Rude customer service when ordering key fob and when returning to pick it up. Paid $165 for a keyfob and the program fee that doesnt even work. Not sure what I did to deserve this.

What a deal. Just $10 or $12 to replace car key fob batteries (depending on model). Got all our fob batteries replaced when one stopped working. Didnt hang around but also noticed some cool, super-bright, small flashlights. Might need to come back and check those out.

Was sold the wrong type of battery for the application that it was to be used for. With new batteries equipment would not perform to factory specifications. Brought batteries back and store manager Isaac researched the problem and exchanged for the correct battery type. Equipment now working properly. Great service, quick response to the problem and they stand behind there products.

Waste of time. They didn’t have what I wanted in stock even though the website said they did and didn’t hesitate to sell it to me. Rude, defensive, non cooperative employee, Caleb, Said it would take them 3 weeks. Online retailer NOT Named batteries plus has it in stock and will deliver for free in 24 hrs and I don’t have to talk to useless employees such as Caleb . There is literally no point to this store. Customer service is less than 1 star . Inventory is average and same as local hardware store or hobby store, prices however are 10%-20% more. For what? To pay for people like Caleb? Definitely not supporting them, they will be defunct like blockbuster and RadioShack and ultimate electronics

Quick service and job done right. Made an appointment for weak IPHONE battery. Store was busy, but techs got me in quickly. I waited on the repair and although they had other customers they were able to do the work I needed in timely fashion.

Went in for 2 new fob keys. Elliot was wonderful and very helpful! I was in and out within 10 minutes with workings fobs!

A joke that is batteries plus & the dull-witted Caleb.I ordered a Noco genius online to be picked up at the Broadway store. Order was accepted and payment of $200 was taken out. When I get there to pick it up, all defensive Caleb proceeds to explain to me in his backwards / undereducated logic how the physical store and the online store of batteries plus are “ two different things” . $20 more than the giant online retailers whom deliver within 24 hrs. So I try to support a local store and I have to be subjected to utter dull-wittedness of Caleb . Joke is on me. Never again

Found what I wanted on line, went to the store to pick it up and was on my way with the battery in about two minutes. Cant get any easier.

Took a phone into this store for a screen replacement. Waited for a phone call for over 3 hours. Finally called them back on a different phone. They told me that they couldnt fix the screen because the one they had was no good. Nobody bothered to call and let me know anything. I finally went back to get the phone. Very unprofessional and didnt care at all, told me I could take it sonewhere else. I hated even giving 1 star.

The employees are really nice and they try to keep you informed on what they are going to do and everything & my new battery is doing great but my phone now has other issues it didn’t previously have.I went to Batteries Plus Bulbs to get my battery replaced. Now I’ve been there an additional 2 times. After replacing my battery my touch screen started acting up. Sometimes it wouldn’t work, sometimes there would be ghost touches and such. So I took it back few days later he went and looked at it. When he came back he informed me when he replaced the battery he had to take the screen off because the battery was giving him issues on coming out. So when he put it back on he apparently didn’t get a wire on properly so he fixed that. My phone seemed fine until the next day and again it started having touch issues. I take it back a few days later this time another employee looks at it & she didn’t find anything wrong. I take it home and find out both of my cameras now don’t work. I don’t know if I’ll take it back to them again to see if they can fix the cameras or not. 2 out 3 times my phone has come back to me with more problems then it had before going there.

I’ve never left a bad review before and hate to start now, but this was a bad experience and terrible service. My wife took a battery pack to the store on Broadway to purchase a replacement. Sales person said they’d have to make it and it would take a couple days, but they would have it ready Wednesday. This was on Sunday. Wednesday arrived and we had not heard from them and called that evening to see if battery was ready. The person we spoke to on Wednesday said they had no info about our battery, but said she would talk to “the guys” when they got in the next day. We asked it they could have it ready by 3:00 pm Thursday. She said yes. Wife shows up at 3:00 pm Thursday and the battery is not ready. They hadn’t even started on it and the sales person said he had no knowledge of the request. Told her it would be an hour before it would be ready. My advice, find another store. It’s not difficult for people to communicate and to do what they said they were going to do, but apparently it is at this store. Especially when there was ample time to do it (4 days to make a small battery pack)?

My wife and I went to the store at Broadway and 15th before Christmas to have her iPhone 6S battery replaced. The employees were incredible! The phone was ringing off the hook, and during the time we were there (with a previously scheduled appointment), the off-the-street and through-the-door traffic was constant. Whatever you are doing for customer service training is WORKING! The two employees managed all of their tasks brilliantly, answered phones, greeted customers, and they were never anything less than sweet and kind and welcoming. I was blown away, because I know how hard it is to have employees working hourly jobs with that level of customer service and company loyalty. Impressive.

I just order something from Batteries Plus Bulbs for the first time and picked up my order in the store. I ordered at 10 pm and the item was there the next morning. Very simple and easy process from order to pick-up! Will continue to use them.

Was notified my order was ready for pick up, but when I arrived at the store my order had not been filled. The clerk did his best to fill it on the spot but was out of one item and had to call someone to find out how to handle it. Eventually I received a credit for the item they did not have.

My anticipation of ordering a battery and paying online for pickup the next day means that the battery is ready to go when I arrive. In other words the sulfuric acid has been added and the battery is ready to go. If I have to wait for the acid to be added after I walk in the door, then I could have just shown up at anytime without my wasting time on the website.

I noticed when using my vehicle remote the distance from the vehicle to the remote was diminishing. I took the remote in, and had batteries replaced, and in less than 5 minutes I was back on the road. Thanks for great service.

The staff is very nice and as helpful as they can be ! But they werent all too sure on certian information, they try there best to help though ! In the end I got what I needed and they did the very best to their abilities !

They tried to steal my battery that was under warranty and less than 2 years old when I went in to use the warranty. They gave me some BS about it being my fault their battery failed and when I challenged them on it they tried to make me wait 3 hours for them to analyze the battery. I had already driven one hour to their store so I refused. Finally they charged my battery enough for them to be able to take it back, then they honored the warranty! Of the 3 people working only the girl was actually helping customers. Only do business here if you like being misled, your time wasted, and lots of BS!

Have batteries of all known sizes to me. Adding bulbs is a plus. They said they can now make modern car keys for domestic cars.

Called to check on replacement battery 12V battery on my Prius, reviews on batteries plus were positive since other customers had free install and lifetime warranty at other locations. When I checked, price was a little higher in-store than I could order elsewhere online to ship and install myself but the extra cost was worth the difference. When I called, there was no install available on my model car.I continued my research for other options and in the end, I will get a battery with installation included for about $60 less at a national chain car parts store, not including the core charge.I understand this is a local franchise but will be considering taking my battery replacement for my watch and iPad screen replacement elsewhere, even if another local, but not as close options. For my non-replacement needed battery needs, will keep my business online.

Purchased a vehicle battery. Id just had surgery and was on crutches. None of the very young girls working there offered any help whatsoever to get the battery out the door, much less offer to OPEN the door for me as I struggled to get it out the door to my vehicle. Please read all...Not big into reviews but. Took my iPhone in for a broken screen, they said no problem $110 and two hours, I said OK. Two hours later they call and say THEY broken my phone and THEY will replace it, this was Saturday about noon. But they couldn’t get me a phone until Monday! And I would just be with out a phone till then. So Monday afternoon I went to pick up my NEW (re condition as I found out) phone and they say I owe them $119 for the “new screen” which I had come in for.So THEY broken MY phone (which I brought a brand new phone in to have fixed) and THEY replace it with a refurbished phone! And since the phone they are giving me to replace my phone they broke has a “New” which I came in for, I owe $119. REALLY?

I bought a lifetime warranty for my watch battery. After 1 year, battery went dead. Went into store for replacement and B+ was out. Clerk said they had been out 2 weeks & had no idea when more were coming in. Ask him to check with OKC store, inventory showed they had 36. Clerk called but they had none dispite what computer said. I ask for a refund. The B+ inventory system is so bad and I wont drive 20 mins from my home for this kind of service. I guess its okay for me to wait on an item I need all day long, and just wait 2 weeks or more until your poor inventory system catches up? Someones asleep at the wheel! Forget it - youve got too much competition to treat customers in this manner. Your business is off my list ...

Terrible customer service dont waste your time buying from here. They say there batteries have a 2 year warranty but they just make excuses to not warranty them.
