We live in Fl and NJ. Our 450H gets serviced at the dealer in both locations. Our service advisor, Jacob Link, took his time going through the Lexus database to make sure that no repetitive services were done. I waited a reasonable amount of time fir the car and was very happy with the service at Lexus of Edison.

If you go to Lexus of Edison be sure to work with Mark Resende he was so helpful I told him I had to leave early to pick up my son and he made sure to get me in and out with my service visit. Thanks again!!!!!! keep up the good work.

Worse service department I ever been to in my life. Unfriendly employees in service department...bad service if you have bought any service plans...I would never go there for service again...
