My mother needed hearing aid batteries and when I called the associate said she could get me in within an hour and they also would be able to clean the hearing aids. When I arrived the batteries were ready in a zip lock bag and it only took a few minored to clean the hearing aids. All the staff were so courteous.

Friendly staff, using good social distance practices. Very helpful, courteous, always meeting my hearing needs.

They were pleasant and quickly provided me a free batteries they promised, they’re always nice to me when I go in there!

I find the staff very overwhelmed and not very professional. Lackluster attitude, not very personal, obviously trying to find a way to sell expensive hearing aids. Lucky for me my hearing test was perfect.

Jessie was helpful and responsive. She solved my problem within a 1/2-hour.
