AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! All staff are not only extremely rude, but will go out of their way to be so! The ladies in the back of the office particularly enjoyed being hateful towards customers on the clock. If only they would focus that energy into a positive experience. Speaking of, I’ve never had an experience like this one. I truly can’t believe they are still in business. I will never step foot on this property again. ANY other dealership will give you a better deal. Trust me.

I wanted to give a huge thank you for the excellent service and professionalism I received yesterday. I was there for a safety recall on my 2014 Ford. I was treated respectfully and in a timely fashion from the first phone call until they returned my keys. I called one day and the next day I had an appointment first thing in the morning. The problem was repaired and they went out of their way to be kind and considerate. The service industry has to be be very stressful; as customers we have a responsibility to be respectful as we expect the same in return. I would bring my car back for any issue I have and thank you again for taking this service seriously.

The service advisor doesnt care if you dont come back. After talking to the General Manager I found that there is someone here that cares. But as far as the service department is concerned, the customer service and satisfaction is not one of their priorities. If you have any type of Aftermarket service contract good luck. This service advisor nor anyone else wants to take the time to call them and will want you to call and get reimbursed. I will give them one more chance but I dont see it being any better next time.

Literally the best dealership I have ever been too. Our bank messed up something with the loan and they were patient. We got a great deal on our car. And I still talk to some of the staff members. I promise you this, next time we get a new ford we will certainly make the drive back from Clayton NC all the way back to Eden just to deal with honest good people.Thank you!

If you want a dealership to treat you right and REALLY work hard to get you a good deal, then this is the place to come. We have now bought 3 vehicles from them and with the way they have worked with us on all 3, I wont go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. I have no reason to. On all three vehicles I didnt honestly think they would be able to reach a deal I could afford but they made it happen. Other dealerships sometimes act like they dont even want to try to work with you but Tri-City goes above and beyond to help you. Me and my wife will be customers for life!

Small town dealership with terrible customer relationship skills. Plus, their inventory is very limited so if youre looking to buy a car they dont have in stock, youll be receiving it in about a month. You should just go to Greensboro or Danville and visit an actual reputable dealership. Or better yet, just avoid a dealership in general and just buy your next car from Carvana. This location especially has a problem with pushing people into buying something that they dont want or even need. Just stay away, is my advice.

Best car buying experience I have ever had (and I have bought a lot of cars). The customer service I received from Cleve and Kevin was second-to-none. Cleve went out of his way to accommodate me as an out-of-state buyer, picking me up from the airport on his day off and driving me to the dealership to retrieve my Ford Expedition. Cleve is the salesman to see and everyone else was amazing to work with as well! I checked around several dealerships for a 2019 Ford F150 XL STX supercab and wow this was the best deal beyond all other dealerships! The total processing time and out the door was extremely fast and efficient, better than a lot of other dealerships I have dealt with! I wont even consider buying from another dealer! We were greeted with handshakes and great hospitality. This is the place to go if you want great hospitality, great customer service, competitive prices, and overall satisfaction.

I bought a 2019 Mustang from this dealership and the experience was wonderful! I found the car online and actually drove three hours to get there because they had a great deal and were awesome when speaking on the phone. As a woman, other local dealerships had brushed me off and only spoke to my father when we were there, but Kevin (the general manager from my understanding) was respectful to me from the very first phone call I made. He also got our financing set up prior to the day of sale so the process was smooth and easy once we arrived. Deon and Cleve had great customer service as well; they gave very detailed explanations of everything involved and were very personable. Overall this is a great dealership to do business with, no doubt five stars!

The Service Department at Tri-city Ford is awesome. I recently moved to the area from NY. I have taken my 2013 f-150 in twice now. Once for a computer reprogramming recall and once for a transmission repair. They got my truck right in. The service writer was a pleasure to deal with. They had to order parts for the transmission and still got the truck repaired very quickly. They are very professional and I wouldnt use anyone else around. Ill be due to buy a new truck in a couple of years and this is where Ill buy it.

Car went in for a factory repair on Friday. Kevin the manager was aware it was coming in. Suppose to meet Kevin the manager there. Told him we would be there around 9:00am. He did not show up like he said he was going to. He said that he would be in at 8am and would be there all day. Was still not at work at 9:30am Was told that they had not talked to him and that he had not called in and did not think he was even coming in. They directed me to Cleve at the dealership. Went over with him as to why we were there. Gave him the keys. He told us to take it to the body shop that they use if we wanted to run it up there we could so we did what he told us we could do. He said that him or Kevin would be in touch with the body shop on Friday (same day).Dealer did not get in touch with the body shop for 8 days even though that the manager Kevin on Friday knew where it had been taken to and that we were told to do it by Cleve. Car got fixed and due to Tri-City (Kevin) not doing what he suppose to have done car was repaired and now Ford has denied claim. Again if Kevin would had come to work like he told us that he would be there to meet us then none of this would had happened or if he would had contacted the body shop but again he did nothing. Bad manger for sure. Also Ford did not want us to take it to them for some reason that we do not know but I thought since we purchased it from them that they would be the best to go to. How fooled did we get. If anyone at Tri-City would like to dispute that this did not happen you are more than welcome to contact us. They are good selling cars but on problems and issues they are the worst. Be careful before you buy from them.

The purchase of my vehicle was great but when it comes to an issue they want to charge $110.00 just to look at the vehicle that has a warranty. I was looking at getting the issue fixed and trading in for something else on the lot but after that I will be looking at other dealerships.

Called ahead and asked about a specific car, Vic set up an appt and said the car was still available. Drove 2 hours to see said car, they knew i had a 2 hour drive, then proceeded to tell me the car was already sold when i got there and he “didn’t check the inventory”. Vic didn’t apologize, and then proceeded to try to sell me a different model with twice as many miles and no upgrades. Horrible experience.

On 6/4/20 I took my 2017 Ford Escape to Tri-City for a service and a coolant recall. On 6-19/20, my escape stopped in the middle of the road and had no pull. I towed it to Tri-City because it was just there for a simple service and recall. I have had no problems with this vehicle in the past and it’s 3 years old. Jason at Tri-City ford call me on 6/22 and said my coolant line was leaking. He said my warranty wouldn’t pay for a line so I agreed for them to fix the $500 line. He NEVER explained that I would need to fix the line to know if the transmission burned up or not. I assumed after the coolant line was fixed my car would be good to go. I’m not a mechanic. Jason should have been clear that spending the $500 may not fix it. After he fixed the line he said it was transmission and said “I” burned it up. I explained that I had no indicator on my car of low transmission fluid and there was no leaks on my driveway. Jason was NOT helpful with my questions, he was very rude, and Needs to go to customer service training. He actually raised his voice at me when I asked if the coolant recalled had anything to do with the coolant line or why I didn’t get a low fluid indicator light telling me I had low fluid. After working with Jason and believing they did something to my vehicle while servicing and the recall, I called Green Ford in Greensboro. I had to pay the $500 to release my car to Green Ford and they came to pick up my vehicle with no charge and is fixing it. They payed for my tow and gave me a loaner car, which Tri-city was NOT helpful on either. I wouldn’t take anything to Tri-city Ford again. I was told later by coworkers that tri-city is the worst. I wish I never took my car there.

So recently tried to do business with the sales manager involving a dealer trade. Told the manager what I wanted and the price I had to stay around to make it work. After a long dialogue between him and I on my phone(text) he tells me that he can get the vehicle from another dealership. I applied and got approved and then told him that particular truck was what was looking for. And didnt want to be flipped onto another.he immediately tells me that he can get this vehicle and to wait for him to respond.he never contacts me again until I initiate contact with him. He tells me over the course of the day that he cant get the other dealer to respond to phone calls or emails.i then call the dealer with the vehicle I want and they tell me there has been no messages and or calls concerning the trade. So I asked the sales manager at tri-city to call me at 519pm.he replies he will later and never does. I took it upon myself to go 3.5 hours away to get the vehicle I was inquiring about. This sales manager was very dishonest and apparently does not appreciate any thing but a big sale. If I could rate him lower than one I would! I took an extra hit to my credit because he gave his word and couldnt back it up!

Yesterday my battery died on my 3 year old vehicle. So I contacted AAA and they jumped my battery and told me I needed a new battery. My wife looked online and figured out that OReillys had the battery I needed and would install it.I drove to OReilly Auto Parts in Reidsville and bought a battery. They suggested that I go to Tri-City Ford in Eden to have it installed because they would be able to reset everything that was messed up on my dashboard as a result of my battery going dead.My wife followed me from OReilly Auto Parts in Reidsville to Tri-City Ford in Eden.I got to Try-City Ford about 4:15 pm and told people in service that I had a new battery in the back seat and I wanted them to install it and reset everything in the dash that was messed up.I asked if they could do it while I waited. The said that it would take a hour to do, therefore they wouldnt have enough time to do it before they had to go home. They said they would call and let me know when it was ready.OK. So I left my car there. They didnt call today, so my wife called and asked if my car was ready. They said yes, it was ready.So we drove back today at 12:10 pm and paid the $129 labor charge (tax included) for them to place my battery in the car and reset the computer. My wife left in her car.When I got into my car, and started it, the check engine light was on. I went inside and explained this to the man in the service department. His response was that I requested that they replace the battery and reset everything.Resetting everything doesnt include checking on the check engine light. He said there was an additional charge for doing that. I said I was willing to pay for that. He said they couldnt do it then and that I would have to wait until the other servicemen got back at 1pm.He asked if I wanted to wait until 1pm. I said no, I would take it somewhere else.HERE IS WHAT REALLY TICKS ME OFF! WHY DIDNT THEY TELL MY WIFE OR ME THAT AFTER THEY RESET EVERYTHING, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON AND THEN ASK IF WE WANTED THEM TO CHECK THIS?I think its the responsibility of a dealers service department to tell customers of a potential problem. Not let them drive off and figure that out later. The check engine light wasnt on until I had AAA jump the battery. And at that point everything on the dashboard was messed up.This was my first and LAST service visit at Tri-City Ford.

Only when I said something did he choose to stop. Ive been to this dealership several times over the years and have always had the same bad experience.

Went to Tri-City Ford for the first time to get the 60k mile maintenance checkup on my 2013 F-150. They did everything by the manual, and had me in and out of there in just over an hour. Only thing I couldnt do that day was sign up for Ford Owner Advantage Rewards, since their cashier who does that wasnt there on a Saturday. I called to take care of that today, and the cashier had already taken care of it. Great first impression!

Well i have 2015 mustang gt. I went to tri city to get the oil change because it is near my house. Green ford had been do it for me in Greensboro. I tell the guy ALL I WANT IS A OIL CHANGE. I have my own oil mobile 1. All i need is a oil filter. Well when i get ready to pay it is 39.71. What. O that what oil change is. Green ford it is 15.97. I had to pay is if they use there oil in it. 50.00 oil i bought plus 39.71. For them ha never again. Go to GREEN FORD IN GREENSBORO BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND A LOT CHEAPER

I walked into the service center 8/1/18, about 11am; one fat guy with beard on phone; he did not raise his head to even look or acknowledge I was there. After, about 7 minutes another smaller guy came to the service desk and immediately picked up a phone and started talking. There were not any cars there no people except these two. I figure you had to look a “PARTICULAR WAY” to get Service; so l left. On the way out, there was a very nice car salesman, who tried to direct me back to the same service people, “I told him, they were too busy on the phone to Assist someone in person. Took vehicle in for a brake job. Obviously the certified mechanic did not know how to replace drum brakes. Had to have a different dealership fix what Tri City Fords so called certified mechanic messed up. I will never go to Tri City again for anything.

Wife needed another vehicle, made the drive from Greensboro to check out a preowned Nissan Quest. Worked with Jeff Short and Kevin Coates to negotiate a deal that worked for everyone. Not a big fan of auto dealerships but these guys made the experience a pleasant one. Need a vehicle new or preowned check out Tri City Ford in Eden, NC.
