I bought Ultra grinder from India and somehow the coil is gone. I took it to these guys, trust me service is very good and very fast. Kanaiya is very good and he is so nice with customers. Need to change mixie coupler, when called oak tree appliances he said including parts $20.when I Went to shop he said $50 & wait time 1 hour to change.I’m super upset, Definitely not recommend this shop. Then googled got the info about Balaji electronic they charged $15 & they fixed it immediately.Liked their service.

Great experience, I went there for repair of ultra grinder which I bought years ago, he told me it would be $25 to diagnose the problem which I paid and then whatever the repair cost would be. To my surprise when I wanted to pay when he fixed it, he said no charge it was just a minor problem and the $25 would cover it. He could have easily charged me extra 25-50 dollars. I would definitely refer this shop to other people.

Worst place. Horrible experience. He is a big cheater. He charged me $45 for something that is not even worth $10. When I realized, it is too much money for what he has done and tried to negotiate, he started yelling, shouting and said will not return my item. I ended up paying the full money he asked and got out of there. I will never go there again and will not recommend to anyone. Note: I gave one star as there is no zero.

This is the worst service I have ever seen.These guys cant speak good english and dont understand what we speak.That is only little of the problems that we have. They give all the false information. They promise for one price and ask higher price at the end. No receipt for service or money.Their servicing sucks.I have given my mixer for service, they promised for $30. And $25 for looking into it. I have paid $25. They did not give receipt for taking the product or the money I have given or the promised amount.After 5 days I went to pick up the item, I tried to pay $5. He started lecturing all the non-sense. I had to ask multiple times what is the matter. At the end he says it is $45. He is not negotiable.This place sucks.

The price of any product is not marked and when asked just remdom price which may be over 5-10 $ more. Some product you may have to look like non stick pan which may have scratched under the sticker.
