Had to ask three employees before I was correctly directed to the item I needed. This has happened on prior visits as well. Once someone was able to help they were very polite and helpful.

I was at this Auto Zone 3 times in 2 weeks. I took my car & purchased new windshield wipers for both mine & my daughters cars. The gentleman who sold them to me helped me pick out the correct wipers for both cars. He then went outside with me & took off my old wipers & installed the new wipers I had just purchased & that’s was all at no charge! He told me I could bring my daughters car & they would replace them also. Two days later I did take my daughters car there & I walked inside with the wipers I had purchased for her car & a different employee also happily walked outside with me & replaced her windshield wipers as well. Again, no charge.Since my daughter took my car the day I took her car to get her wipers replaced, I noticed as she was leaving, there was a back light out on my car. The next day when my daughter took her car to work, I went back to Auto Zone to ask them about replacing the bulb on my back light. The same gentleman/employee who had replaced the wipers was behind the counter. He verified the correct light bulb which came in a package of two. I asked him about replacing my key fob batteries & he accommodated that as well. He personally replaced my key fob batteries & walked outside with me & also replaced both back lights on my car. None of these would I have easily been able to do myself. I’m a 60+ year old woman. I was very pleased with the customer service here.

Hello to the owner of Auto Zone I was traveling this past Sunday ( Fathers Day with my wife and two grandchildren> We were getting back on the road to make out trek back home to Virginia Beach when I notice the battery light had come on, so I gassed up and then pulled in to auto zone. Jeff P your employee (very professional) came out and checked my battery which happen to be good however my alternator was bad. I tried to restart my vehicle and now it will not start. I thinking what a fix were in fathers day Sunday nothing open, my wife came out of the store and said she talked to Cynthia B your store manager and she stated she new someone two doors down. She called them, they came in less than 20 minutes, we bought the alternator from auto zone ( You) and the mechanic fixed it in roughly 40 minutes. The service today was over and above and beyond my expectation. Please recognize these two individuals for outstanding service and being a great asset to Auto Zone. My family is forever thank full and we did make it home safely. The staff were courteous, friendly and professional thanks again from Todd and Karen Dickerson.

These people were on total chill. They were helpful and courteous; didnt have any attitude other than, how can we help you? This was during a parts delivery which I am aware can be a problem if a big order is expected. In and out.

Generally a pretty good parts store. Look for the red tag deals for clearance items. You can often get some pretty good deals.

I honestly wish i could leave less stars. The Customer service at this location is terrible. Never order anything from them unless you never want to receive it. I ordered parts from my car that were sent back before anyone even notified me that they were even there.

Cigarettes are more important than customers.I need to get 2 spoils electrical wire. A pack of fuses an shrink tape. I get to the register asked him if he had an extra pack of spoil of a certain gauge he said NO. So I said can you hold this at the register real quick while I go outside get my phone. Call someone..Come right back in within 4 minutes. He put everything back on the Shelf. An wouldnt get it for me. Because he had to go outside and hang with employees smoking cigarette.So I left and went to Advance Auto Parts. I let my money do the talkin guess I will NOT be returning to AutoZone.Writing this message in Advance Auto Parts Parking Lot.I bet theres going to be a comment from the owner apologizing. It should never happened.

The employee who assisted me was wonderful. Im a senior citizen who needed wipers. He was very informed, made several suggestions & helped me so much. Many times we are seen as a bother, rushed or just want to get us out. So YES! I really appreciate his service. I wish I had gotten his name, 110% helpful.

I was having issues with my battery and my check engine light was on, so I come in to Autozone in Edgewood, Md and once the crowd cleared out I asked a Caucasian gentleman with a big head and glasses if he could assist me. We walk outside, he plugged the machine to my car, got the codes and before we left my car to go inside, I checked to see if it’ll start since he had to use the battery for the machine, it wouldn’t start, so we walk back inside, he quietly plugged the machine to his computer, printed the paper, said nothing so I left. I called a friend to come give me a jump, she was about 20-30 minutes away but was coming. So I’m just sitting there for about 20 minutes brain storming texting friends asking them if I were to grab a Coca Cola to clean the corrosion off of my battery will my car start! Everyone was taking forever to answer so I walk back into autozone to buy a Coca-Cola and there was a different gentleman at the counter his name was Jarod and I wish I would have went to him first! I asked him about the Coca Cola bcus my battery was dead and my 6 year old daughter and I have been sitting in the car for 20 minutes, and Jarod mentions to me well we can help with that and check your battery!! I was stunned bcus the other guy knew my battery was dead and did NOTHING!!!! So Jarod suggested that I still buy the Cola just in case, he grabs his machine and we walk outside. He tested my battery, my alternator, looked for corrosion and there was none, turns out I just had a bad battery, so he gave me a jump, suggested a belt grease for my noisy belt which the store was out of so I asked Jarod if he liked Coca Cola which he did so I gave him the soda as another thank you after I thanked him a million times I get in my car and go home but call my mechanic. The next day, I meet with my mechanic to fix the issues from the check engine check up from Autozone, I go to Autozone to get most of the supplies and again I get the white guy with the glasses who suggests a sale they were having for the supplies needed for an oil change which was the most expensive and just oil and the oil filter that’s when a different gentlemen steps in I didn’t think to get his name but he was an older African American gentleman with glasses whom mentions that he has to try to top Jarods amazing customer service from the day prior just joking around with me which helped me feel more at ease bcus I already knew from prior experience with the Caucasian gentleman that I wasn’t going to get the best service and boy was I right! The African American gentleman suggested I get the sale with the oil, oil filter and air filter for 26.99 which was $5 cheaper than the other guys suggestion and it included another needed item! The two guys went above and beyond the call of duty and actually helped a woman customer instead of taking advantage or leaving stranded! I don’t like to see anyone lose their job but that Caucasian guy with the oddly big head and glasses has zero customer service in his heart and needs to be far in the back stocking and Jarod and my other saving grace should be the face of that store for every customer and I’ll bet they’ll all keep coming back!

I dont know about anybody else but this place was excellent. The customer service was excellent and the knowledge of the job was on point. Charles m. Was definitely a god send. He checked my battery and determined that it was bad, and because of my car being newer they suggested against him to put the battery in. But mr. Charles said he would see what he could do just to help out. Well good and correct he was able to replace the battery. He was also a very honest man, because i asked was he able to take tips because i truly appreciated him and wouldnt know what to do without him. But he declined and said that it was his job, and that he appreciated the compliments. True angel and very modest person. So i say if i can give yall 100 stars i definitely would

This is my favorite auto parts store. I always have a great experience here with the employees except for the older grey haired guy he doesnt want to talk to you acts like you are not even there. But everyone else is always very helpful and will do whatever they can to get you what you need.

Probably just had the rudest experiences of my life at an autozone. Mr. Grumpy old bald dude did not want to help me at all. Car was running rough with my engine light on and I asked if they could check the codes like any other autozone and my mans flat out refused. Did not greet me coming into the store. Just rudely stared at me until i came up to him slouching over his register. I asked multiple times, explained my problems and he was of no help. Going across the street to advance auto where hopefully theyll treat me as a customer.

Had to order a part from another store, was told Id receive a call when it arrived...no one called. I pick up my part and the cashier was less than helpful. I asked her about using a coupon that I had for signing up with their email offers, but she had every excuse as to why I couldnt. Honestly she just seemed lazy and more concerned with the bag of chips she was eating. Definitely wont be going back.

I came in to a long line in the store and only 1 guy helping everyone. Took 25 minutes to purchase a headlight. They guy was nice but the place was under staffed.

This is one of the best Autozones I’ve used all over the US. I’ve been in some pretty sketchy Autozones in MD, AL, TX and other states, but this one is clean, well stocked, and the employees are very helpful and actually know what they’re doing. Most of the ones I deal with normally are car guys also.I know they have a few random cashiers that are just there for a short time but the long time guys are great and jump in if there’s anything more complicated than just checking out.The Advance Auto across the street is horrible so don’t waste your time there, stop in this store and they’ll take care of you.

The store is very clean and the staff are very nice . Always has the parts I need.

First, I walked in and stood at the front counter for approximately 4 minutes while 3 employees continued to talk on the phone, stock a shelf and a women who I assume was the manager walked past me and entered a back room without saying a word. The gentleman at the front desk (who I pray was in training) had no idea what to do when I showed him my electronic receipt for a battery I ordered via the website and had to again leave me unattended at the counter while he tracked down the manager who honestly wasnt much better help either. Finally, I was handed my battery. I have a broken hand and was advised their process is to install the battery for me. Unfortunately my positive terminal had a very small amount of corrosion on it so he refused to install it. Really if I had a soda and a rag it would have been spotless in 30 seconds. I asked him if I could clean it and then could he help me install it since my hands broke. I even offered to purchase new terminal connections; he still refused again and just proceeded to walk around me and then he placed it in my trunk and walked away. Im beyond disappointed and do not plan on doing business with auto zone every again! Thanks a lot Auto Zone.

Best auto parts staff I know of. Very knowledgeable. Whenever I have the choice, this is the place I go.

Borrow a tool with deposit is a good program if the torque wrench actually works.

Only one worker in the store and he ignored me to answer the phone that started ringing after I came in. After waiting several minutes for him to look up the parts for the phone caller, he finally asked if I needed help. When he went to the back to get my spark plugs, he stopped to read and send texts on his cellphone. Customer service is not a priority at this store.

Service was OK. The cashier who seemed to be training needed more practice and knowledge of what to do.

I often find that a quick trip to this location can last up to 20 minutes. Although there are usually up to 4 employees, there is frequently no one available to check out a customer.

Been a customer here for a very long time. Prices on parts usually almost always beat their competitor across the street (Advanced Auto) I call a few places each time i need parts and 95% of the time, what i have needed is cheapest here. Ive have C.E.L. diagnostics done here free as well. Always a help when youre stumped.

There was a black guy with glasses, the manager im guessing. He was very rude and not helpful at all.

Prices arent the best, but staff is super helpful. If you use the free OBDII scanner (check engine light reader) they have, they will push the parts and try and make a sale, but not pressure you. Super location on 40 means I can stop in whenever I want to grab some stuff, even though online would be a few dollars cheaper. At the time of this review, a luxury car was is being built next door aswell.
