I brought my boat motor lower unit here to get the all the gears and bearings replaced. However - They never replaced the lower forward gear or the bearing beneath it. Plus - They forgot to install the pinion gear bearing, right above the lower drive shaft pinion gear - It caused the pinion gear to vibrate back and forth, - and it chewed it up. Now I have to spend more money out of pocket to order a New set of gears and bearings... then start over again from scratch.Other Thought’s: They may be okay at washing boats and doing minor repairs on sea-doo’s but they should stay away from boat motors if they don’t have a clue how to work on them. I’m out $150 that I paid them for labor and I’m also out another $ Ding - to order New lower unit gears. Thanks allot guys. Thanks for Nothing!

We brought our jetski in. The employees were really nice and ready to help. They had it fixed in a reasonable amount of time and if there is anymore problems in the future then we are definitely going back.

There’s a couple uncertified back yard mechanics working here who didn’t fix my boat motor properly. There was no repair order, they charged me top dollar for a botched job - and I’m right back to where I started with he same issue.. A complete Waste of time and my money!

Took forever. Job was never fixed. 3 times returned. Had to go somewhere else.He was calling and texting my phone for personal reasons. Very creapy.

First place I called to repair my seadoo I just bought told him I wanted to go out the next day really bad and without even meeting him yet he said I’ll have it done in the am that was yesterday may 30 2020 @6pm and today may 31 2020 @ 10am I get the text your ski is ready and yet to have meet him this man already has my business for ever very professional let me wash the ski off and drop it off over night and got me back on water just like promised! I can’t say the quality yet and I’ll update this but will say for price and if you wanna get your ski going this guy is who you go to thanks guys so much! I highly recommend them for service and repair and the few people I know with skis say the same thing great send your business and repairs here.

Took boat to them for specific repairs that were never addressed. They fixed a bunch of other things that needed to be done but not the repair to get the boat in water. Paid couple thousand dollars for repairs also.Owner made three separate appointments to come to our house and didnt show for any of them nor did he call to advise he wasnt coming. VERY unprofessional.I wouldnt even given them one star.

The good news, Judson the owner of East Coast Watercraft fixed everything even fixed the cut cushions, cleaned the boat as if new, brought it to my house, fined tuned things from his ride after I got the boat and put the boat on my boat lift all for less than 1/4 of paradise sports beachside new smyrna. Do yourself a favor! Take a little ride down US 1 in Edgewater and see the friendly, aiming to please Judson.Honest, nice, listens, and reliable and down to earth, NO BS. I have tried them all for jet engines...He is the man, the only one in this area.Had a terrible experience at paradise. Spent $8000, waited 7 months, and the boat was returned trashed, grease everywhere, ripped vinyl, overheating and not able to steer or accelerate. Management refused to do anything and blamed me for not taking care of the boat after they had it 7 plus months....
