Have shower enclosure with out base and very satisfied because the price and quality can get better, actually my kitchen sink with faucet and vanity from Vigo have over 10 years never a problem.

Terrible customer service! We needed a replacement t part and called. We were told what part to order and did so while on the phone with the rep. The wrong item was sent. Rude customer service. Would not recommend. Still trying to get the right part sent!
A very unpleasant experience dealing with this company. We ordered a Chrome 74 inch hinged shower door and received a gold 58 inch sliding shower door. It took over a week and a lot of arguing for Vigo to accept the return and start looking for our actual door that we ordered. It wasnt until we spoke with a level headed supervisor that she agreed if we ordered the door and it was in stock it should still be in stock since they sent us the wrong door. All together the door is great, a little wobbly, but expected with frameless doors. The company is slow on delivery and if its messed up dont expect a timely replacement. I Wrote this review on their web page and they sent me an email saying they would not post it due to it not meeting their standards. Well im sure it didnt as it negatively reflected the company.
I ordered a shower door and base together as a combo unit. The base failed partly due to its install. Im more than happy to pay for a new base but no one can order it for me. I spoke to them on the phone and they told me I could order it directly from them and to e mail them the original order with my request. They responded to my e mail that I needed to order it from the online outlet I originally ordered the combo unit from. When I responded to that e mail pointing out the inconsistency what I was told on the phone they did not respond. I spoke to the online outlet I originally ordered it from and they tell me Vigo wont sell them the base directly. I brought up my frustration with Vigo and they mentioned theyve been hearing this from other people as well. Its disappointing to not be able to buy this part separately and disappointing to get different response over the phone than in e mail. Ive spent hours trying to get a replacement part and havent been able to make any progress.
6 hours later warranty has not been approved. Wasted most of my day. Been on phone hold for 40 minutes waiting on a rep. All for 25.00 warranty part. Several emails requesting info and receipts instead of one clearly written request. Warranty requires video of broken part. Warranty person couldn’t enlarge attachments so I had to send at her request three times. I would not recommend this company for anything.
3 weeks ago I ordered and paid for some parts thru customer service and last week I sent an email to follow up on the transaction with no follow up response as to where the parts are. My master bathroom cannot be used until I get the parts. So we continue to use the kids shower. Good times!

After being told to email a video I asked to just let me purchased the part after a half hour on the phone I was told the sprayer that I needed was 25.00 and the shipping 15.00. Since I do a lot of shipping myself I said that I wouldn’t pay 15 dollars to ship a part that weighed ounces I asked for a manager when Barbra got on the phone she insisted that 15 dollars was a flat rate and she wouldn’t do anything about the shipping rate then hung up on me! Worst customer service everI ordered the part on amazon for 11.99 and got free next day shipping now that’s service 👍🏻
Our kitchen faucet has been broken since December of 2018. We have spent countless hours calling & emailing to have our faucet fixed. I’ve purchased replacement parts that I was told would fix the faucet. Then to be told that was not the issue, they sold me the wrong part, and in fact I need another part. This part has not been in stock since January. I have called, emailed, sent videos & photos to try and have my faucet fixed. When you spend over $400 on a kitchen faucet you would expect better customer service. I should have went with moen. VIGO’s lifetime warranty seems to be a joke.

Called Vigo corporate office to find out additional information about their shower doors. I was told to email when it comes to sales inquiries. I mentioned that I worked in the remodeling industry and the call was not about sales and I wanted to talk to someone in person about the quality of the shower doors, sizes, shipping, availability, etc... The person that answered the phone did not want to bother with the call. I guess Im not doing business with them.
