Guys or manager was very informative about what wax to use what to do before waxing and how to keep your ride looking good after you put all the work into the car also what is the best to use on the rims and what is the best tire shine if you are not up on all the different car care products it gets confusing and you can spend a lot of money on things that dont work very well so I needed help and I believe the guy Shane definitely knew what he was talking about and I didnt get the feeling he was loading me up with stuff I didnt need very informative guy named Shane and he spent a lot of time with me.

Service can be better if whole staff not on a smoke break at the sametime

The representative Chris, is a great guy. Big guy, with love tatted on his hand. The story goes: the day before yesterday I had bought what I thought was a regular bulb for my driver side headlight actually was the high beam light. I had gone back to Advance Autos to exchange it out for the right bulb because at the time, I didn’t realize I bought the wrong bulb. Nevertheless, I meet Chris. He had explained that The bulb purchased was for the high beam.I didn’t have the tools necessary to change the bulb since it required taking the battery out and then installing it. At first I was about to spend more money getting tools after I purchased the new bulb Chris said “hey, if you pull your car up, I can provide you with the tools to change it.” I’m like, wow, thanks.”Not only that, the man coached me through the taking the battery out and changing the light.I’ve changed countless batteries and lights before so that wasn’t the most important part. But, the fact that he did more than what was asked and out of his own persona sought to help me change it and provide advice on how to make it easier was the best part. Great Rep!

Helpful salesman was friendly and willing to chat with me. A woman shopper in this kind of store sometimes gets side-eye, but I felt like a valued customer. He also gave me a discount and not only installed my wiper blades, but showed me how it is done. :)

Other than the long waits on the phone sometimes, this location has great service. Always helpful when looking for parts and supplies.

Every time I go into this location, the staff is nothing but beyond helpful. They go above and beyond everything. My husbands battery died and we were able to get the battery from them. I ordered the wrong battery but the staff was able to not only help get the right battery but also helped replace it.

I went for a diagnostic test, the young man helped connect the device and printed out the results. This is a costly test when you need it done, but this was absolutely a FREE test at Advanced Auto Parts!!

Customer service is excellent. They even give you the best deals if you want it. One service person found some oil a gentleman was looking for and told him for a dollar more the same item was on sale that gave him twice as much, however he didnt go for it. To each his own. I would have jumped on it, to have for later.

Would not replace 1 year old silver battery for my sons car. Had to buy another silver battery at full price. Silver batteries supposed to have 2 year replacement. Amazingly the car started and lights etc were fine with new battery. Did not work at all with old battery. But it tested fine so they would not replace it . Go figure.

I know the autozone across the street may be easier to turn in to. However, the people in here are so much nicer and more helpful. They also seem to always have what we are looking for, and really know what they are talking about. Dont forget to order your parts online, and youll pretty much always get 20-25% off.

The employees at the Edgewood store are great. They were extremely helpful and the store is well stocked.

Very disappointed with the service.I went in last night to get a part that the website showed they have in stock.When I got to the store.The sales associate couldnt find it I prepaid for one to be ordered over night. Ive been told itll arrive in the morning. When I got to the store after talking with the manager he told me that the associate last night didnt place the order properly and that my part will not be in.I had to take a refund.That all mess cost me great time and money . I will never step in to this store again.

I’ve stopped in here a few times when I was lazy and didn’t want to make a u-turn to get to Autozone across the street or if there was something that Autozone didn’t have on hand somehow. I’m always disappointed.This store is dirty, not well stocked, and the button pushers behind the counter don’t seem to know anything under the hood of a car.Don’t waste your time here. There’s a very good Autozone across the street. If your a die hard Advance guy, it may be worth the trip to Aberdeen where they at least had a good team and clean well stocked store the few times I stopped in there.

Staff was very helpful and gave a lot of good information about my problem. The guy came out and tested my car to give me all the possibilities of why my engine light might be on. He was friendly and forthcoming with information.
