My husband purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude in April of this year. We had exceptional customer service experience until now, 6 months later, the computer system locks up not recognizing a transmission is even in the vehicle. Of course, no one knows us or wants to help. I’m disappointed especially when I communicated to my mother as well as many others to go see them because we truly felt they would not do anyone wrong. So, if you want monthly payments & a vehicle to sit in the driveway looking pretty, Tri-City is the way to go!!

Had a good experience from the first call to the online team to sales to finance office 😃 Got a great looking truck at a price we were happy with. Probably the easiest vehicle buying process Ive ever had and Ive bought probably ten new vehicles.Only complaint is the detail department. Waited idk an hour for the truck only to have them not even vacuum it or clean all the glass. Looks like they quickly did the inside of the windshield with a dirty rag so Im not happy I have to detail it the right way myself but... 🤷‍♀️ Too far to drive back for then to do it the right way like they offered.

They have blocked themselves out from the outside world - what good is phone number, chat and website if they all do not provide access - Dr. Philip Weinbrecht - going somewhere else.

Jeff is the only reason Im giving them stars at all! DO NOT trust the online pricing, they had plenty of opportunities to correct their pricing mistakes before we even got there. We were told that the price was correct after asking multiple times. They did nothing to attempt to rectify their mistakes and are still miss-advertising the cars price through both the website and email, even after taking and hour of our time. They need to get theirselves together and train people to catch pricing mistakes and price things correctly or not advertise online at all.

They will do whatever they can to sell you a car. Nice employees, not aggressive at all. I might buy a truck here next.

The people here in the parts department are very knowledgeable and fairly friendly. They can find exact parts for your vehicle using the VIN or by year, make, and model. There isn’t a lot of parking near the front entrance because the vehicles for sell and lease are all there. There may be more parking near the rear. Of course, when you pull up a salesperson will come out thinking they may be able to make a sale, just tell them what you need, parts, maintenance, or sales and they’re very happy to help. I had a gentleman take me all the way to the parts department and get their attention for me when I visited recently!

Deceitful and gone way down hill in just 3 short years!!Spoke to Jeff for 3 weeks about my lease turn in, all aspects of process and possible charges. Steve the so called general manager told me the complete opposite after driving 45 mins per my lease end process via Chrysler Financial.Would have been nice to at least get an apology for the situation or at least attempt to help is beyond pathetic, unprofessional and unbelievable.Sad thing is my father wanted to purchase a Jeep Cherokee but no more after this absolutely unprofessional experience.

Took my crysler 300c in for loud noise in front end. They said noise was coming from the rack/pinion. They relpaced it at a cost of 856.00. It did not eliminate the loud thumping sound . I feel i just gave them my money, and loud thump is still present. I told them from the getgo thst i thought it was the srutsJohn garrett

Great selection of cars and friendly staff. Took our car here for an oil change and tire rotation. They were done when they said theyd be but when I went to leave 1 tire was almost flat and after I left I figured out that they didnt balance the tires when they rotated them either.

I went with my daughter to pick up her van. The transmission gave out while it was still under the 60,000 mile warranty. They refused to do the right thing by her until faced with legal action and the loss of the sale of a new Corvette. Facing this, they suddenly rented her a vehicle, replaced the transmission and covered the transmission fluid and filter that they previously said was not covered under warranty. Its shameful businesses have to be forced to do the right thing! Interesting that you cant respond to the business owner. You know exactly who Im talking about Dwayne Smith. You jerked her around telling her the transmission was covered but she would have to pay for the fluid and filter, and you would only pay a very small portion of the tow bill until you were facing legal action and lost a big sale. You are like many other businesses. Youre about the bottom line.....money, not people. The people are the ones who work for the money that keeps you in business.

Everyone was really friendly, my salesman Ike took his time with me, he showed me everything about the Jeep Wrangler all the available options we even took the front part of the top off. Ike showed me at least 5 different Jeeps before I made my decision, very upfront and honest about everything and no pressure. I bought a KIA SOUL and Im very unhappy with it. After signing the paperwork I was told the car I took on a test drive was not the one Id be getting because it had too many miles on it. I didnt notice the miles, I liked the rain guards along the windows. Not to mention, it has very poor get up and go. I will probably not buy another KIA, like ever. Also the manual says the car requires an oil change every 7000 miles but these people sent me emails daily to get my oil changed at 5000 miles. That was very annoying, so I asked to be taken off the email list. I no longer receive emails from this dealership, but I do receive quite a few from KIA.

I called before I came to make sure the car I was looking at online was on the lot (Kingsport, TN location), and they told it was so I drove over there (about an hour away). Once I got there the car was sent out as a loaner car earlier that morning (before I called) and was not on the lot. I found a different car that I liked better so I went to see how much it would be. While I was negotiating with them I asked them not to run my credit over and over until we reached a price that we both could agree on. They said they would not. However I have a credit tracker account and it showed that they ran my credit 7 times!!!!! I ended up getting the car, but I will never ever go here for another car. My credit is shot for another 2 years now until that comes off. Thanks a lot...
