Absolute disgusting service by Goshgar! We have order new kitchen from him on June 3rd 2021, cabinets and the counter top. As promised he deliver the cabinets on 28th of June 2021, then my contractor did the cabinet installation and Goshgar send his fabricator to get the template on june 30th. He said it will take 7 days to get installed so i called on July 5th to check on the status when counter top is going to install Goshgar said he will check with the fabricator and let us know by 5pm, he did not call, again i called on 6th of July i was told the same thing that he will check with them and never called back. Again 7th we called and he said the fabricator forgot to placed an order!!!! That was pathetic, still we continued and patient and place the new order on 7th of July, we called on 8th July to check if the order is placed by the fabricator, Goshgar had bad attitude and ask me to deal with fabricator directly, i did call them, there front desk is so rude that they did not entertained at all, then i called MSI from where i was getting my slab they said they cant help without order number, again i called Goshgar he said he doea not have it, again i called fabricatror they said they can give me the order number but delivery is in process and will get thebslab on 9th and will be installed on 10th, since was promised to get installed by 10th, on 9th evening the received a call from fabricator saying the counter top is broken!!!! That was horrible, still we were so patient and place new order on 12th, they confirmed and was told to get installation on july 14th 2021, but when i called today (which is on july13th) to check the status i was told it cant be installed on 14th!!!!!!!! That was disgusting!!!!!! We finally cancelled our order, and now its been 3 weeks i m with out counter top in my kitchen!!!!Goshgar was so rude and not helpful during this entire process, he is so pathetic that did not bother to follow up with the contractor. I would not recommend this place at all. Be aware He speaks very nice at the beginning and the very rude at the end and do not bother if customer suffers! Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional service. Dont go by reviews, they must be having from his close friends, family!!! Now i feel correct about the negative reviews which are true!!!

Had a great experience with In Focus. I went in with measurements for my kitchen and they created a design custom for my space. When it came time for countertop installation there was an issue with the quartz. In Focus helped me work with the fabricator and the distributor to get the situation corrected and they made the installation happen in the time I needed. Right before Christmas! I would recommend for your future kitchen design!

Ordered kitchen cabinets, hardware counters from Infocus. Good turnaround - it all came together with timing and for a good price. Cabinetry good quality as well as trim etc...great experience would recommend this company and would use again. Worked with Tunjay.

Not responsive, reached out several times and spoke to Angel who kept promising to provide some design options with estimates via email but never responded (even after follow-up). I sent measurements of current kitchen and pictures (they were too busy to meet in person) but still nothing after 2-3 weeks. I’m now working with another vendor. Wasted lot of time with these guys.

Josh was very rude and not responsive. I worked with him before he left on vacation. He told me he will have my design done before he left. Months go by and still nothing. Thankfully I didn’t order anything.

I read many positive reviews on google, which after my experience I realize must be written by the owners, employees and friends of the owners. I was going to go to a different place but given the amount of positive reviews, stopped here instead. I gave Chris, who was very polite and informative, copies of our layout with measurements and options of cabinet styles that we liked. We went in on a tuesday and he said we would have a design in place by thursday. On thursday, he said latest saturday or monday. After not hearing back for a few days, I emailed them to see if they had anything ready for us. I was emailed by someone else, asking me for measurements, style of cabinets we liked, etc. When i said i had already give these to Chris, he said Chris was out sick and he would help me. No problem, I understand things happen and people get sick or hurt. He said by 8pm that day, now we are 2 weeks later, that I would get something back. A week later now, still nothing. I am a medical professional with very little run around time, so I was hoping to get a design, finalize and begin my kitchen project. I was not bargain hunting or negotiating with anyone. My husband said, good thing this happened at the beginning, can you imagine signing on the dotted line and paying them and then no response or no service? Very disappointed that I even wasted my time and will definitely inform patients to look elsewhere if they tell me they are renovating!

I had gone to infocus Kitchen & Bath with a budget and they were so helpful in making my dream kitchen a reality on the budget that I originally had. The cabinets were delivered on time and they were great with the assistance of selecting the quartz for my counter top... I know that I drove them crazy, yet they never showed it!!! Ilgar was amazing! I have a few additional updates that i would like to do and I will be back again!!! Ilgar I hope you are ready for me :)

They supplied cabinets and countertops. The cabinets were good, except that twice I asked for 2 access doors since it was a custom order, but they never got them. The countertops were improperly installed, and 3 out of 4 will have to be replaced. I put in a warranty claim but since they received full payment, they never responded to my request. I will have to replace them at my expense.

Infocus was a pleasure to deal with. I worked with Tunjay (TJ) on our kitchen cabinets and countertop purchase. The quality of the cabinets are top notch and the price was very fair. Some cabinet places we visited felt like a car dealership. They would always ask us of what do we have to spend then just telling the price of the cabinets we were looking at. TJ was very knowledgeable on all the products available to purchase in the showroom and upfront with the pricing. That knowledge includes the pros and cons of the material used to manufacture the cabinets versus the cost. From the first time we came to the store to the end, he always had a great attitude and was very helpful. I had to call him many times for different reasons and I never felt that I was annoying him and was he always super quick and responsive even when he was busy. He also personally came out to take the measurements and was creative on how to maximize the space in our smaller kitchen with the design and layout. Again he always listened to any questions and concerns we had throughout the entire process and always felt like we were his number one customer. One final positive was he always kept his timeline with ship dates and delivery. That was a big plus when working with the contractor to schedule all the work in the kitchen. Thanks again

I am very impressed with infocus and St martins company in general. I had an issue with color mismatch. They were very patient with us and resolved the issue. I was debating if I should post this review and I feel like since I decided to work with InFocus mostly because of their great Google reviews, mine should be out there as well.When we started renovation last October, InFocus seemed like the best place out of many we visited. Beautiful showroom, a lot of options, good prices and customer service, so we decided to place an order with them. Since our place was still undergoing major renovation, we came back 2nd time with new measurements and different idea. 3rd time we went to InFocus we finally placed an order. Since walls in my house were redone we provided exact measurements for every separate cabinet that was given to us by construction crew.Strike1: Delivery was set up for late December. My crew was there, ready to install the kitchen, but nobody came. I only received call around noon claiming that wearhouse was closed for holidays and delivery was rescheduled for first week of January.Strike 2: New delivery date also never happened. While my crew waited again on the agreed date nobody even called. I had to call myself and was told that an email was received from wearhouse claiming they had an emergency. Delivery was postponed again.Strike 3: Finally when kitchen was delivered, one cabinet was broken and one was not a proper size. I spend half a day on the phone trying to explain to InFocus personnel that cabinet to small and that I provided measurements for every cabinet separate, but for some reason they gave me cabinets based on initial kitchen layout and not measurements I asked for. I was later pointed out that I signed off on order (SO PLEASE CHECK BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING) They replaced it later, but this whole process was a hassle on top of already overwhelming renovation process.I called wearhouse myself, apparently they do close for 2 weeks around holidays but they send multiple notice emails to stores they work with. I guess InFocus overseen this. I was also told there was no emergency, so 2nd delivery delay excuse was a lie.Strike 4: Last drop for me, which made me do this review was my contractor visiting wearhouse. You see, when I placed an order, I needed specific size for panels. I was told they only come in ¼ thickness and not ¾ like I wanted. Also fridge panel wasn’t wide enough to cover fridge front to back and my contractor had to play with it to fill the hole. Lastly, above fridge cabinet (as I was told) came only in one certain size, so it looks not deep enough. But when my guy went to the wearhouse to pick up few extra panels that I ordered from different local store, he told me they carry all possible sizes. Even over fridge cabinet that I told me doesn’t come in deeper size, was available.The store issued me $500 refund after 1st delivery was canceled, but it won’t cover all the hassle, stress and damage I sustained, paying workers for 2 days kitchen wasn’t delivered without prior notice, and paying extra to make sure short panels look decent.

Purchased some filler strips & dishwasher panels to match an existing new kitchen installed by previous owner.

We did our kitchen renovation three weeks ago. This was our first big project in our home and we did lots of research before deciding to go with InFocus Kitchen and Bath. We had a lot of back-and-forth and changed our minds. Goshgar was very patient and helped us design the kitchen we wanted with lots of suggestions. He knew what works and what would not. His contractor, Taha, was knowledgeable and skillful. His stone supplier, Omar at Cosentino Center, was very helpful and went out of his way to get the stone we wanted. With one’s first project there are always some issues one doesn’t foresee, and there’s bound to be some miscommunication. But with InFocus kitchen and bath everything will be resolved to customer’s satisfaction. When there was delay because of supplies, Goshgar and his team worked hard and on weekend to finish the project. Their work was excellent, they took care of everything so we were very happy with the results. I recommend InFocus kitchen and bath and Goshgar highly and without any reservation.

Buying a kitchen was a big deal and we wanted to work with a company that we felt were true professionals and just specialized in making fabulous affordable kitchens. When we first met Ilgar we could see he was a professional. He was patient, did a few different designs with us and made suggestions that would improve the functionality of our kitchen while also saving us money. He followed up on emails, appointments, and was always available on the phone. Great person to work with.

I would give Infocus Kitchen & Bath 10 stars if I could. We have been working on a complete home renovation and it has been beyond stressful. Fast forward to the moment we found these guys: there were a couple of projects that we needed to supply our own tiles for and we randomly found Infocus Kitchen & Bath. When we saw the showroom, the variety of quality products - we were sold. We made the purchase with them and when our contractor suddenly needed more tiles we were able to pick them up immediately thanks to Goshgar. He was a lifesaver, especially with 2 days notice to be able to get what we needed without any delays in finishing the project. It was such a hassle free, easy and reliable shopping experience that we decided to purchase our kitchen cabinetry from them as well.We worked out the details and I got to see everything in a digital design mock up first. We talked about the pros and cons for different product options and the overall esthetic which I was adamant on. Once the demo was scheduled everything went as planned. They delivered when they said they would and the project moved at a great pace. As the project moved forward, any small issues I had would be immediately changed/fixed with no hassle involved. Let me tell you how grateful I am for having found this place, Goshgar and his crew. He was great at communicating with us throughout the process and making sure everything was delivered to our satisfaction. Our kitchen came out exactly how I envisioned it, and it was super easy throughout all of the phases of the project, which was the only stress free part of our entire home renovation process. Each person we have worked with was patient and helpful in advising on all possible accessories that we would have never thought of. My experience with InFocuss team has be absolutely awesome ! After speaking to numerous contractors, kitchen designers and representatives of many many kitchen cabinetry showrooms, I was pleasantly surprised with Tunjay not trying to up-sell anything. Each visit to their showroom was very welcoming and pricing was fair. Every member of Infocus team took interest in any questions asked and also made recommendations to enhance our original design. The cabinetry arrived in a timely manner and any issues/ hiccups were handled with very impressive customer service. Tunjay was always easily reachable via text/ call, has been available at all times to help us with the project, and took personal interest in ensuring our job is executed well. Our kitchen reno is about to be completed and I am very appreciative of every aspect of InFocus Kitchen & Baths business - fair pricing, timely execution, prompt and friendly customer service and a very pleasant overall experience.

Infocus Kitchen and Bath  was a great company to work with, and offers good value, as long as you have done your research and  know exactly what you want.  The contractor they recommended did a wonderful and timely job.UPDATE: Less than two years after job completed, and we have had problems with just about every component of this remodel from the flooring, to the walls, to the countertop to the cabinets. In all cases, we had no satisfactory solutions and had finger-pointing and blame shifting, with the contractor (referred to us by Infocus) blaming InFocus for selling bad materials, to Infocus blaming the installation (by the contractor they referred us to) to the countertop fabricator Infocus uses blaming everyone else and refusing to honor their warranty.They still get two stars because they were indeed nearly half the price of every other quote we got. Maybe you get what you pay for, or maybe wed have had the same problems from the more expensive places, but at least this way we have some money left over to hire someone else to fix the problems were left with.

Very friendly people. Good to work with and offered lot of good ideas during design phase. Ilgar has the patience to answer all basic questions and offer solutions. Even during the project installation face, Ilgar was patient enough to clear doubts and fix wrong parts. Better competitive pricing and selection of products. Good display of products.We tore apart our entire kitchen and laundry area and got all the kitchen and laundry cabinets from InFocus. We are very happy with the kitchen cabinets outcome. Still project is underway for the laundry area.I will recommend InFocus for kitchen projects.
