I have never ever seen a gas station employee/manager make a customer cry before. This lady was ruthless. I think it might have been the Speedway representative that caused the confusion and escalated scene.7-11 asks for more feedback on this experience, but they dont list any stores in Minnesota or (Speedway) They must not look at any reviews for this store. I was shocked to see all of the comments about this woman and she incredibly still Haas a job there.

The woman the works there is incredibly rude. Was swearing at the customers. Then told me she did not have $50 in cash to pay out my scratch offs. Which is absurd.RE: That doesnt sound right. I can assure you its right. I cant fill out the survey form you sent a link to because Minnesota isnt an option in the state dropdown.

“Deluxe” car was was horrible last week - got home & it looked like my car hadn’t even gone though the wash!?! I wonder if something was wrong with the machine, because this hasn’t happened previously...

The lady cashier that works there is extremely rude but the guy that is there is very nice. The lady that works there is very unprofessional and is just straight rude.

Hours are wrong and they’ve been wrong for almost 6 months with no intention on fixing customer services issues. That should say enough. They suck.

Horrible customer service and threatening behavior. I do not recommend going to the place after 9pm. Very rude worker/ cashier.
