Lost our package, but had proof that it was left with an individual. Instead of helping us, the man on the phone just laughed us off and said he doesnt know of such package. He seemed to want to get us off the phone very quickly, so we just canceled our private mailbox and went with another PO box service. I can understand honest mistakes, but I didnt find this situation very funny.

I had to send a package internationally via DHL, and the PostalAnnex in Edison was recommended to me by my colleague. The person in the office was very friendly and very helpful. He assisted with filling out the necessary forms and with packing the parcel. Should I need to send anything again, I will definitely come back to Postal Annex in Edison.

What a bad experience. I would not send my dog here to get service. The man behind the counter completely lied about the services provided and then went ahead and did it anyway. So frustrating.

I went to this place for a notary stamp. The man inside was very short, and rude with me. He denied providing me service BEFORE I could even tell him what I was there for. After he said no the first time, I asked him if he could give me a chance to explain what my documents were. I told him that I was a victim of identity theft, and that in order to clear my name, the company required me to return a police report, and and notarized affidavit. He denied me service, claiming he didnt want to get involved...I will never send anyone here!

Owner Mr Kalpesh Patel is a very kind and helping nature person. I came here after reading google reviews and thats true reviews. He notarized my all documents very good although my papers are bigger than A4 size he make the copy by scanned instead of saying NO. Also he charged me very less price compare to all others . Very good experience . The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Very perfect . and you get everything here... printouts, work station, notary, shipment (DHL,FEDEX,UPS ...etc) .. and rates are reasonable. Passport photos also available and wait times usually very minimal . The owner is also very helpful . very comfortable for applying passports, immigration and other documentation ..you can get printouts and get notarized them and shipment too. the cost is lesser than Fedex / walgreens...
