I had long been wanting to visit the team stores ever since the Wild became one of my favorite teams over four years ago, looking forward to the possibility of increased selection of the knit headwear Im fond of, and just because. The first interaction I received, after this long wait, was to be screamed at. The mode of communication doesnt make any difference. Ill always love the team out on the ice, and still want Minnesota Wild apparel, but cant trust the organization at large will ever treat me with civility. After an especially devastating experience with the team store of the San Jose Sharks, one of my second-favorite teams, back in 2014, I decided then on a position of Zero Tolerance for any undue anger or hostility, were I ever to make it out to the Minnesota Wild team stores. Just visited the store to make a return only to find out that the staff is not able to make a return without some guy named Corey being available. Kinda blown away by this one. What are they going to do after Christmas when the returns roll in. Maybe call first to see if Corey will be available for returns. Dont buy gifts at this place for Christmas!
