A very friendly and helpful manager. Getting a storage unit was easy and everything was clearly explained. Prices are on point. Setting up an automatic payment was also simple. The unit was cleaned and ready when I returned to store my household goods.I returned a day later because I realized I needed a larger unit. Michael was able to transfer my payment, rent me a larger unit near my first one and update my account very quickly. The unit was clean and ready. I was able to move my boxes and bins immediately into the larger unit.

Michael and Sico where very helpful. They are friendly and professional. They listened to my needs for the right size storage unit and was very accommodating and finding the closest area near my house.

Smooth & easy move.. I reserved the unit online, came in the day of my move and the guy at the front explained the lease & everything to me clear. It was the cheapest in my area and I have more than enough space. I’m satisfied.

Went in looking for a unit to rent, spoke with a gentleman by the name of Christopher Edgar. Smart about his work place, very knowledgeable about what my needs are and the pricing was on point for my price range. I like to have a couple options to look through at the end of the day, but this place and the information provided to me by Chris was outstanding, I dont think Ill have to wait long to make a decision.

You are WARNED. Extra Space was having their unit doors painted and care was not taken to prevent the paint from coming in through the cracks. I spoke to Bernie at the front desk and she called Michael, the property manager, who I could hear in the office above us and he told her to offer me a rag. I asked to speak to him face to face. When he came down, he had a small dog with him. I expressed my concern over the paint and again, he offered a rag to clean it off. I said that that wasnt acceptable and asked to file a complaint. Bernie left to take pictures. At that point, Michael said that he wasnt even supposed to be working today and that he was going to log into the system because if he was going to get yelled at, then he should be paid for it. I told him that Im not yelling but that I am upset at how the situation was being handled. He offered the rag again. I asked to speak to his manager. He told me that he wasnt going to put me in contact with him. I asked why and he said that Bernie would because she was working to which I replied, You just told me that you signed in. Michael replied, I changed my mind. He then told me to wait because his dog was missing and left me in the office to look for his dog. When Bernie returned, Michael left to go back upstairs with his dog. At this point, Bernie was able to contact with the manager and the paint company.Michael, the property manager, was rude, curt, and highly unprofessional.

In person he was even more pleasant and helpful. He worked quickly and made sure I was aware of all policies and procedures. All in all, this is an excellent business with good people! Though the facility faced a loss of internet, they still provided superior customer service and was able to get me into the right size unit. The best part is that all the locations work together to support one another. So though the Edgewood location is getting this rating, this really goes across the board to the brand within the area. Shop around, and then compare it to this place. They’ll make sure you are good to go and they keep it all above board.

This is my second review and Im telling you that if you are looking for great customer service in a storage facility youve found it. Britney was great she went above and beyond to help me after hours. I really appreciate everything she did. As well as the management Mike I was going to move to another storage closer to my new house. But the customer service is/was so great I just decided to get a small unit and stay.
