EVERY SINGLE TIME I make orders online and they’re coming from Edison some how some way all my packages seem to disappear or they’ll say “departed” and I get a delivery date but they never show up but some how some way as soon as I call and investigate and yes sadly complain. It magically appears and it’s delivered. This has happened not just to me but to several other people when it comes to the tracking list saying from Edison. If I could give it 0 stars I would cause 1 star is too nice

Somehow a large heavy package of router bits entered this facility And disappeared FedEx has cost me a lot of money and time and I have called them multiple times to search for the package that went missing May 13 And they have done nothing and every single time I call nobody knows anything and then at the beginning they gave me confirmation number that went to nothing. I’m pretty sure they are complicit with somebody stealing packages there plain and simple many people have been missing packages at this facility FedEx is doing nothing about it and it’s costing people money.

Wow I was impressed after reading negative reviews about this office. The lady working at the counter, I think her name is Helen was super friendly, helpful and very fast. She welcomed everybody the same way. This was my first time here and I was prepared to get a not too good service but it was totally the opposite.

Waiting inside by the door for package to find a sorry we missed you note on the screen door. No knocks or anything and now i cant even pick it up and need to wait till the next business day. With a there is nothing we can do reply to my complaints. This is why people talk bad about delivery services.

One counter person.... 10 customers in line. And to top it all off... I couldnt mail my boxes because FedEx doesnt recognize certain USPS standardized addresses. How can you not recognize and service valid USPS standardized addresses?? Im not talking a PO box... Just a regular street address. Waste of time. Youre better off driving your packages where they need to go. UPDATE: 5 days and FedEx still has my money ($162.17) on hold, they wont release it.... Had to contact Wells Fargo and open a case as to why they wont release the funds. Do yourself a favor... Dont use FedEx. And if you must, dont come here, youre better off using one of those FedEx shipping centers like Mailboxes, etc. If they charge a small convenience fee, it is totally worth it to not have to come here.

Delivery Exception because customer not available - As with other reviewers this is a complete lie. We are working from home!!! No delivery note and clearly no attempt to deliver. Ive had issues with FedEx before and after contacting customer service, I then got angry phone calls from someone purporting to be the Edison Manager who was very aggressive and wouldnt comply with Customer Services request to deliver the package. Why?!

Great customer service, friendly and helpful staff! I drop off packages for my company often and occasionally ship personal packages at this location.They’re open until 8:30 pm during the week. I’ve dropped off items at 8:25 pm with overnight sipping and the packages still get delivered the next day by 10:30 am!I’ve seen people come to try to pickup packages either without a proper ID or “for a friend”. They get turned away and are angry or disappointed. This is the customer’s fault, not Fed Ex’s. If you arrive properly prepared, things typically go very smoothly.

The worst!!!!! Never doing business with them ever again. I was supposed to receive a package yesterday evening. When it hadnt been delivered, I tracked it. It stated that it was going to be returned to the shipper due to the address not being valid. I received no notifications at all. When I called, the address was correct ( Ive never have issues with UPS or USPS everything always get to my house). Then they stated that it was already returned to shipper and that there is nothing else they can do. The representatives did not try to help me one bit. This was the worse experience Ive ever had. (Note: This item was time sensitive, it wasnt just a tube of toothpaste. Which is why I am livid.)

Fake status updates, Worst express service ever, expecting a Express shipment today morning and awaiting at the door, but the status changed to delivery attempt made without an actual attempt. No attempt notice left on the door either, fake updates. Never expected from FedEx. Dont waste your money on express shipment, not worth it. This is my second such experience.On top of it they dont have a way to call the driver / FedEx location where the package was out for delivery - Waste of time to call the customer service. USELESS!!!!.

I had a package shipped via next day to Edison and the tracking said it would be delivered by 3pm. 3pm came and went and it didnt end up coming until almost 330p!!!! This is unacceptable and someone needs to be fired for this incompetence.

FedEx is the worst company EVER!!!! I have a note on my front door with instructions to place ALL packages inside my back patio. Every other company UPS, USPS etc follows those instructions, yet Fed EX Never does! I called the 800# several times to complain. I was told they would send info to the Edison location, I was also advised to update delivery instructions on the website. I have done that & they still never follow those instructions. Save your money & Use another company!

Multiple very bad experiences. Terrible plan. Terrible staff. Huge waste of time.They actually refused to let me pickup a package for my wife even though my ID clearly shows the same address. On other occasions,. I went 1 your before closure well into the time frame they stated package would be there. A big passive aggressive worked was too lazy to get package from truck. 1 hr driving time wastedI went all the way up management who tried so hard to get the package to me. However, she was ultimately not empowered to fix the problem. This whole corporation sucks,. This specific center particularly stands out

I visited this FedEx location on a Tuesday afternoon. Absolutely terrible service ! This is the worst FedEx location Ive ever visited ! There was only one FedEx person working behind the counter with a very long, slow-moving customer line ! She was a short, chubby black woman with a short-cut, blond-colored Afro. Although it isnt her fault that no one else was assisting her behind the counter, this same black woman attempted to charge me for tape to seal my shipping box. I deemed her request to be quite ridiculous, especially because I was shipping a small box with a prepaid FedEx label ! However, she still attempted to make me pay for tape to seal the box ! Consequently, I politely told her No Thanks and then I traveled to the other Fedex location on Route 27 in Edison, NJ located at 1789 Route 27. The service there was FAR SUPERIOR and the gentleman at the Route 27 Fedex in Edison, NJ location never attempted to charge me for tape to seal my shipping box. Needless to say, I will never go back to the Fedex location at 399 NJ-28, Raritan, NJ 08869 ! I will also advise any and everyone I know, along with whomever I encounter, to not do business with the Raritan FedEx !

First of all whoever came to my house for delivery is an IDIOT.He left a door tag saying my package had to be signed when i went on the site the day before and signed through there. i was home and he did not RING my doorbell or even knock so because of that i missed an important package i was supposed to fly out of the country with. Driver to my route constantly delivers my packages to other homes.This time the driver reports house member declined for signature and checked my package as delivered. According to the sender they required a signature for delivery. My home camera never has this driver recorded at the time he says the package was deleivered.Then when I call customer service that tell me to go around my area to ask if it was delivered to them by mistake. Seriously Fedex, let me knock on doors to find my package that you are paid for to deliver. Happy I have a home camera to show I did not decline to refuse and the drive lied about refusal to sign. And that the driver never delivered to my house.I get once or twice but last week I had severak packages, again delivered to the wrong address. And that time my husband went all over the neighborhood knocking on doors looking for it.My husband should have gotten paid for the lack of job Fedex did.

Most unreliable delivery and falsified information. Without trying to deliver the travel history created stating Customer not available or business closed interestingly you wont find missed delivery tag on your door or the delivery vehicle will not even anywhere near the delivery address.... ! . Timelines shown in travel history is highly impossible considering distance from dispatch center to reaching the delivery address.

Fedex has a business... The drivers will say they have delivered your Cell Phone and then steal it. They then will blame you or if you catch them they will claim it was an Unknown address and say your phone was sent back. The phone will then get lost on the way back to the cell phone company. . the Caucasian manager is very nice but very nieve. He doesnt get whats going on. This has happened 3 times now. twice from the Edison office.. And talk about mad... the ones who are part of the scheme at the Fed ex location were defensive and angry!!!

I cant believe they dont train their drivers on something as simple as ringing the doorbell and waiting a minute... I cringe every time I see FedEx is going to deliver my package, even more so when I have to be there to sign for it. I was even home one day to wait for the package and blatantly wrote up a sign to ring the doorbell, but I guess they hire people who are illiterate. Such a tedious process that I now need to contact the seller from Amazon to tell them I want to pick it up from this location thats over half an hour away from me. I hope I never have the displeasure of your terrible service again.
