even help me figure out where else i could have it held at. Useless..... dont bother ever coming here... call customer service which is equally annoying. Whats the point of hiring people that cant do anything?
Brand new FedEx location in Eden Prairie area. Service was ok.The door makes a loud chiming sound when you enter which is really annoying.

Ive used them for several print needs I had, very helpful, once they help you. Waiting to get help can be an issue at times.
Boxes are too expensive for a shipping place. Too picky with my packaging, always trying to upsell me on their packaging. Overall, wont be back.
