Had contacted the dealership about a CPO Q3 just listed on their site for $28,495 early Friday morning. Sale rep was helpful in stating yes, it has the additional 1 year CPO warranty which was added to the remaining 8 months of original warranty and providing additional pictures of the vehicle. Asked if I could make a deposit in the vehicle and was told no, that they are not accepting deposits. Was planning to make the 2 hour trip early Saturday to view the vehicle, because I was at work Friday. However I went to send the listing to someone later that evening and noticed the price was increased to ~$32,500. I contacted the sales rep to which I was informed that it appears they certified it this afternoon and that was the price from the start, which it wasn’t in the morning when I had inquired. Clearly the rep had to view the listing when I gave the stock number in the morning with the price on the listing. I was then asked if I took a snapshot of the listing at the time but did not. Wouldn’t think to do so for a reputable Audi dealership and especially after my conversation. I then stated that they should check with who listed the vehicle online originally but came back to say basically is was never that price and I can buy it for the $4000+ more. Do not lie to your customers. The vehicle was CPOd in the morning of inquiry, not that afternoon. Also if it was a pricing mistake admit it and tell your customer we made a mistake but are willing to work with you. Instead they rather lie and make excuses to pump up the price of vehicle. If I hadn’t gone back on the ad, I would have wasted a 2 hour trip. Would recommend a snapshot of anything you see. Terrible experience.
Due to the shortage of motor vehicles for sale here in Georgia, my search for a good used car landed me at Bell Audi. They advertised a 2020 vehicle with low miles and a good price. Purchased a 2020 Q5 and couldn’t be more happier with the service I received. My salesman was Timur and he was outstanding to say the least! Very family oriented and professional!! When I came to pick up the car with my 1 year old son, Timur made sure to change over everything from my old vehicle into my new vehicle and even put in the car seat for me while I signed papers to make it easier on me and the baby. He even made sure to entertain my little one while everything was being put into place. When it comes to the car buying process, everything was smooth and hassle free! Usually Id spend hours and hours at the dealership, but I was in and out within 1-2 hours max. In addition, every staff member I came in contact with was professional with extraordinary hospitality and all smiles. I visited just to know more about the car Q3. Only thing i would say if Audi could have provided more discounts and offers to new customers, I would be more happy. I was able to book an oil change appointment for the next day. When I arrived, service was fast and courteous. The Bell Audi team did an excellent job taking cafe of our car at a reasonable price.Besides the oil change, I needed my radio to be reset out of SAFE mode. They were able to unlock the radio and even wrote down the code as per my request.I will absolutely come back for service and to buy my next Audi when it’s time.

My son and I just got back from the hour drive to look at a used car for my son. I was in contact all day about this certain vehicle that was on their lot, I was assured that they would call me if the car sold before we got there. Well sure enough it was gone and no call at all, but too my surprise it was sold days ago. I know this because the person helping me happen to sell it. Now mind you I was in contact with the internet sales manager and the general sales manager who neither had a clue about the sale of this car a couple of days ago. Yes used car sales are great now I understand that but it won’t always stay that way. Just a bad experience all the way around. Oh and I was told the general manager will call me, but of course that did not happen.
If I could give this dealership 100 stars, I would. It was the easiest and fastest transaction I have ever made at a car dealership. I got a 2021 Q3. Everyone was so nice, professional and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal and service. Timur was the best and didn’t rest until I had everything I wanted and needed. My car didn’t have all weather mats when I got there. All I had to do was mention that, and boom, mats appeared in under 5min! I would drive 3hrs again just to get this service.

I am owed $1500, and I have contacted them over 10 times! I dropped off my car on 7/16/2021, it was a great experience the day of, Sylvia and her manager Brad assisted me with the transaction it was a delightful experience. They told me I would receive a check for $1500 within 7 days. I checked in with them on 8/9/2021, with no resolution.I have contacted them multiple times and still I have not heard back, I get nothing but canned responses whenever I do reach out and told someone will reach out, if I don’t reach out no one will contact me. This is super deceitful I didn’t expect this from them. I have been more than patient. This is absurd!
While traversing the NJ Turnpike, we had a blowout. While we waited for NJ Turnpike Motorist Assistance, I looked up the nearest Audi Dealership. Twenty minutes later, with the donut spare on, we headed for the next exit. The next exit was the one I had seen on my map for the closest Audi Dealership. We pulled into the service bay and relayed our story.Dealer Associate, Craig Hewit, jumped into action. He verified the tire was in stock, realized that some maintenance service was needed that wouldnt take a long time and got started as soon as we approved the estimate. We were out the door in just over an hour and 20 minutes. They even washed the car for us!We do not have experience with Audi dealerships as this is our first Audi.Needless to say, this blip in our trip that day (July 26, 2021) was made easier by the understanding, caring and helpfulness of the knowledgeable, competent Bell Audi Staff.Thank you!

I had initially given 5 stars after purchasing my car two weeks ago but I have to bring it down to 3 stars because of post purchase customer service. Customer service was all great from the moment I walked in looking for a car to the moment I drove out with a car I really liked but for the past two weeks I have called/emailed multiple times to have my deposit refunded but it is still not yet credited back to me. I was told by the sales guy and the finance manager that it will be credited back to my account in 3-5 business days and now it’s been 10 business days. Not a single call back or email reply to help resolve this issue which should not even have been a problem to begin with.
Genuinely some of the best service I’ve ever received in my life. My saleswoman, Christine, went above and beyond and was such a pleasure to work with. She is truly the best that I have ever worked with! Definitely ask for her.

Just purchased my first Audi. 2018 A5. I at first was doing some shopping online and saw they had an A3 available for sale. When I called in the morning I spoke with Christine who was beyond helpful and told me that A3 wasn’t being sold but other vehicles in my price range were available. We scheduled a time for me to come in for a test drive. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and trading in my other one. When it came time to talk numbers I knew exactly what I could/couldn’t afford and how much my current vehicle was worth. The sales manager did not low ball me on my trade in. In fact he gave me roughly around the amount I was looking to get for my vehicle. My monthly payments were where I wanted them, the team was great etc. the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I was finally able to sign on the dotted line (after waiting 2 hours since the gentleman before me was taking forever ) is because my monthly payments was higher than what was agreed on. It wasn’t by much but still the principle. If you’re telling me my payments would be $*** per month than it should be honored. I was also promised 2 complimentary oil changes so we’ll see if that gets honored.
TERRIBLE SERVICE, NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLE.I Bought a car from them and i would strongly recommend you go someplace else. I should have realized they dont care about customers when you have a few sales people sitting around ignoring everyone, while customers are waiting to talk to sales people. That would also explain why they are the only dealership with cars on their lot - No one wants to buy from them twice. i would really like to stand outside Bell Audi on the street, and warn people, that they need to go someplace else. When i tried to call and set up service appointment, the person that answered, kept changing his store about what the service department is able to do. which goes to show that their own employees have no clue or care about the customer. PLEASE GO SOMEPLACE ELSE FOR YOUR OWN PEACE OF MIND.

My 2017 A6 had power steering and coolant issues on a Friday night. I muscled the car over to Bell Audi Saturday morning and was told that they would not be able to diagnose until Monday, a very fair proposal. By late Saturday I had a video sent to me of the issues with the car. By Monday mid morning the work was completed. All covered under warranty. Customer Service rep, Steven is ‘the man’. Super helpful, customer focused and knows the cars. Great experience in what could have been a real painful one. Thanks.

When I made the appointment, I mentioned that it was for a recall but when I went to the appointment, they did not have the part. I understand that this a fairly new recall but it would have saved us both time if I had been notified sooner that the part was not available snd I didn’t have to make the trip. Not a big deal for me - something to possibly change going forward.

Overall a good experience buying this pre-certified Audi. I believe we got an excellent car at a fair price. Timor was our sales representative and we found him to be up front and honest. The reason this is four star and not five is because I did have a small problem with the finance department over the rate being offered by Audi USA. After negotiations, I was happy with the deal and would recommend this dealership.

They do not have a separate area for service you wait in an open area right where the showroom and the sales reps desks are. I went in for an oil change and I had a 20% coupon that was emailed to me. When I told the service rep that I had the coupon he advised I couldn’t use the coupon unless I got the full 1st service option which was $301.00, but the coupon didn’t say it was specifically for that it just stated 20%off service. I told rep I would just get the oil change which was priced at $139 and waited in the open area where all they have available for customers is coffee and water. Once car was done sales rep said he couldn’t do 20% because his system only allowed him to do a 15% discount. When he gives me my paperwork he points out where the 15% was taken off price when I look at the total I had to pay it showed $138. So basically they adjusted or added other things into the price so I would pay exactly the same amount I was supposed to pay initially. If the price for oil change without coupon was $139 how is my total $138 if the 15% was applied. I didn’t even bother argue this dealership is a joke and they come up with any excuse to make more money on a customer will not ever bring my car there again!

The GM quoted me 4000 and told me that’s what the computer came up with in the quote . I purchased a vehicle elsewhere. Not very fair dealership. They think everyone is stupid!
