The associates at Pumpz are rude at best, unhelpful, and plain assuming. Never have I been treated with respect when I walk into this store, though I like the products they carry. However, I will not be purchasing anything from here as long as the same management and associates work there.

Awful customer service. They did not treat me with proper respect and werent apologetic to me when I wanted to return something but then I couldnt. Dont waste your time at this place.

The attitude of some of the people there are just distasteful. Usually at luxury stores like this the workers show no sympathy at all. Shameful.
