After spending more time than she should have with me Ereny with her patients and knowledge helped me pick out the perfect slab of granite for my new kitchen!! This is an overwhelming place but worth looking into!! There selection of stones is optimum! Service amazing! Very well organized and more than helpful!!Can’t wait to see it in my space!!!

I recently worked with Marvin from MSI Edison, NJ. and he went out of his way to help me with my quartz selection. This particular location is a 4 hour drive for me, one way, and just not possible to do at this time. Marvin was kind enough to call me after I sent an email, and he FaceTimed with me in the warehouse so I could see/choose the quartz I was interested in. I don’t think there are too many people that would take the time out of their day to do that. Don’t hesitate to work with this company… and don’t forget to ask for Marvin

Although it is a pretty showroom, it is limited in selection, and since it is a wholesaler, it is not welcoming to individual customers. I visited recently and had a curt hello at the door. They make you sign in and collect your information. Then you are left on your own. There is no pricing or grading levels on the stone! They will not guide you on price or quality levels. You must select your stone and have your contractor price it for you. This is a waste of time, since I consistently gravitate to the most expensive stone lol! It would be so helpful if stones were at least somewhat marked by levels. They have a decent quartz selection but granite is much more limited than other places I visited. They do have samples you can take, but several were not available. They were not able/ willing to answer questions. My advice: visit with your contractor installer so they can guide you, or go somewhere else entirely that marks the price levels of their stone.

Placed an order almost a month ago,cant get the material which the company confirmed is in stock. Promising delivery every day,so far no delivery. No one knows what is going on

I had a wonderful experience at MSI in Edison today. Ereny was like my personal concierge. I was overwhelmed choosing my granite counter tops. She took away all of the stress and made it easy for me. Because of her, I will be coming back to order my tile back splash and flooring. I highly recommend MSI Edison.

Good showroom - nicely laid out. However, customer service is poor. One of the three ladies behind the counter could get up and offer some customer support. Also, they were not very knowledgeable and you feel as if you are bothering them.

Came here because we ordered granite at Home Depot and we needed to pick our slab. We are very glad we did because the colors were completely off. We chose white spring and in Home Depot it had a nice slightly rust color, but in person and seeing the slab it was very red and didnt match what we were doing. So we were here 3 times. Some things to know before you come here 1 dont automatically go to the desk with the girls there even though you may figure thats first...no...go to your right and sign in your personal information on the computer kiosks. 2 now you can go to the desk with the girls. We explained we went to home depot and had to pick out our slab. This leads them to taking 2 papers and clipping them to a clipboard w a pencil so you can look at other slabs and it lets you know which ones are with home depot and if they are in the category A,B,C,D,E for those prices you need to take a picture of the board at Home Depot. 3 You will then go through the showroom which is beautiful and through a door into the warehouse where the slabs of marble, quartz, and granite are displayed. Two things to know: children under 13 are not permitted in here and its very cold in the winter. 3 slabs can be cut from the same lot and they will look the same or similar, others can be very different if from a different lot so check carefully. 4 you are only allowed to have one slab moved and is a fascinating process and Mikey was great.Im detailing this because there are rules you dont know coming in and if you dont follow them it causes the girls at the desk to become abrupt.It all worked out and we are happy with our selection we settled with new caledonia but showing a picture of white wave which is just spectacular.

Worth the trip if you are remodeling and want to view a wide variety of tiles and slabs in a well organized, large showroom. Samples are available for most products and you can browse the collections at your leisure.

Waited a long time to offload my delivery 4 hours

This was a wonderful FREE showroom to see the large variety of Quartz, Tiles, Marble and other Surfaces for Countertops and Backsplashes. After you walk though the initial rooms, you can walk through the area where they have the large slabs, so you can really envision how each will look as a countertop. The tiles for backsplashes were just beautiful too, with a wide variety of choices.You can also take home samples, to see how the colors would work in your own home.Highly recommended !

Jagrat greeted us upon arrival and escorted us throughout the very large indoor warehouse full of granite, marble and quartz slabs. Large selection of granite with samples to take if you want. I was very impressed at how quickly they were able to move the slabs so I could fully see the exact piece of granite that I was picking. Jagrat emailed my selection to my fabricator while we were still there and I feel that this is by far the best of anywhere I looked at slabs. I liked that all the granite was grouped together, (marble & quartz in their own sections as well.). I also like the fact that every thing about the place was designed to help enable me to make a fully informed decision and that we could see the actual pieces that we were purchasing. Also appreciate the way Jagrat followed through with my fabricator immediately. I highly recommend MSI Granite in Edison!!!

The service there is not that great. The women behind the counter do not acknowledge when you walk in unless you ask for attention. They are either on their phone or staring at a computer. A simple “I’ll be with you in a minute” would go a long way.

Wow I wish I could give 0 stars for customer service. Not sure why they pay 3 girls behind the counter to just sit there and chitchat all day instead of helping customers. I asked for help 2 times and no one got off they’re seat to help me or anyone on the floor. I left very frustrated and disappointed. Even though everything looked nice, I will definitely not be returning.

Dont come with a flatbed, all day to get loaded. 4 to 5 hours every time I come in.

Ereny was so helpful with choosing my slab and also showed me some other d signs that looked similar and may have been less expensive.We ended up sticking with the cararra white marble but our slabs look perfect!!

Simone was the only staff member who helped me and my (Black) family members after being in the store from open until about close (Saturday 9 - 12:30 pm). We were selecting tile for multiple rooms, but no store associate offered help until we approached Simone. Its a shame that shes not a regular store associate.

Angel was very nice and helpful. We did have to wait a while for the slabs to be brought down even though we had an appointment. The p loom place incredible !

Came here after a disappointing experience at several other tile stores, I will probably never shop anywhere else again. The staff was welcoming our sales rep Joanna was extremely helpful, answered emails and made sure we got the best product for the job. The selection is unbeatable. An easy to navigate warehouse with very helpful associates

Already paid for a slab and came to pick one out. Three women sat behind desk and pretended to be very hard at work and not helping. The slab that we selected did not look anything as the one that was on the floor. Selection was pretty poor. After waiting for an hour and not being helped, we left and promptly cancelled our order. Went with different stone place that had better selection and amazing customer service.

Visited the MSI showroom in Edison today and Veronica made the experience worthwhile. Her customer service is definitely remarkable. She was eager to help and made the shopping experience pleasant!

Great place to find the perfect granite. Very well laid out, easy to follow and find what you’re looking for. They have a very large selection and the employees are very helpful. They moved 3 slabs of granite so I could pick the two I wanted. Will definitely be coming back for future needs!

We had a nice experience at the showroom. Large, beautiful selection. The only drawback was we couldn’t bring the kids in slab warehouse so we had to split up and go separately. Wish we knew that before coming. We would have left the kids home.

The Edison showroom is fantastic! After checking in with the friendly receptionist and receiving a clipboard and notes sheet, my husband and I wandered throughout the huge selection of floor and wall tiles to solidify our decisions for our kitchen remodel. The staff is very helpful - supplied samples and answered all questions. No pushy salespeople - we approached the staff if we needed help. My advice is to make sure you have a pretty good idea of what you are looking for it will be overwhelming! Great experience overall. We left with some concrete plans.

I have been to many stone warehouses over the years and MSI is by far the most organized and stocked facility I have ever seen. This is a top shelf facility with a tremendous selection of stone, marble, granite, and display.

My experience was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. The selections are amazing. Went to a few other places and this was my top choice to visit again. The supervisor Tony was exceptionally helpful and accommodated my needs for a certain type of color.

Decent quartz selection but the employees have been extremely rude and unhelpful both times Ive visited. During today’s visit, they shut the lights off at 1 on the dot— without letting anyone know they were closing. We had our slab samples spread across a table as we were finalizing decisions and at first thought the power went out until we saw the employees just start leaving. We packed up in the pitch black (we were at the back of the showroom, with no natural light coming in). The whole thing was so rude and unprofessional. Hoping to find our quartz elsewhere.

My experience at MSI was fantastic! The showroom is beautiful, and the materials are well-presented for easy viewing. The staff was polite, patient, and helpful; they were experts about the products. In particular, Maria was extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable. She assisted me in making my final selection with confidence. She had great ideas and was wonderful to work with!

This is a great place for countertop and tile shopping. They have a ton of selection and very friendly and kind staff. The countertop slabs we wanted to look at wasn’t available in the main showroom and Veronica, one of the sales reps took us to their other warehouse across the street and showed us what we were looking for. They had to move slabs around to get to the ones we wanted and they were very accommodating.Definitely recommend this business.

Amazing operation - the warehouse is massive, well organized and the staff was wonderful and friendly. While it was a busy day and we waited to have a few Granite slabs tagged the MS International team was a pleasure to deal with. We have been going all over the NYNJ area looking for granite for our kitchen remodel and MS International has by far the best selection, the most well lit warehouse and friendly staff to help us find the right slabs for our kitchen. They even had sample pieces of granite we could bring home as we now try to figure out paint choices. Cannot recommend the MS International team any higher. Our experience was bar raising.

Large well lit show room displaying lots of products for any project. I was looking for Porcelain Tiles for the patio and the staff was extremely helpful in explaining the products. Great place.

I came to MSI for a third time to pick out my slab for my kitchen. After 3 months of dealing with problems of my installation of my counter, I had Maria Vargas assist me in choosing the correct slab for me. She walked me through every step and was fantastic in listening to my needs and delivering on what exactly I needed. She was so pleasant to work with and was EXTREMELY efficient with walking me through the paperwork. I really enjoyed my experience working with Maria!

He located the 2 slabs I was interested in across the street in the warehouse. We walked over, and I looked at them to be sure they were what I wanted.

MS International has two beautiful facilities with a large inventory of all types of wall and floor tile, granite,etc. - A real showcase!

The store is exceptional. There was a great selection of Granite and it was amazing to see how helpful all folks were in showing me around and moving slabs. They also have superb lighting. I love that I can pick tile for the backsplash at the same location. All in all great experience!

A nice starting point for granite counters, tile, backsplash and many other durable hardscape. Seek out one or more contractors first, since this vendor will not see directly to the general public and therefore doesnt offer pricing to the public as well. Your contractor will provide pricing, you will pick the product.

Great experience, customized service and never rushed! We visited MSI twice, once on a Saturday; their busiest day with only an hour left to their day. We viewed rows and rows of granite, marble and man made materials trying to make a counter top decision. We returned on a Friday morning when they opened. We had the best service and took our time really understanding how to make the best decision (design, practicality, affordability). Simone was fantastic! She walked the warehouse with us explaining how to make the decision and what to consider. She really eliminated our doubt and spent time explaining how the granite is found, removed, how the fabricator works with it to customize it to your job. I cannot say enough nice things about the quality of service and the genuine customer interest she expressed :)

There is a big lack of attention to the costumeryou have to wait more than 1 hour to get you order from the warehouse No service at all. Everytime I get material from there. Its a nightmare I wish the people who own that place would look at it because its really disappointed. What its going on .

Ralph was fantastic to work with and super helpful. I was able to place my slabs on hold for two weeks so that my husband who is in the Army is able to see the slabs when he comes back home! The staff was also extremely friendly and quick to help!

Nice showroom. But be aware that the staff at this place will not be able to tell you the price or give you a sample to take home, instead they will tell you to write it down on a piece of paper and contact one of their preferred contractors. There are other viable options out there.
