I like the favor home made drinks. The service is sweet but the food is very slow and not greatly prepared. Im just going to say it not enough for the price paying even if its good.

(Review is from both experience prior and during Covid)Went here with my partner as I havent actually sat down to eat the food here. I ordered menudo and my partner ordered Tacos de Asada. I did order Horchata and it tasted like pure cinnamon so I might refrain from buying Aguas frescas there. The food however was on point.The waitress/ladies up at the register are always polite (even when you can tell they are not having a good day) and I do shop frequently for spices I need.They do have pandulce, flan, y paletas so definitely stop there for those.

This is a COVID era review.This is not your regular Mexican restaurant. We looked on Google for Mexican restaurant near us, and this was the closest one.When you walk in you think you have walked into a mercado. We were told by a sweet young lady who saw us looking around questioningly that they do things a little different here. You order food at the checkout counter, then seat yourself in a dining room. This dining room is near the kitchen, where you can supposedly hear your meal being prepared. There is also separate areas to get ice cream and baked goods, and another section for specialties.Once you get over the nontraditional, or at least the non-American, way of eating Mexican food in a restaurant with chips and salsa offered for free, you can appreciate the process. If you become a regular, as a family run business one could easily see being able to come in and get the food you like best without the bewilderment.Id love to come back again.

One of the finest establishments in Eden, NC. Awesome friendly staff; interesting atmosphere; grocery part has great produce, spices, cakes, etc at fantastic prices.Restaurant is fabulous, aquas and authentic tasty food. Really cant get enough of the place.

They have lots of different stuff but mostly Hispanic stuff The girl who always waits on me is very nice an there prices look reasonable I guess, But they take Duke Energy bills here so thats a plus!!

Good, abundant food Mexican style. Good taste and variety. Nice size portions, not puny sized like for a baby like another in the area. I will return there for more!

A little hole in the wall market / restaurant, bit if you are wanting truly authentic Mexican food for a good price, I would highly recommend this place. The owner is always friendly and is happy to assist. The best Mexican food to me in all of Eden.

Authentic & delicious. Chicken tacos were great! Staff was very helpful in navigating the menu.

My favorite store for Hispanic items of all kinds and tacos! Staff is always so friendly and the food is delicious. My very very favorite thing is the TAMALES that they have on Saturday and Sundays!!!! I love love love them!

Awesome food and service, you are missing out on the best kept secret in Eden if you havent been here. They also have lots of neat stuff you cant find anywhere else from bone in ribeyes to Doritos with Tapatio hot sauce on them.
