Friendly owners; helpful and customer oriented. I use this UPS store for work and personal projects since it is close to my office. They have packaged and shipped small pieces of equipment for my business. They have done book binding for courses I teach. I have been very happy with all the work they have done. Costs are competitive.
Never again. Spent $107 to overnight car keys for Saturday delivery, to replace lost set. Arrived Monday, had to spend $$ on two nights hotel rooms as a result. No refund, “would have to come out of our pocket”. Duh. Go to the fedex store across the street. Never again
This UPS store did a great job helping with printing banners, flyers and other promotional materials for my business. They went above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. The customer service is exceptional and employees and owners are very friendly. I would highly recommend UPS store for all your business and shipping needs.
Best customer service experience of the month. The owners of this shop went above and beyond to get my 3 packages shipped. They let me borrow a few tools, helped me pack my packages, and stayed late after 7 to get the job done. I have shipped across the country at all the major stores, these guys were the best I have ever seen. Family run and care taken, amazing job and THANK YOU!
Worst customer service, AVOID GOING THIS STORE. This store is only 0.5 miles from home and I went to drop a package and he asked to take print out of label . I said I can email you, he replied $2 for one print.Later I went to 16526 W 78th St, Eden Prairie, MN 55346 UPS even though it was 10 mins drive with box and label. They are very polite and she packed the box with tape.

Quick in and out for Notary Services on Saturday Morning. You may want to call ahead to check the schedule/availability. Staff was promt and helpful.

Im so mad. I needed a document notarized and found that this UPS store provides notary services. Their website has an option to schedule a notary, which I did for later that afternoon during one of the open times. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment, I was told the notary was not there and that they sometimes dont show up. WHAT?! The staff member was unapologetic and suggested that I could try driving to Bloomington because they have a notary there. Because apparently I have all the time in the world to drive around and hope that there is a notary there. By the way, the appointment form had my email, so thats not even an excuse for why they didnt show up.
Hours state that they close at 7:00 p.m. we arrived several minutes before 7:00 and they were already closed and gated up. We could see them inside and they would not take our package. This is bad customer service.

Horrible experience at the Eden Praire UPS location. Went there to drop of a package that already had a printed label provided by USPS and they wouldnt accept it because it was USPS even though online it says they accept them. Horrible customer service for one of the employees until one of the managers took control. After a short argument they said they would take our package. 4 days later I go to check the tracking number status and it says Label Printed which was on September 3rd. Keep in mind I dropped it off the same day. They had 4 days to scan the package in the system which they didnt. Some defiantly fishy going on. Going to take a visit this week. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! HORRIBLE STAFF!!
Gentleman working was quite rude, just needed a document notarized and was aggressive about the process. Definitely not interested in coming back here.
Ordered a print from home with an extra copy. But I got the extra for another sheet, not sure if it was my mistake or theirs, but they gave me one without charging extra. Staff are nice and great. Will visit again.
The two guys at this UPS Store are seriously the best! They were patient yet gave pretty quick service. I came in to the store at the end of the night (15-20 minutes before close) expecting them not to be able to help me. Not only did they take me, but they printed my resumes on the resume paper I brought in. They gave me a 20 cent discount per page without me even asking for it and wished me well in my job search. I will be going to this UPS Store again when I need help printing or shipping. I would definetely recommend them for the great customer service they gave me! 🙂

Returned amazon package and part of the box was torn so I ask man at service desk to tape it and he said tape was not free and made me buy $8 tape. Fed Ex would have taped it for me. I would not recommend this location.

UPS Store near Eden Prairie Center is a friendly destination for sending packages. Ive always been greeted with a warm 🙋 hello and staff genuinely let me know they appreciate my business. They can be busy at times but always acknowledge customers as quickly as possible. This is one place I can depend on for friendly efficient service.
Service isnt very good at this location. I would recommend going to another location. The fed ex in Eden Prairie also has better service Ive used them several times.

I dropped off a package 5-2-18 and I asked the girl at the counter how much fragile tape would cost and she told me it was free and assured me she would put it on a package valued at $1000, not only did she not do that but the package arrived beat up with holes (this was a reinforced box) and the item shipped was damaged. When I went back 5-10-18 to ask why the fragile tape had not been applied the staff member there acted indifferent and just gave me the generic 800 number for UPS. I can understand an honest mistake but when you couple it with this level of apathy to own up to it, youre better off finding a different way to ship your important packages than this local franchise.
FANTASTIC customer service! I had came from the local Fed Ex store after them trying to charge me over $120 to ship some golf clubs. They noticed immediately that my box was oversized for the clubs I had inside due to the movement of the clubs inside the big box. They brought out a much smaller box for me to try and repacked my clubs for FREE (Fed Ex store would have done the same for $30!). It ended up being $67 instead of the $120 Fed Ex wouldve charged me for the exact same service. The owners of the store were on site and EXTREMELY helpful and kind. I will continue to use this UPS store and leave the Eden Prairie Fed Ex store in the rearview mirror.
Location is convenient but the store always opens 15-20min late every time I stop by. It’s frustrating when you have to get to work in the morning and the location doesn’t even follow their posted business hours

On Christmas busy time I send a Glassware (easy breakable) to my Mom.really good protecting packing and on time delivery.really good customer service.I really like their services.
Indifferent staff, surprise fees.Staff doesnt really seem to be happy about being there. Seem to have a way of charging you surprise fees Ive never paid in the UPS network before.My suggestion is finding a better UPS store, or using FedEx instead.
Horrible Experience! Go with prepaid return. Didnt know they couldnt scan off the phone. I am told to print it off. Never told they charge $2 for 1 sheet of paper. I let them know I was never told. He rudely takes my package then tells me to leave. I will never use this place again because of him
Came in 10 minute before close, and the door was locked. An Asian-American woman was in the store. She unlocked the door for me and I asked Do you normally lock up 10 minutes early? She said Maybe you shouldnt come ten minutes before close. She then proceeded to be incredibly rude to me and offered the worst customer service Ive ever received in any business, retail or otherwise. This store should be ashamed of itself for how it treated a customer.Honestly, I wish I could make this up. I had walked into a FEDEX because I was confused about the labeling and they gave me the best customer service I had ever received, honestly it was shell shocked. I will never use UPS again because of this. You have lost a customer.
I havent even received the order I placed yet but had to leave a quick comment because I was so impressed with the customer service I received via email today from Nikita or Krish (email was signed both). Will go out of my way to support this location. A little customer service can go a long way. Thank you!
Rufused an envelope for Amazon return because she was afraid they will lose it. Absolutely astounded by the incompetence at this store. After calling manager said that I could bring it back but they dont want to hear me complaining if they lose it... Seriously!?

I have been working with Krish and her team for at least 8 years, as Ive been launching a global business! I drive in from Edina each time I need something really important to be handled-ie legal documents etc, because I can count on her team. The service is always top notch, and the international prices are always delivered with cost and efficiency in mind.
Per the owner, expect to pay an extra $1 per box for a piece of tape. That’s the owners policy, not UPS. My suggestion: charge $0.25 per box and you’ll more than pay for your store tape costs and you won’t lose customers to other more practical and customer service focused UPS stores.
The owners are really great hard working people. I have used them for years and always find them very friendly and helpful.
I was sending a package to my fiancé to India and getting there was no problem but when it arrived in India it was frustrating the ups in India would not give it to her and they say that they lost the invoice so they basically keepept her package and then they raised the price and it was rediculus but the ups in Eden prairie saved the day they did not give up through out those two weeks they kept calling the india Divison and it worked I would not send packages to India cuz they’ll try to make you give up so they can keep the package but the upsbin eden prairie help out a lot so if your in Eden prairie you now know they will make sure that your package and all that is their top priority.

If i can, i would give this 0 star . I was there to drop off my package and I gave the staff my label to scan. He said :”we don’t scan the label like that, you have to print it out and cost $1,99 for one sheet “.This is so ridiculous. I don’t mind about $1,99 but I wonder :” why he can’t scan the label That i show him and I must extra pay for my package again . I think the owner want to charge customers any pennies as much as possible. It’s never happened to me like that before . I would not come back there again. Just go somewhere else.

I went in there to return a package and the lady was on the phone. She just told me to drop it off and didnt give me a tracking receipt or anything. I had problems with the other end saying they didnt receive the package back yet and asked for the tracking #. I went back in there w/questions about my package and she said it was mailed back. She cant do anything about it. Im very upset with their services there.
The people that work here are so helpful and courteous it makes shipping things not as big of a pain in the butt as it usually is. Thanks!

Hope you don’t need a notary on the weekend when you set up an appointment online. Showed up for scheduled appointment to find out there were no services. Why are you allowed to set up an Appointment if they can’t provide the service
They denied to take my package because i do not have tape with me and ask me to buy otherwise they wont take the package :( Was very disappointed!!!
