Ardmor Windows and Doors was quick to respond to a request for quote and quick with the quote. The ordering processes was straightforward. Their installation team was quick and effective, and provided quality installations. My only complaint, which is mild, was the lack of communication between the time the order was placed and they were ready for install. If they could improve the status portion of their project management, then they would be hitting on all cylinders. That said, great experience all round.

Dmytro replaced the broken window in our door today. He did a fantastic job! He was so careful that he was able to reuse the existing trim. Very neat, clean and efficient. It only took about an hour. Would highly recommend him and Ardmor.

The technicians did an excellent job to replace my windows’ hardware in order to meet the egress code for fire escape. Other companies refused to take the job because they assume the whole windows have to be replaced. ARDMOR took the challenge and get the job done. The windows opening got approved by the municipal inspector. Thank you guys. I really recommend their service.

Used Ardmor twice for replacing doors and windows in my townhouse. They were very professional, responsive and did an amazing job. They cleaned up when they finished and were respectful of my privacy (I was working from home and needed to be on calls all day). The windows I needed to replace were on a third floor and they were able to replace it with ease. When they were finished, they cleaned and vacuumed their work area. I highly recommend them.

We had a big delay in completing the project due to Covid19 but when they returned to complete the project they took all the precautions to minimize contact, especially as they had to enter my house (in a small way.) The work looks great and was exactly what I ordered. They said it would take all day but they actually finished in about 5 hours.

Update on below: Ardmore contacted me and we are working through my entry door. Whether I decide to go through them or not, I am impressed with the response. Thank youI was excited to work with Ardmore based on the reviews I had read. We are looking for an entry door. When I called, I was told I couldn’t speak with anyone or schedule an appointment until I text them measurements and a description of what I am looking to have done. I found this odd but I followed the directions and sent them the information they requested with no response or feedback. I guess they weren’t as excited to work with me as I was with them. I can’t give them more than 1 star because they refused to speak to me, I wish I could give them less than 1. Even if what I requested was not possible, the least someone could do is respond with that information. This is the least service friendly approach I have ever experienced. In case this is a trend with them, have a couple backup companies for your job before calling them.

They came here and repaired 2 Marvin windows that had broken, not the glass but the counter weight system. and installed a new sliding screen door. the door was too tall and they were able to alter it on site. They were very professional and cleaned up very well after.

I hired Ardmor after about 2 years of searching for a company that didnt want to change every window in my house or rip me off. I had 2 broken windows. When I called them they returned my call within an hour. We setup an appointment for them to come in and take measurements; and they came exactly when they said they would.
