I am usually very patient for international shipping, but after more than 5 weeks without update, I need to chat with their staff (He told me his name is Huang, but wont disclose his full name) All I got is Theres nothing we can do about your shipping, we didnt do anything wrong. Please dont argue with me... Dude, I am not arguing with you, all I need is a update for my shipping. Your last update for my package was more than 5 weeks ago...And you are telling me I am messing up with you??? Also they only take cash, which is super fishy.... Anyway, just want to share my experience here, wont come back anymore.

Stay FAR AWAY from this place! This is a one-man store. The owner Jay, at the counter, is unprofessional and quick-tempered. I went in Friday night to drop off package, then Saturday noon requesting to cancel shipment. He shouted and cursed when nobody was inside his store. A fee was charged.iShip vs. USPS: iShip takes AT LEAST 3 weeks. USPS takes 7 to 14 days. iShip is cheaper than USPS, but shipping time is too long. Time is money! In the end, USPS delivered my package in exactly 10 days.iShip uses its internal planes and container ships, so packages leave on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Using iship since moved to New Jersey, it’s been over 4 years. All I want to say is they are the most reliable shipping company. If you search around, so many shipping company just appear a period of time and then closed. This is my true feeling, choose the stable and reliable one.

My packages are still on the way. It has been more than two months already. The service is really not nice! Won’t use this company anymore.Edit: It is fine, I do not really care anymore

Never answered my phone call. Never responded to my message on wechat. Never got my package even if it has been a month. Almost the same rate for international shipping from usps, however I got my usps package in 10 days. IShip is the worst shipping agency, I believe. Will never use again.Update:Package arrived in Chinese custom within 15 days after shipping; took 4 or 5 months to leave the custom, another week to actually receive the package. In the 4 months of custom clearance, it was pretty much ball throwing games between iShip and the Customs. When we contacted iShip, they said there was nothing they could do because its the Customs delay. Then we called General Administration of Customs in BJ, they said we need to contact the carrier to figure out which Custom its at, so we contacted HMUS (iShip headquarter I believe) and figured out it was in SZ. SZ customs told us they do not have our package, we need to contact the carrier... We pretty much gave up, but the package lost compensation is about one third of the package worth, so we decided to wait. It took about 5 months in total to receive the package.Just know that USPS offers express international shipping too. I would rather pay more to USPS with guaranteed delivery.
