Apologize for the long review but there is a lot to say.1. Dr. Rachel is a great audiologist whom I have seen for the past 3-4 years. I can be a bit picky about getting the most out of my hearing aids and Dr. Rachel is always willing to listen to my concerns and work to remediate them.2. Oticon More...I had the Oticon OPN S as my first set of hearing aids and they never really worked for me. It made things better but were still not right. The Oticon More (with Dr. Rachels tuning) are RIGHT! I can hear in any environment at least as well as someone with normal hearing and sometimes even better. I was in a Las Vegas Casino (terrible hearing environment) and not only could I hear the people that I was speaking with but could also hear my wife talking behind me and 6 away. Nothing is distracting in the hearing environment nothing seems a bit too loud or a bit to quiet. It just sounds like what things are supposed to sound like. The Oticon More dont make noise louder, they make the normal everyday sounds appear. I can hear the birds, a fan and other sounds that were just missing before.But the key is this, I can hear what the person. is saying to me without needing to ask them to repeat themselves 3-4 times to get the message. Oticon More really are the difference between hearing and understanding.

I’m working with Dr. Sarah Kaufman and she is excellent. My entire experience with Audiology Concepts has been very positive. It started with my first visit, the staff had already contacted my insurance company and had the details of my benefits. Dr. Sarah conducted a hearing test and went over the results. On the same day I was given a test pair of hearing aids. I said that my main concern, beyond hearing better, was that the hearing aids were not noticeable and easy to maintain. She gave me options and sent me home to try them for a few days. My hearing improved dramatically and I moved forward. I also purchased their service plan and I’m happy I did because all of my supplies and future service visits are free. I love that the hearing aids work In conjunction with my IPhone. Beyond all that not only does Sarah take lots of time to provide me with great care but to get to know me as a person. I highly recommend it and wish I’d done it sooner.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Audiology Concepts!! My elderly mother was in the hospital and they lost her hearing aids on the second day out of an eight day stay. The hospital paid to replace the devices, so I was searching for a place nearby that could expedite the order. I found them online and read their glowing reviews and called them. From the first call Laura was incredibly helpful and efficient. They ordered the new devices right away and then offered to provide my mother with temporary devices at no charge until the new ones would be ready in about 10 days. Incredibly, they even offered to take the temporary devices to her in the hospital! Now shes back home in her assisted living place and they once again blew me over with their offer to bring the new devices to her! I could not have asked for anything more. Ive referred them to the hospital patient care coordinator and to several other people. You cannot find a better provider! A+++ in my book!!! Thank you Laura and team!!

6 years ago I wanted a set of in ear studio monitors. I was quoted a good price. When I finally received the plugs I find out they were only earplugs with holes to adapt to earpods AND I was quoted for a single, not for a pair. Who buys a single earplug? No option but to pay since they were custom. Frankly I forgot about it for 6 years until today, 6 years later they started sending me unsolicited spam email. No contact for 6 years and now they reach out with junk email. Frankly I wouldnt trust them with a piece of string let alone my hearing.

Dealing with the Audiology Concepts team is always a delight. They know who we are and what each of our hearing aids are. Dr Sarah performed the hearing test in a most pleasant and comfortable way, and James cleaned and reprogramed our devices to assist us in loud noisy restaurants. Everyone I have encountered at Audiology Concepts has been spectacular. Friendly, helpful, and oh-so-knowledgeable. The location of the office in relation to where I live is a disadvantage - it can take upwards of an hour when Im driving in rush hour - and there are a multitude of audiology clinics that are much closer to my home, but I make this drive without hesitation because I am so impressed with the clinic and everyone Ive worked with there. Ive been seeing Dr. Paula Schwartz before Audiology Concepts before it was a concept. Paula has help me shift through the new technologies that come on the market and steer me in the direction that best product for my hearing shortcomings.The best one to date is the Lyric hearing aid. the Lyric has the best/ most natural sounding aid Ive worn. You really dont even realize youre wear a hearing. You can take them anywhere even the shower. The cosmetic appearance of the Lyric unbelievable, you cant see them. On a recent visit to my doctor, he wanted to check my ears. He not only was surprise at what he saw, he couldnt stop talking about how neat they are.Thats also what I want to say about Dr. Schwartz staff. I sometimes push the button when I call at the last minute and need to get my aid check before I have to get on a 8:00am flight.If I was to rate the A.C. Dr. Jason Leyendecker provided an excellent hearing assessment. His explanation of treatment was easy to understand and follow. I tried a demo set of hearing aids for a week and was pleasantly surprised at my hearing improvement. I now have my own calibrated set and am enjoying hearing what I have been missing! After 7 years of good service from Audiology Concepts on my previous hearing aids I went in for an updated version. The improvement in my hearing from new Oticon devices was significant. Pairing with my iPhone has made phone calls easy as opposed to a chore. My hearing has gone fromokay to great. Mostly though I want to relay my trust in the friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable staff.

This centrally located office is very responsive (they were able to see me within three hours of my emergency), super professional yet personable, and Ive enjoyed working with their audiologists, who seem extremely knowledgeable. Ill keep going back -if not for all the aforementioned reasons - certainly for the fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies!

Dr. Paula was just getting underway with her audiology services... A smallstroke had destroyed most of my hearing in the left ear and damaged the rightone. We quickly responded to Dr. Schwartz’s friendly, concerned, andcompetent manneras she tested my hearing, and worked out the best computer program toimprove my hearing. We were so satisfied with Dr. Schwartz’s friendlycommitment, and built in service, that a check up every spring and fall becameroutine every year since...without exception. Dr. Paula also keeps up withtechnical hearing aid improvements worldwide; so that is not a worry at all.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Paula Schwartz and her staff at Audiology Concepts. I first saw her years ago when she worked for another company. If memory serves me correctly, when that company began to focus on just one hearing aid, Paula started her own Audiology Concepts, as she felt that no one hearing aid suited every individual. In my own experience with her, she tried a number of different ones on me before finding the one that worked the best for my hearing loss. She was patient and there was never any pressure to buy. She was truly more concerned with my satisfaction than she was in making a sale. She is bright, personable, and extremely competent, keeping abreast of every new advance in technology that might help her clients hear better. I valued the fact that the purchase price included the ongoing service to keep the aids clean and operating properly---service that was always delivered by her cheerful and competent staff, from the greeting at the door to the technicians and dispensers who provided the service. (In the Edina clinic, where I went, it was James at the door and Kathy who provided the service.) The Edina clinic is a very accessible, bright, space with easy parking. My years of association with Dr. Schwartz and her staff has been a totally satisfactory one. Over a year ago I moved to Connecticut and I miss them, If I could magically transport all of them here, I would do it in a heartbeat. I recommend them without reservation!

Really excellent service from all personnel. Very focused on making sure you have the right device, the right settings, you know how to use it, etc. Also great follow up. Definitely an A++++ operation!

Although I didnt know it, there were many things that I couldnt hear. I was amazed at how noisy it was the first time I tried my new hearing aids. Now I can hear the birds singing and I can hear what my grandchildren are saying to me. I couldnt be happier with Audiology Concepts. I went to Audiology Concepts to get some custom hearing protection (SoundGear) for the shooting range. The first appointment to have the mold made was quick and easy, they just put this foam into your ear to get a perfect mold and send it to the company. Once their in, you just go try them to make sure they fit and then you’re done. I used my SoundGear at an indoor range right away and they were awesome! I could hear people talk but the gun shots were very muffled. These things are awesome and the staff at Audiology Concepts is awesome too!

I was hesitant to get hearing aids .... you know, Im a male, I dont need directions, I can cook, my hearing is great etc. But with the help of Dr. Schwarz and her staff, I was outfitted with hearing aids and am now able to hear sounds that I was never able to before. What I like about Paula is her willingness to explain everything and allowing you make the decision yourself without putting any pressure on. Being in the sales field myself, I hate anyone who even has a whiff of salesperson on them. What you get from her is a dedicated professional who wants to do what is best for you and I truly appreciate that.
