Came from the Northern states food supply is different dont have everything we like but my daughter brings me certain when comes to visit but people are very nice that work there its an adjustment

Love that they help you get your groceries out of the buggy and put them in it after bagging them,very helpful,lot better than Walmart

It kills me to give this store 1 star but I had a bad experience in this store today, its was 2 of use in line I waited for ever because this cashier wouldnt stop talking to this lady. She asked her 80 questions, about the food she was buy everything. Then she started telling the lady all of her problems wow it was a nightmare. The lady knew I was waiting and didnt care, but I was KoolI knew my phone was on stand by. Employees forget customers dont want to here about what youll did last night. We dont want to be rude but we have things to do,other customers shouldnt have to be punished Because you dont care. I like this place I just want someone to let this lady know please treat the customers a little better .

They had a great sale going. The cashier was really sweet and very helpful when i had a coupon that was right but wouldnt work!! The store was very clean and well organized and the cashier was quick to ask the manager about a product they carry when i told her they didnt have the specific flavor i was looking for!!

This one is okay. I mainly say that because they sell out of meats and veggies pretty quickly at this location. I prefer the one by the post office. Usually way more stocked. And to those saying something about masks. Food lion is doing right by making it a choice because they understand peoples freedom of choice. Freedom is not selfish. Grow up. If you are that scared. Wear your mask and leave everyone else alone. I mean hey if they work then why are you worried about everyone else anyways??? Lol

Wasnt as clean as usual. Shelves were bare which may or may not have have been their fault.

Clean and organized store.

Found everything I needed versus the food lion located 9 miles away. This store us better stocked and managed. Only complaint is some of the employees have too much interaction among themselves rather than paying attention to the needs if customers. For example, 3 employees were conversing among themselves and one was leaning on the shopping carts. I had to walk around them to the other end of the line of carts and get my own rather than being offered one.

The layout is so totally different from the food lion I usually go to, it took forever for me to find what I needed. But the associates were helpful

I always try to come here instead of Walmart. When they have their specials on things, its actually cheaper too. Its clean and I like that they have a wide variety of things, especially if I find a new recipe to try - I can almost always find the ingredient or brand here.

No Fancy Feast canned cat food! Been weeks now. Other stores have it. Why is this store not ordering it? Shelves are actually BARE. Nothing there. I have come to like this store over the other Eden location. I have given 4 stars here for the kindness of employees, cleanliness and selection of other items. But certain items are NEVER available and in the grocery, some items are expired. You need to check dates! Get your people on it. This is important. But please, simply order Fancy Feast canned cat food. Please? For Gods sake.

Food Lion was good and we were pleased to see most wearing a mask. Selection was acceptable. Waitress had a mask but not covering her nose. At lease they are trying.

I would have given 5 stars if the cashier hadnt put my cupcakes in bag sideways got home frosting all over lid

What can I say? I love me some Food Lion! The employees at either store location in Eden NC are always so helpful. One location is very near to where I live & its so convenient to be able to go in, get what I need or want & I always catch great MVP deals every time I go to a Food Lion.

Carts are cleaned before use. The store uses one door to enter and another door for exit. Sign posted must. Wear masks in store.workers wear masks.

Very clean store,love the new fresh produce section and the remodel.. Very friendly staff,they greet you with smiling faces and ask if you need any help finding what you are looking for. Prices are a little high. MVP items make shopping here a little better on your budget.

The store itself is nice and the prices are affordable. I called in earlier today to speak to a manager and the lady (I wish I had gotten her name) I spoke to put me on hold for more than 10 minutes, even after she had told me that there was no manager in at that moment. Im not sure if she came back to the phone because I had hung up but it kind of felt like it was done that way on purpose, it was very unprofessional service in my opinion and Im not even sure if I want to go back to that Food Lion. Im glad theres another one in Eden with more polite and professional employees.

Wasnt very well stocked employees were pulling tags and should have been stocking the shelf when I ask for something they would just say they didnt know if they had it in the storage room or look to see

Great small town atmosphere, quick service n always friendly... All around great store... Only problem ive ever had isnt with the store but with the Corp...ive eat the same 14$ chocolate chessecake fir years often buying out both storea monthly for years now even at times going to the next town over to get a couple to freeze etc...n all of a sudden that changw to a choc.cheesecake sampler instead btw havent sold at all... Are u kidding me....so your saleing a product outta every bakery in town over n over, folks there call me thechessecake guy...i mean this is every month almost for years...then BAM...you change the pne thing in the freezer thats actually not sitting there waiting for frostbite...whos in charge of ordering in these dept...bc ita at Corp level...ive checked n they dont have a clue what theyre getting from truck to truck...but Neways. If u ever see a choc. Cheesecake by atlanta chessecake company try it, tho super sweet its the bomb!
