I bought a 6 pc towel set from Blue Nile Mills and was pleasantly surprised. Usually most sell thin cheaply made towels. The set I got from Blue Nile are thick and plush. Amazing quality and when I contacted them about purchasing more the person I spoke to in customer service was very friendly and helpful. Ever since COVID many dont really care to help and are rude,NOT those who work at Blue Nile.....thank you

Great Collection of Products & Material.

Not good so far. I ordered, heard from them everyday afterwards, then, when I received my order, it was not what I wanted and asked for a return label. They have a 30 day return policy. I have not heard from them since I sent the request, and have sent 2 more emails. Their site says closed with no explanation for customers like myself. $50 down the drain if I dont get a response. Senior on fixed income, have to save up for what I want/need. Still no word, and it says they are still closed. I figure I am out 50 dollars. I hope others will find the reviews of this place and not get burnt.

Took forever to ship, no tracking number. When I called, the lady talked like a computer and would not answer my questions.
