I brough my car in to have a scratch on my bumper buffed out and painted. My car is a special edition car and the paint is a hard to match blue. I got a decent estimate and speedy service. They matched the color of my car perfectly and had amazing customer service. I will be going back there and recommending them to everyone looking for a reliable auto body shop.

The staff at Edison Collision is a family.The staff treated me like I had came over for thanksgiving. JUST thorough understanding when telling me what was going to be done to my jeep.Showing me the process and all.I have never had a better customer service encounter in my life.Thanks AGAIN to the staff there they are AWESOME.

This place is the worst. My experience with the office staff showed them to be unprofessional and rude. They blatantly lied over the phone to get my business and when I caught them in a lie it turned into a huge argument. Additionally, they said they would arrange the rental car service to pick me up at the shop and after waiting for over an hour and calling the company myself I found out they never arranged a pick-up. When I came back to pick up my car, right before closing, they told me I couldnt use a credit card. Cash only. There was no way I could get to the ATM and back before they closed so they kept my car another day. The next day when I came back with cash, I heard the awful office Manager telling a couple they could pay with their credit card. I would not recommend them to anyone or do business with them ever again in life. After calling the Police, yes, the police had to be called, I was told that there are many complaints lodged against them. Beware!!!

Well they got the job done, I guess. Thats the only positive I can say about this place. It took a few days later than when I was estimated to have my car by. Also, this place is very shady. It almost seems like the women here are straight from Mob Wives. Dont think Ill be coming back here for future repairs.

We brought my daughters Dodge Charger there after she had been backed into in a parking lot. They did a fantastic job on the repair - you cant even tell any damage had been done. It involved the front bumper, left light/housing and hood. They were super nice to work with, kept in touch through the whole process regarding insurance and parts and completed the work pretty quickly. Oh-and the other matter that just thrilled me was, this was a used car. There were minor issues that were not visible and they let us know and took care of that too. I rarely write reviews, but I was so happy with this business I really felt that I should leave a good review. Thank you Edison Collision!

Scams. Adjusts their estimates look at them very carefully or youll pay for it.

They are very rude. They said the repair would be done in no time to lure me bringing the van and change to 7-10 days after I dropped if off. I needed it for over the weekend and called me to pick it up on Saturday just 3 hours before shop close. I asked to pay by the credit card over the phone and leave the van outside so that I can pick it up later. They have such a stupid policy that no credit card payment over the phone. I was at work 50 miles away and there was no way I could come in to pay for the deductible.I really needed the van for Sunday and I begged to pay by credit card over the phone but they did not care. I will not use their service anymore and will tell everyone that I know not to use them.
