Great place for genuine Firestone tires. They also carry Interstate batteries - rated the best by most garage mechanics and AAA.>>> Though located in a shopping center, THERE IS A SERVICE BAY around back so they can install replacements or perform typical automotive repairs. Quick and courteous service.>>> If the store happens to be out of a part but their warehouse has it, they can usually get it delivered to the store in an hour or so. 👉 There is a waiting room or leave your phone number for them to call.>>> While you wait for parts delivery or vehicle service there are several restaurants located in the shopping center AND in walking distance: McDonalds, Taco Bell, Chick fil A, and others. There are also several interesting stores you can have a browse through while you wait.
I go here because I got a credit card when I first got divorced. They are one of the higher prices places IMO. Staff is friendly but every time I have ever needed tires they are conveniently out of stock of the mid-priced tire and I have to wait days or get the more expensive ones. Usually I dont have the luxury to wait for tires.
My daughter (22) had a flat which she changed to the spare. Took the tire in for repair & they were too busy to fix that day so they asked her to come back first thing the next morning. She went when they opened the following day and had to leave it. At 5:00pm still had to wait. Paid close to $30 to repair a tire with 5,000 miles on it and they didn’t even offer to put it on the car- I think she even had to load the tire in her car. She switched it out herself and took it to another shop just to make sure the wheel was secure- A shop we have used in the past that has never charged us for a repair and would NEVER let you leave without the repaired tire back on your vehicle. Customer Service! Not sure this was a $30 repair. I think she did most of the work herself.
Had a nail in my tire. Went in on a busy Saturday and at first was told it was going to be 2-3 hours, but they squeezed me in and I was out in about 45 min. Great service!!!
A shout out to Nick and his excellent level of customer care. Thought my daughter may have had an oil leak and he was able to get me in, troubleshoot and get me taken care of in just a couple of hours. Super nice guy and very happy with this location. Will definitely be back.
I called the Edmond location around 7a to make sure they were open as there was no answer at the North May location. He was able to get my ticket started and get me in and out in no time with a new tire as the one I brought in was irreparable. I walked out only having to pay for the road hazard for the new tire which prompted many questions from my daughter. I recommend this location for fast friendly service.
While driving from Memphis to Santa Fe, we had to pull off the highway when our van started making strange noises. Jay looked at it right away, was friendly and thorough, and diagnosed (and fixed!) our problem for free. On a Sunday when we had expectations of being stranded until Monday, these guys saved us and got us back on our way. Amazing service.

Was told a day ago by this shop that if I got the parts they’d fix my car today. Called this morning and got told that they can’t do that. We’re stranded in the middle of Oklahoma(day 2 here) on our way to Cali from Illinois and don’t really have time to wait around for extra bs these guys added. We already bought the parts because we were told they could do it and that it would be a fairly easy fix for the mechanic, but suddenly this morning they decided they couldn’t fix the car using the parts we bought after they had already agreed to do so and have us come in today. Now we have to wait/call non stop to different shops trying to find someone to work on the car wasting more time on our planned trip.
This location doesn’t care if you have to wait all day for a simple plug in your tire. I waited an hour and a half past close and they told me I should have made an appointment like everyone else and sent me on my way with my tire still losing air. When I called the next day to make an appointment the guy laughed and said we don’t take appointments for flat tires. The western location in Edmond apologized and got me fixed in 15 minutes, I will never return to this location

I had a leaking tire and waited several hours to get it fixed. It wasn’t repairable so they installed my spare for no charge. I thought that was great but when I took the tire to Discount Tire they told me the lugs had been stripped. No wonder there was no charge!!! This place has a great mechanic, but the prices for his service are quite high!!!
I was able to get a 7 a.m. appointment at extremely short notice. Nick was very knowledgable and gave me a list of recommended maintenance that I hadnt ever received before. Thank you Nick. Great customer service!
Not a big deal but if you have custom dust caps for your valve stems be sure to take them off before you go in to have your tires worked on. I know it doesnt seem like alot but if the caps are obviously custom you would think theyd make their way back on to your wheels once you get your car back but somehow theres always 1 or 2 missing. This time just one, but before Ive have had experiences where all of them end up missing from other stores.Just do yourself and the mechanic a favor to save everyone a headache and TAKE OFF YOUR OWN DUST CAPS BECAUSE YOU WONT GET THEM BACK. Service was still outstanding nonetheless.

Brought our 2015 infinite G37 in to get a hole repaired in tire, got a list of things they wanted to sell me of course. Pulled car out. No oil and no water. Be weary. Check your fluids. Just sales men at the end of the day. Fixed hole no problems there.My advice: fix hole, leave my hood alone. Thanks.
If I could leave a negative review I would. Worst experience with a firestone or any shop ever. Took our company truck to get worked on and the customer service AND repairs they did were absolutely hands down the worst.
The service was great! Jay explained to me everything that was going on with my car and what needed to be done in layman’s terms(considering I’m very uneducated about cars) I got my oil changed and a few weeks later they put new tires on my car within the time I ate breakfast and came back. They get the job done and the staff is extremely nice and educated.
Their hours are great for everybody. They have excellent service from friendly people who know their job and do their best to give you an enjoyable experience and keep your vehicle safe and reliable
Only 4 stars because I havent had enough experience with this location but I get the feeling that they will eventually get to 5. Very professional and knowledgeable employees. If you go to Hibdons over this Firestone location, its a mistake. They have earned my business. Top notch

Glad we found an open store, but $43 for a simple patch is robbery! And the pressure to buy a new set of tires was ridiculous! So sorry we didnt realize that Sams club was just around the corner where we would have had great customer service as members and free tire service!
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Usually very busy but they will try to squeeze a simple fix in between appointments if you leave your car there. Dont get your oil changed here though. Drive to Precision Tune Auto across the street and save 40 bucks.

In the last 3 oil changes service had changed so much. After I drove off form the facility. I had a low-pressure warning in my dash. I was told that they did check the pressure in the tires by manager, but obviously they didnt. All the liquids way below the normal amount....they did not check that either. My bill was way high..i question the accuracy on it too. I wont be going there any longer. Its so sad. I used to trust their work.

I went to Firestone after accidentally damaging a tire. I informed the clerk my tires are less than two months old and I would like the same tire so they would match. I was offered a different brand tire for over $300. I said I would prefer it matches the other new tires.After verifying my tire warranty for the damaged tire was useless, I called and asked to get the exact tire that was on the car(I left the car there). I was advised I could come and check the tires myself to see the brand and model on the car. Then, was offered a different tire. I explained price is not the deterring factor, a matching tire is.They said they had to order the matching tire, but was able to get it the same day. I was charged for the delivery. I asked if they would put valve stem caps on all my valve stems and air up all the tires properly as well. They said yes. Upon picking up my car I learned 1-they will not warranty the tire put in my car because they ordered it. 2-they did not air up all the tires to the same pressure and 3-they did not have the right valve stem caps to fit. After picking up my car, the tire speed sensor is malfunctioning and I can not drive my car. I must have it towed to the dealer for evaluation and repair. As for them, I just paid them a premium price for a tire (since I was stranded there), paid them a handsome fee to have the tire delivered (I was told I cant send someone to pick it up).
Their selfless advice saved me around $300. What business does that these days? These guys! Shop is spacious, clean and honest.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Firestone is just a bunch of slimy scumbags trying to get you to spend more money than you need to. I was told that both my front and back rotors were below spec and that I needed to replace them. Firestone also REFUSED to replace my back brake pads because my rotors were below spec. While they were lying to me about my rotors, they also said I needed to replace my front brake pads (which I just replaced four months ago) because if I didnt, the brake pads would squeak and vibrate. I declined any brake service and took my car to a different mechanic. I was told my rotors look great and my back brake pads were fine. Nothing needed to be replaced. Firestone quoted me $660+ to replace all my rotors and all brake pads even though no service needed to be done or should have even been recommended. This is absolutely pathetic. Mechanics already have a bad reputation for deceiving customers. Apparently Firestone is the worst of them. I will NEVER take my vehicle back to Firestone and I recommend you go elsewhere, like Midas just down the street. Do not let Firestone steal your hard earned money. Theyre a bunch of lying, greedy, thieves.
Jay (service advisor) was very helpful, listened as I explained what was happening as I applied my brakes. He explained possible solutions and cost estimates. Needed four tires also...was able to use coupon for tires...YIPEE!!! Jay was able to schedule the work and accomadated my crazy schedule.

This location was able to accept my vehicle immediately for a free tire rotation, per the tire purchase agreement. However, the tire rotation start to finish took over an hour. Employees often stood around, once I over heard them poking fun at a customer. The employee working on my vehicle seemingly struggled through some of the task involved, a more seasoned employee came over to help him towards the completion of my service.I also requested a quote for an AC check with a potential freon addition, the cost would have been $150; which is far too high.Disclaimer, this was my one and only experience at a Firestone location. Although I wasnt satisfied, it could have been an off day for them.
This Place is overpriced. Ended up paying $592 to diagnose the problem and replace a part. Turns out what they did didn’t fix the problem. All that needed to be done was replace a $100 part. They wouldn’t own up to their mistake. There goes $700 when I could’ve gotten out of there for much less..

Took my truck in Monday April 30, 2018 for AC repair and tire rotation. Total was 106.00.Went to Texas the next day and AC stopped working in Austin, Tx. Went back to today for follow up and they found a crack in the compressor. Quoted $500, then called back to up the price to $858.23. We had four big flower pots we purchased in San Antonio, Tx, tied down in the back. When we picked our truck two of the pots tipped over and one has a four cracks in it.The technician obviously drove the truck like a race car and now on top of $900.00 repair bill. We just lost another $115 due to the lack of consideration.Thanks!
I needed an alignment, i went to a different firestone location 4 different times, and they could never get my alignment done correctly, they had the steering wheel not centered. Today, i called up the original firstone i took my truck to(keep in mind i went there 4 other instances this week) and they referred to this location because they couldnt get to my truck today even after i talked to them this morning about coming back in. But, this location is who i will be using from here on out. Ray was my technician, he had me involved with the alignment, had me set my steering wheel to level, and completed the alignment. I could not be more pleased with an auto care company, even with considering my dealership thats supposed to know my vehicle in and out. Steering wheel is level, truck drives straight, and Im a happy customer of Firestone on 33rd and Broadway.
We took our van there to get an oil change, and to get an estimate on how much it would be to replace the brake pads and rotors. First off, the estimate for the brake pads and rotors was astronomically high compared to the price of the parts and what other places charge for labor. Second, when they called us to tell us the price on that, they mentioned that the air filter was very dirty and asked if we wanted to replace it for $20. I was sitting right next to my husband as he talked to them. He asked me about the air filter and I said yes, so he told them yes, change the air filter. He said no to all the other stuff like new tires (we do NOT need new tires) and other stuff. The next day, when we went to pick up the van, the charge was for $54 and I thought ok, oil change and new air filter, that sounds right. When I was looking at the receipt last night, I realized they stated that we DECLINED the new air filter, but they charged us $22 for the Summer Car Care Package which we NEVER asked for at any point and did not authorize at any point, AND which they advertised was free anyway in some of the advertisements weve gotten! (they check your tire pressure, battery, and inspect the vehicle) Anyway, with all the stuff they were trying to upsell us on, it totaled $1,092. And the guy there, well, you can often just *feel* when someone is a sleazeball. He was definitely a sleazeball. The estimate for the same brake job at Pep Boys was half of what Firestone was trying to charge. Beware!!!!

Did their job checking out my issue and their diagnosis was correct and they charged me for that. Their hard sell/incorrect statements afterwards were ridiculous nonsense.When I stated that it sounded like a problem that would be covered under its 3yr/36k warranty Firestones employee argued it would not be and in fact my warranty was expired, being based off of car manufacture date not the date of purchase of the vehicle when new.The issue was covered and fixed under manufacturer warranty by dealer. Firestone wanted to charge me 600+.Firestone also called me back later in day, I had to go back because they had forgotten to put an engine cover peice back on my vehicle.

Being unfortunately car stupid, I am never sure if they are gouging me or not. There is one guy in there that always seems to find more things wrong with my car than I brought it in to be serviced for. All the other guys seem ok. Always have to wait a long time even with an appointment.

Bought tires at this store the last two times. Wife has a nail in the tire. Called tonight and ask if she could stop by tommorw morning on her way to work to get it fixed. She had the donut on it now. They said she would have to drop it off!!!! You are talking about a 10 min job. They said they would give her a ride to work, LOL. I told then they could have fix it 30 times over by the time they take her to work and come back. Again they said she would have to drop it off. We will NO LONGER do business at Firestone. How stupid and inconvenient!!! Called their competition and they said to bring it in and they will fix it when she gets there....immediately!!! . Wow, unbelievable !!!!
We have always used the Firestone on Bryant and have had excellent service. We go there because of the manager John who is always number 1 with customer service.

FIRESTONE IS A JOKE!!! They refused to repair a tire they sell. Claiming it is policy, need to just say what everyone already knows. Firestone we dont repair tire, we do good to make a tire. This is why they have a lrg selection & hardly any firestone. Recommend Walmart or anywhere else.
